On main route into Birmingham City, good service, parking can be a challenge at peak times both on main road and service road

Just had a filet burger and I was old and dry. I returned it and they gave me exactly the same again. I informed the lady on the way out and I was met with an argument and told I was wrong.

One of the sides was missing -one piece of chicken- and there’s no point phoning up to complain about it because what’s the point of getting it late?

Needs to give options for sauce

the Dessert itself was absolutely amazing but I did not order any drinks to come with it, quick and friendly service thank you I will be using your services again, 10 out of 10

iam absolutely disgusted with this order. i ordered the food at 7.30am and at 9am when i had to leave the house it still was not here and the time on said delivery was getting later and later. My son did not have his breakfast before school and was really upset about it. I rang the restaurant nearly 20 times and no one answered. No one rang me to say they were here with food when i left the house after 9am and when i came home i had nothing (like a note through the door) to say they had been.

Chicken was dry and overcooked

The chicken was quite greasy. and it just did not taste like kfc

chicken so thin... hardly noticeable, chips droopy & cold... iv finished with KFC until they book their ideas up :-/ Delivery was OK though...

The food came cold and soggy and the bag was broke and all the food and cans feel out of the bag very disappointed

Went in today ordering for 5 people. 2 men standing there chatting I asked to be served at the till apparently that's not a thing anymore have to use a machine to order. The machine was a nightmare so slow and not easy to use this I while I've got 2 men staring at me doing nothing. Why are you paying people to sod all. Then a girl goes behind the till a guy comes in and she serves him straight away so why did he get served but I couldn't.

Good food and delivery driver was polite and respectful, food delivered quickly.

Didn’t bother putting the lid on food drenched in sauce so it went over every single thing including the drink

My order arrived without the 1,5 litre drink, the driver said its in the bag I said you don't put cold drinks with hot food, this is not the first time this has happened, and I shall not use you service again soon, very disappointed!

It’s unfortunate that this is the closest KFC to where I work. They never fail to disappoint me with their slow terrible service. There should be an option to give 0 stars

What is wrong with this place. I don't think there has ever been a time where they have got the order correct. Ordered online, food flipping missing so decided to go in to order this week Guess what! food missing again. Ordered 3 triolgy boxes and 2 of them had no corn cobs. I even asked the lady to check my order explaining my previous experiences. Was told all was in there. Got home and well pissed off. Whilst I was in the shop I was watching and she did indeed put 2 cobs in 2 boxes but obviously not mine. So the guy who was next to me must have been well chuffed to find 2 free cobs in his order that I paid for. To top it off when i initially arrive I went to order at the till like usual only to be told to order on the screen. Found this a bit rude as there was No helo but just order food on screen. staff need to work on customer service skills and learn how to provide exactly what people PAY for. Wont be using this place again. Food is nice though well what you get of it.

Food is fine but They do not give correct amount of pieces. It happened 3rd time today. Dont trust anymore. got to count in front of them.

The chicken is always fresh and flavorful, and the breading is crispy and delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that your dining experience is enjoyable. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. Good spot, easy to locate.

Zinger burgers were luke warm. Chips were warm but most of them had bad black bits on. Order notes were read and chicken pieces were as i wanted but only lukewarm on arrival.

Order bucket chicken wings last night.they were burnt over cooked cold.could not eat them.

out of the 10 pieces of chicken 7 pieces were drumsticks and the other 3 were small pieces of chicken definitely not a bargain bucket!!!!

Takeaway meals are very expensive these days, so it is important we get what we pay for. My chicken fillet burger barely covers half of the bun, so it seems more likely to be a sparrow fillet burger. Come on KFC, you are better than this.

Very very unorganised. They started screaming at eachother that it's not their fault and it took more than 30 minutes to get my food ready. Had people order after me and get their food before me because they knew eachother. Very very bad 👎

I asked for no drumsticks and got drumstick and the chicken was very rubbery cold not nice at all

I asked for a 6.05 deliver slot. The food came over 20 minutes later. That wouldn't have been so bad but the food was stone cold. It must have been sitting there waiting for a long time. The food was completely unenjoyable.

Food turned up cold it took the delivery rider on a push bike nearly 30 minutes to deliver my food, he also stopped somewhere else for 5 minutes doing another delivery.

Not happy with the courier trying to open our locked front door. We have children in the house, which alarmed them and they thought someone was breaking in! We live in a three storey house we need time to come to the door even though I was there as he arrived!

Excellent service. Delivery was on time as estimated. Order arrived very quickly, not long after I placed it so it arrived quicker than I was expecting. Driver was very polite, on time and very professional which made all the difference too.
