Place has went downhill ordered a garlic bread with donner on. No cheese on? Usually get it elsewhere and donner meat was burnt to a crisp. Mozzarella sticks were tasty and fresh however.

Worst kebab I have ever tasted looked like slops doner meat dry and had lines on it pale looking sure it was microwaved everything cold worst food I have ever had delivered £51 for absolute rubbish chips soggy and cold kebabs looked like they’d been dropped absolutely terrible

Had a kebab wrap for tea, amazing food and Andrew was so nice and even gave us scraps for my dog (which he loved) from cuccina.

Gone up in my estimations after not using this pizza shop for years but have definitely gone back up to being really good pizza hot and really nice thank you

Ordered 1 margarita pizza came and it was garlic bread ,3 chicken kebab wraps which my mistake thought they had donner in aswell as it was the only option that sounded like it was mixed ,£5.30 each btw doesn’t come with chips think it’s a pistake tbh every other takeaway I’ve ordered wraps from always come with chips especially for £5 pure rip off and the wraps were party stale way too much salad ,only good thing was the cheesy wedges which were orite nowt great ,so for 1 margarita pizza ,3 wraps ,cheesy wedges which were a tiny portion for £4.00!! It all come to £35 think it’s shocking ,never ordering from here again ,I’m shocked because usually it’s not that bad and not getting stuff wrong but this time was different.not happy still hungry,good thing I rang so they brought an actual margarita pizza how you mistake garlic bread for that ill never know 🤦‍♀️

I live quite a distance away so I tend to buy a kebab and a bolognaise pizza because nowhere near us does a bolognaise pizza as good as aycliffe. The kebab we eat when we get home and the pizza we heat up the following day. The kebab was lovely however you can image my disappointment when I heated up my 16" bolognaise pizza with chorizo and jalapeño to discover I instead had a pepperoni with jalapeño and no bolognaise or chorizo in sight. I'm not happy 😭 oh an although the chicken special kebab was lovely the chicken tikka wrap was very small and the chips were burnt

Food is always good from here (kebabs could do with a bit of lettuce though) but my review is about how good the customer service is. After a bit of a mix up with the order about what kind of kebab my wife wanted to order they couldn't do enough to quickly get her what she wanted and wouldn't take any extra money for the food that wasn't needed despite me offering to pay for it. Service with a smile.

Haven't found a better kebab and pizza shop..everyone is so nice and welcoming friendly..portions are a good size keep up the good work guys..

Place has gone down hill so much, order is never correct. When you ring to complain you then have to wait another 40 mins for the right food and get attitude off the driver when they have to come back.

First time ive ordered from here i normally go elsewhere but usual place seems to be going downhill, but, this place is terrible, the pizza dough tastes like pastry off a pie, not like pizza, far too much sauce on it, chips were like fish shop chips but not good ones, garlic sauce was nice but came in a tiny pot for 90p, jusr really poor overall ill never go again.

Seems to lack the ability to deliver the food you've actually ordered - constant issues everytime we order. Garlic bread is like cardboard. Plastic cheese. Shambolic.

Pizza chips and a bacon burger… pizza tasteless and smelt of burnt rubber, chips dry as sticks and inedible! And the bacon cheese burger seemed like it had been cooked last week thrown against the wall then microwaved last night. Describing it as a desert burger wouldn’t show how dry it actually was. Somehow even managed to make the bun either dry or stale, must add me and the wife have had a bad stomach since attempting to eat this. Least my hoop has more moisture than my throat on this terrible meal’s journey to the porcelain slip road

Ordered a small kabab and a burger both with chips, couldn't eat the chips they where hard and looked like they had been cooked then left to go cold and then re heated, I won't be back

Cuccina has gone way downhill. First time in a long while. Ordered a Large donner. Came with 2/3's white cabbage and barely enough meat for one pitta. Garlic tub had about a tablespoon of sauce!!

Ordered pitza and kerba tonight came with in great time couldn't believe how fast really my pitza was great but the kerba was the worst I ever had not sure if the meat was cooked but it wasn't very nice anybody else out there tonight had same experience

To night I ordered a large kebab an I have never seen anything like it before it was shocking an for the price of it to the meat would have all went in to the pitta an that's what they call a large,had to order from somewhere else

Really poor kebabs. The meat was dry and heavily soaked in garlic and chilli sauce which was probably used to disguise the horrible meat. The chips were cooked in fat that needed changing as there were brown bits all over them. We will not be back.

Over 10 quid for a greasy cold kebab and bad attitude from the woman on the phone (when I asked politely how much longer) I did ring 30 mins before that to be told I was next 🙄 the state it come in you can clearly see they can't be that busy or it would of arrived fresh not sat there sweating out the paper 🤢 I ate a bit of the over pickled salad and the donner was so bad i had to stop because the coating in my mouth was surely going to cause some sort of vile reaction in my stomach 🤮 Id give you zero score if I could 🙈

Absolutely ridiculous, me and my family were regulars but not they have lost pur service. 4 times we've had serious issues. Twice the money was took but no order leaving us with no food. 3rd time same thing but they gave money back and a discount. This time my dad rang after 2 hours of waiting and was told "waiting on the driver." Then after 30 minutes rang again and said they were redoing our food and it's on its way. It arrived cold, and tasted bad. Poor service

Delivery was on time however the food was below par. Mixed Kebab with roasted veg had no roasted veg and was mainly donner, a small amount of shish and no chicken. Wrapped in a wet pitta and then wrapped in paper which was also very soggy. Chicken burger definately not 1/4lb, was more like those frozen from the supermarket. All salad was past it's best - tomato 1/4 shrivelled like it had been cut up a few days ago. Kids meals seemed pretty standard, but one of the kids has been to the toilet twice this morning hasn't been sick yet but it's coming out the other end and has stomach pains - will not be going to Holiday Club today!

Mouldy white Cabbage and a meal missing! Quite embarrassing when you had told the company that you have round that it's the best takeaway on the town! I used to enjoy this takeaway. I will never ordere here again! Order number 7383233

Waited 53 minutes for a chicken kebab and a garlic bread to arrive, on arrival garlic bread was missing, driver said he would fetch it straight out, 36 minutes later after another phone call to the shop (shop is a five minute walk away) garlic bread arrives over cooked and hard (original order asked for garlic bread to be lightly cooked). Not happy and won’t be ordering again

I can not believe how terrible the service is from here, food very late and cold when it eventually arrived. Shocking service and delivery driver looked intoxicated or dare I say high on life or something else......

After work I drove to cuccina and try to order a chicken kebab at 23:48 "I know this because I was on my phone when in line" I was told I can't have a chicken kebab because it takes 15 minutes to cook the chicken. She was very rude when question about this. All round bad experiences, you would think a local take way would try a little harder when you have dominos kfc and the rest poping up around. As I'm enjoying my zininger burger right now. I won't be going back to cuccina I no my £10 a week won't be a miss to them but more that other people are aware of the poor service you get there. John would be rolling in this grave to see what that place has become. As a customer for over 10 years and the rest

Absolutely disgusting chicken kebab was freezing cold no veg like website said went straight in the bin rang and complained and all he said was it doesn’t come with veg website needs updating and we will give you a free kebab next time you order I don’t think so

Worst pizza's ever, soggy stodge base, topping cold and uncooked, french fries were cold chips. Do yourselves a favour and go hungry or eat dog food it'll taste better. Guarantee we'll never darken this door again.

Always used to use them but lately they are terrible poor delivery men and deliver time within the hour not withing the next two hours

One of the most disgusting takeaways I've ever had in my life. The chicken on the parmo wasn't even breaded. It was wet, and the salad it comes with is a big pile of white cabbage. Don't waste your time and money, its grim.

The best parmo in Aycliffe. I was raised in Aycliffe, live in Croxdale, still work in Aycliffe, and I would rather have one from here and reheat it when I get home than have some of the gross excuses for parmos they serve in Spennymoor. Top notch.

Only downfall on this place is dont take card or online! They are by far THE best on the town for pizza, kebab and chicken

Had a chicken wrap chicken was totally dry like cardboard my partner had gravy and chips and they were like wood leaving a horrible aftertaste. Absolute rubbish won't be using again!

Arrived just on time, 1hr. House special kebab was cold and all (what little there was) the meat, salad and garlic and chilli sauce were all mixed together and wrapped in paper which became one big sloppy mess, inedible and straight in the bin. Never again.

Went in for food a big fella behind the counter was sweating all over even rubbing his face with the back of his hand then serving people in front of me walked straight out wouldnt let my dog eat there simple as that no one can honestly say they think its good had to give it a star or it wouldnt let me post it

Sweaty John is the king of kebabs. This man CAN cook a kebab. Slightly on the small side however.

We waited around for half an hour for a couple of kebabs that were cold, had hardly any meat and had soggy/stale bread. Chips were awful too and cost best part of £20 for the privilege! Service was awful nothing but attitude and made to wait when people were getting served off the street quicker. We won't be coming back!

Ordered a Parmo and asked for a half got told only do full when it arrived it looked like a quarter I would cry if I found it taste wasn't bad but very disappointed by the size and the experience! People say size doesn't matter, but howay, it does!!!!
