Very poor service only one person is in the shop you can wait here more than 50 minutes to collect the order

Food is amazing, the young girl serving is so polite and welcoming. The chap is always in a hurry and needs to be more customer orientated. Disappointed with today’s visit as the young girl was not there to serve us, the guys just wanted us out- we were the only customers!

Look forward to a burrito as a treat with my wife . Usually they are massive and you really know you are full at the end . Today my delivery came and I’m very disappointed tiny burritos still hungry. Called them and had phone put down on me …. Not very impressed

Not very happy, ordered two meals but for one of them they didn’t add the included side. On collection I have asked twice it’s everything inside the bag? YES YES. When back home one of the side was missing. Hard to recommend without mentioning this aspect. Asparagus gus

Delivery time had past and no update. I had to call in to find out that my order had yet to be collected by the driver. Called back 30 minutes later to be spoken to rudely and that the issue was no longer to do with the person's responsibility. Brilliant customer service

We have received multiple orders recently that were not ours, the prices are extortionate now but portions are actually smaller. A lot of our orders are taking longer to arrive than usual. Sometimes we have waited over 1.5 hours, so when the order arrived incorrectly , we still ate it as it would have taken longer to get them to replace it. Once, we had chicken burrito arrive rather than the jackfruit, luckily I’m not vegetarian and could still eat it (although I was not happy with it) but my partner is vegetarian so if this happened to him, he would have had to have thrown it away. We usually love this place but have since stopped buying due to the issues I have highlighted. One main issue I feel they need to work on, is ensuring that people get what they ordered, it’s not just myself that has mentioned this in the review. They need a better system in place .

They sent the wrong order, I called to ask what was in the order and they said “3 naked burritos all with sour cream”. I said that’s not what I ordered nor what you sent to me. They refused to take any accountability for it and told me to just contact Uber eats

My fiancé had already tried burritos from here and was keen for me to try food from here too. We had a burrito each with different fillings and shared the loaded nachos. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal, very well flavoured and huge portions, very filling. Cannot wait to return and try other dishes from the extensive menu. Service was excellent and food was presented well.

Usually good but bit into a bone in my burnt burrito today. And had to wait to be served because online orders took priority.

I was surprised to enjoy the burrito meal. Got the beef barbacoa which I was assured was not sweet, as most places, and it wasn’t. No extra charge for guacamole was an added bonus. Would return.

Mexican lasagne dry, pasta undercooked, no tomato sauce??...plenty of chicken but dry and tastless. Chips from frozen and undercooked! Nachos soggy with tasteless guacamole! My son s burrito was OK hence the one star. First visit and last...don't waste your money!

Food was late, rang about 10 times to find out where the order was and no on answered. food finally arrived 30 minutes late and it was pretty much cold. The food itself was awful. the chicken and chorizo in the taco was dry. The taco itself was pretty much falling apart. The burrito itself was packed but absolutely flavourless. honestly avoid this place at all cost

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ! I ordered at 8:39 and didn't receive my food until 10:15pm seems like the delivery man did a road trip before bringing mu food as it was stone cold ! Never again ! The only nice thing was the chicken lasagne.

Very polite on the phone, presentation was very nice, churros were 10/10. Ordered tacos chicken and beef only criticism would be the meat needs more flavour I'm latina women so I'm just happy there's a place I can order tacos but the flavors are more American. But very nice still.

The customer service from Tony (the manager/part owner) is diabolical. My food took nearly two hours, and when I called for an update I was met with hostility and arrogance from this man. He works at both pericos and casa de burrito as he had this uniform on. He did not let me speak, he just shouted over me and then put the phone down. Terrible Attitude!!! Terrible Customer Service!!! Terrible Delivery Times!!! Terrible Experinece Overall!!! Appalling.

Had this a few times but it's been poor recently. The latest one has made my partner ill. We won't be using them again.

We’ve always had nice food from here via Just Eat but todays meal was unfortunately bad which makes me think it’s under new management/staff. We both had burritos and none of them were marked to distinguish who’s is who’s (I was meant to have guacamole in 1 and both didn’t contain them) also both had sour cream when I didn’t chose that for mine as I don’t like it yet had a massive dollop in both. Both were dripping wet. Shame as we chose this place when fancying a change from the usual pizza ect but will think twice next time.

Ordered from here randomly and the food was pretty good. It's a nice change from the average take away. Food was enjoyable but it had to be reheated as the order was a little later than expected. Thus be sure to order ahead of time. Vegetarian options are really nice too. Enjoy

Second time eating from here and this time actually ate in (order takeaway last time) Staff were lovely and food was amazing! Genuinely can't fault it, loved the jackfruit burrito, better than the first time round (feel like their marinading of the jackfruit has changed for the better). Literally loved it!

It was ok but there was a slight issue with the quesedilla. Lots of black bits on it showing that the grill being used is not being cleaned. Can the manager action this as daily?

Ordered for lunch today through Ubereats, food delivered very quickly and chips were still VERY hot. Beef burrito is delicious, well seasoned and large portion. Loved the churros. The sour cream could use a bit more seasoning… Definitely recommend and will order again

Our order was wrong, I called to explain it was wrong the lady answered said a manager will be in touch. Over 3 weeks I called multiple times to ask when the manager was going to call only for them to tell me he will call when he is in. A month later and I still have not received a call, he’s clearly never in. Service is terrible.

I heard that this place was good so I thought I give it a try , to be honest it's a bit different but food is tasteless , it's 1 of those places where if you was drunk you think it be nice will not be returning sadly ..

First order (Uber Eats delivery, so no comment on the place) for myself and my Mister. Beef burrito for me and beef nachos for him. They looked like they might have started as hearty Mexican fare, but got put in a blender as the final step of the cooking process. Or perhaps that we were served a collection of leftovers from a kids' party. That had been doused in salt. We don't get takeaway or eat out much, so it was very disappointing not to find a single redeeming feature in the food.

Chips were cold when delivered both burrito and queusodilla were both bland quite disappointed

The manager was very unprofessional and rude. Very poor customer service from the manager who does not have any communication skills. Manager would not stop shouting through the phone. Manager was making snide remarks and cut the phone while the customer was talking.

I don’t understand how this place is open. Coming from bad service to write a review only to look at a load of bad reviews on this!! They charged my friend twice for her burrito but refused to give a refund even after knowing he charged her twice. He said he’ll give us a free one next time. You really think we’ll be going back after rubbish food, rubbish customer service and rubbish management? I think we all suggest you to close your disgusting place down and attend some lessons on manners & decent customer service.

Claim to be Halal while selling PORK..??? Entered the shop and asked the female staff if it was Halal food. One of the female staff members said she didn't no and asked the other worker, who answered Yes it is Halal. So made an order and asked about certain extra topping( Chorizo). Asked the female staff member as to what it is and she replied its Pork. So I questioned her how could you say u are Halal when u are selling Pork. Ended up walking straight out of the establishment. AVOID IF YOU ARE ON HALAL DIET

Rude delivery driver refused to deliver the food expecting my heavily pregnant partner to leave the safety of the home when she was alone and go down the street to meet him because he "didn't want to" deliver the food to the door. Disgusting attitude then left with the food

Manager was so rude! He shouted at me down the phone, called me a liar. Food was 30-40 minutes late and cold by the time I got it. When trying to resolve with the restaurant I was very rudely spoken to, manager didn't give me chance to speak and just continued to shout at me and told me he was blocking my number. Never been spoken to like this before and never will again. Avoid this place at all costs!

So, further to me leaving a 5 star review a few weeks ago. I've now scrapped and instead leave a 1 star review due to the shocking attitude of the Manager after reporting an issue with our food. We've just spent £30 at Casa De Burito - collected order and returned home to find the chips were warm and tasted as though they'd been reheated (not nice at all). The burito was soaked in liquid and made the wrap soggy and wet..it was awful (didn't get to mention that part when we called). Called and spoke to the manager (who answered phone). My husband explained about the chips and was immediately met with a defensive and dismissive attitude from him. I'm sorry, but we're not interested in how many days you work at the shop and the checks you make...your customer is unhappy and has made a reasonable request for you to fix the problem. You don't then interrupt, talk over them, and when you don't like what you hear, shockingly hang up! My husband couldn't have been more polite, he didn't even get to mention the disgusting, soggy burito. The manager said he didnt like my huaband's attitude. Well it's fine, because we won't be returning again, and neither will our friends or family. My advice to you A/ Learn some manners and common decency. B/ Treat your customers respectfully - without them there is no Casa De Burito. C/ If your customer is unhappy, fix the problem. Don't start arguing over some chips..it would have cost you peanuts to replace! Instead, you've lost a few hundred pounds of our business that would certainly have come your way over the next year. Our friends/family frequently visit from London, South West and North. They all pass your shop off Junc 7. We definitely won't be recommending. If you treat your customers this way lord knows how you treat your staff!!

Foods great, it's clean great parking, lovely interior. However I do find £15_17 minimum spend for a single person after tips it's £20 i can't justify the price. Foods nice, the veggie jackfruit is vile. Lasagne is Italian, so I'm confused.com. If my food had of been rubbish it was a 2 or 3. Staff saved this review... I only live 0.5 miles so I don't understand fees then tips then restaraunt tips for Très Tacos is ridiculous and no doubt you experience great wastage. I will order again and test again as I feel this place can improve greatly.

i orderded from here last night, i payed £20.40 and my order did not arrive to the correct address which was a mistake on my end. however when i contacted the shop to explain the situation they were extremely rude and said they would not be sending out my order to the correct address. they claimed that the delivery driver contacted me about the order which he did not. then proceeded to say that they cant give me a refund and told me that i cant re order and pay again. an absolute joke! i would not recommend!!

Ordered food today all arrived cold absolutely disgusted with the customer services and to be threatened by the owner of the shop?? What get a grip!! Having spent over £200 at said establishment I’m absolutely disgusted and will never order anything from this establishment again!

(for Wylde Green branch) I passed this branch on Thursday the 23rd September, i saw what appeared to be the manager screaming at his employees denying them breaks or rests on a shift. One of the girls he was shouting at also left and told me that they denied them a break on a 13 hour shift, which is completely illegal. Will not be ordering from here purely because a place that treats their employees like this will not see me as a customer.

Excellent food lovely service altogether great dining experience

Lovely, clean shop. Very impressed with the decor and style of this shop. Very nicely designed. Loved all the toppings and level of hygiene in the shop was spot on. Staff there was a lovely young girl, polite and made nice conversation whilst taking our order. We ordered a chicken burrito, nachos and a quesadilla. All the items were really tasty and met my expectations. Will definitely be coming again. Very authentic and not ur copy commercial style burrito. Only slight criticism would be that other customers arriving and were having to wait a while to be served as my order was taking a bit of time. I was happy as I was being served but I think if I was a customer waiting I think I’d have been getting impatient.

Just had a beef burrito here. Absolutely delicious. Can't recommend it enough. Hope you open another store in leamington, I will definitely be a regular customer.

Good selection of burritos, quesadillas and tacos. You can choose your own fillings like in subway. The portions are very generous. They have traditional Mexican fizzy drinks (Jarritos). Good value for money. You can eat in or takeaway.

AMAZING! I never leave reviews, but I visited this lovely little place with my husband and our 2year old for a quick lunch and we are all very impressed. First of all, the food was perfect, the design is stunning, spotless food area, polite and friendly staff. I asked for a glass of tap water for my little one and the owner gave her a complementary bottled water. How thoughtful! We will definitely visit and order again! No place like this around for sure! Well done👌

Burritos were good but the Churros were amazing

I had a Jackfruit Burrito, portion great, flavour 👎 really disappointed as I really love Mexican food was really hoping for this to be flavoursome, this was completely bland and it was cold. I think it would be good if they would consider to season the Jackfruit or have (vegetarian chicken pieces as an alternative option and season this too) not sure if I would purchase again unless they have it more flavoured.

Very nice meal, The nachos were tasty. The burrito was nice but could’ve done with more flavour and more cheese, less rice in the centre would be great too, otherwise a nice filling meal. Not cheap but still decent. Tasty and I will go back x

Customer service very poor especially from a young female who works at the shop on Friday evenings. Owner is friendly and his daughter, however portion sizes are very small and quality not great! Chips are greasy and fish is mostly battered. Did not enjoy the food at all please avoid.

My local fish bar. (1) 4 star food hygiene which is acceptable. Anything below 4 I would suggest you do not visit. (2) the owner is nice. I think he is from Greece. (3) i often order my regular fish and chips which are nice. Not undercooked or overcooked. Hence, I am a regular at this place. Above all, if you are in the area then I would recommend visiting this fish bar. There are not many with a good hygiene rating of 4 and above.
