Mercure Birmingham West Hotel in Sandwell

Took 3 hours to come, they also got the order wrong and complained saying electricity was off when they could have cancelled the order before waiting. they accepted the order as done so when delivery drivers came they said our order was not on the system. We also asked for chilli and mayo for all 4 burger meals. No chilli or mayo, they gave us 2 burger meals and 2 singles. We called them and they made it and eventually came with the incorrect order, so disappointed but they seem to do this all the time

The food was cold. Not up to the good standard it has been.

I didn't have any food so can't comment on that but I had a few rounds of drink with my relatives & the young barman who served me on each occasion was very polite & welcoming. I will definitely return again

Claim to be Halal while selling PORK..??? Entered the shop and asked the female staff if it was Halal food. One of the female staff members said she didn't no and asked the other worker, who answered Yes it is Halal. So made an order and asked about certain extra topping( Chorizo). Asked the female staff member as to what it is and she replied its Pork. So I questioned her how could you say u are Halal when u are selling Pork. Ended up walking straight out of the establishment. **AVOID IF YOU ARE ON HALAL DIET**

This is not really recommended I found a dead bee in my spice saucy chips. I will not except this and I will never come here ever again and the girl farted on my pizza I saw boss man put his sweaty hair on my scallop.
