This service is a joke turned up with cold food and forgot half the order

incorrect items which we couldnt get replaced

Order was late, when delivered it was the wrong order. Restaurant refused to correct it. Delivery driver barely spoke English. Really disappointed

No gravy - reason why ordered wife pregnant . Son milk allergy, if you don’t have gravy in stock call with an offer of replacement do not just think coleslaw is ok it’s not!! Also food in general cold. So disappointed no gravy and cold food

Shocking, ordered 3 piece meal, the chicken was dried, and the chicken pieces i had were small and one of them was tiny

It’s cold and wrong order took to long

Driver gave my order to another customer and tried to give me a single meal when I don’t £40, I refused so contacted the store and was told they was going to deliver my order and the delivery driver did not turn up, shop kfc said they resent my order out with the same delivery driver. Then I have requested a refund and you are only refunding for the food not the other £5 for delivery and service charge- why should have to pay that

Shame really bcoz who ever answered the phone was so friendly and apologetic but the chicken fillets x3 were burnt. Forgotten chicken piece for my little one. I’ll stick with the Weoley Castle branch

Best KFC I have visited. Food cooked perfectly. Lovely greeting. Super fast service. Not sure but I would say KFC have improved their recipe.

We had ordered this food already and the delivery did not turn up - had to re order whilst waiting for just eat response, asked new courier for support with this to get a response of 'I dunno'. Couldn't contact courier from first order, called restaurant who didn't help, second order food came in a ripped bag and half the food hanging out and missing from the side of the bag! Not impressed!

Before I start it is worth mentioning that the last few times I ordered instore, I gave 5 stars every time. This order was as if I ordered from somewhere else. The chicken burgers tasted as if they were cooked yesterday and served today. Cold food.

Friendly staff, but they hardly have ice for the drinks Status updated... new staff still no ice.

Took almost an hour in total. They keot changing the delivery time. Food eventually arrived frezzing cold package looked lije it had been thro a spin dryer without heat burger was out of box. popcorn chicken was all in the bag apart from 6 pieces .

Went to shop to order 2 ZINGER MEALS kept waiting 20 min while serving uber drivers. received 2 normal burgers stone cold no beans so had to have a large. Chips cold no spicy wings. Worst meal ever either get more staff and teach them properly. Serve waiting customers first. Ain't worth a star.

Ordered hot wings and fries, the wings were soggy and fries were burnt. Horrible taste.

Friendly and helpful staff, food was hot and fresh, restaurant was conveniently on our way home after an appointment. Happy to recommend 🙂

Why would you put a good can of pop in the same bag as the chicken and chips ?

I had a delivery, they missed our cans of pop, I rang the restaurant they said they couldn't do anything about it but would put it in the complaints book so we could get them next time, we won't be ordering again. Extortionate costs for crap service and £31 for hardly any food- 5 pieces of chicken, 2 regular fries, 2 chicken wings, a tiny coleslaw and a small popcorn chicken, and the cans of pop that never came. Such a rip off, very dissaponted

The screens that tell you your order is ready should be used correctly. The staff press the button to say its ready but in truth they havent even started it. They prob do this to fool the system so the hit there wait time target. I ordered a 14 pc party bucket, told the lady we dont like the drum sticks, she said i have to give you 5. When i got home she has put 7 in... 50%. Very poor

We ordered the food with an expected long wait but after an hour of waiting we started to become concerned. I felt sorry for the courier who stood there waiting for our order that long. The delivery driver was so apologetic about the wait. He drove that fast it was still hot. KFC took the mick making such a simple order

Sides were missing out of the box meals and food did not seem fresh

Great tasty meals which easily become a must, for every day. Amazing staff especially the weekend team. The place feels crowded due to small size with just 3 customers ordering food at a time.

Just had a filet burger and I was old and dry. I returned it and they gave me exactly the same again. I informed the lady on the way out and I was met with an argument and told I was wrong.

One of the sides was missing -one piece of chicken- and there’s no point phoning up to complain about it because what’s the point of getting it late?

iam absolutely disgusted with this order. i ordered the food at 7.30am and at 9am when i had to leave the house it still was not here and the time on said delivery was getting later and later. My son did not have his breakfast before school and was really upset about it. I rang the restaurant nearly 20 times and no one answered. No one rang me to say they were here with food when i left the house after 9am and when i came home i had nothing (like a note through the door) to say they had been.

Went in today ordering for 5 people. 2 men standing there chatting I asked to be served at the till apparently that's not a thing anymore have to use a machine to order. The machine was a nightmare so slow and not easy to use this I while I've got 2 men staring at me doing nothing. Why are you paying people to sod all. Then a girl goes behind the till a guy comes in and she serves him straight away so why did he get served but I couldn't.

Didn’t bother putting the lid on food drenched in sauce so it went over every single thing including the drink

My order arrived without the 1,5 litre drink, the driver said its in the bag I said you don't put cold drinks with hot food, this is not the first time this has happened, and I shall not use you service again soon, very disappointed!

KFC Quinton useless always getting orders wrong

Food ok, burger upside down. Not very hot. But taste good.

What is wrong with this place. I don't think there has ever been a time where they have got the order correct. Ordered online, food flipping missing so decided to go in to order this week Guess what! food missing again. Ordered 3 triolgy boxes and 2 of them had no corn cobs. I even asked the lady to check my order explaining my previous experiences. Was told all was in there. Got home and well pissed off. Whilst I was in the shop I was watching and she did indeed put 2 cobs in 2 boxes but obviously not mine. So the guy who was next to me must have been well chuffed to find 2 free cobs in his order that I paid for. To top it off when i initially arrive I went to order at the till like usual only to be told to order on the screen. Found this a bit rude as there was No helo but just order food on screen. staff need to work on customer service skills and learn how to provide exactly what people PAY for. Wont be using this place again. Food is nice though well what you get of it.

It’s unfortunate that this is the closest KFC to where I work. They never fail to disappoint me with their slow terrible service. There should be an option to give 0 stars

Zinger burger was fine but the 1 piece chicken that came with it was undercooked

The chicken is always fresh and flavorful, and the breading is crispy and delicious. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they always go the extra mile to make sure that your dining experience is enjoyable. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is family-friendly. Good spot, easy to locate.

Zinger burgers were luke warm. Chips were warm but most of them had bad black bits on. Order notes were read and chicken pieces were as i wanted but only lukewarm on arrival.
