Domino's Pizza - Bishop Auckland in County Durham

Ordered the Mighty Meat-Decadance Base (which cost and extra £3.50). The base was literally 2 tortilla wraps instead of the 2 thin base as stated online. Chips were cold, very very disappointed and would not recommend

Ordered via UberEats 13th of June 16:58, chased it up via the app after it missed its estimated arrival time for the status to change to out for delivery. Eventually gave up waiting by 19:11 and called the store. I was told the order had been missed so why it was marked as being out for delivery I don't know. A refund was agreed upon which I was advised would take up to 10 days. Called the store again on the 27th 17:13 as there was no refund. Lady on the phone said she'd have to get someone else to look into it and took my details but got nothing back. I essentially just got robbed of £25.47 so don't think I'll be ordering again.

Grabbed the lunchtime deal, and it was pretty good. I rarely have a pizza, but it was very tasty and just a nice snack size. The service was friendly and very quick considering there was only 1 person working.

Food is clearly overpriced but delicious . Staff extremely unfriendly to the point I really question why they’re working within the customer service industry

Received abuse by the delivery driver upon answering the door. "lucky" to get my order according to him. I ordered, paid and it was accepted? Not sure what his problem was. Half of the order was also wrong but after the shoddy attitude from the driver didn't think it was worthwhile contacting then directly. Could use some customer service training.

For Pizza that’s almost £20 each and contains the exact same ingredients of pizzas that are £8each you expect perfection, Every-time. We ordered two on a hangover Sunday and they Both arrived undercooked, beige looking, floppy and just flat out terrible. We had to bang them in the air fryer to give them a second chance at life. Will never order again, overpriced under delivered.

Me and my husband use the app frequently. I placed a large order that was £90, as our oven is broken. The order was Sunday 20th August. The food was to be eaten over 4 days. My husband answered the door and said hello to the delivery driver, he apparently didn't greet my husband back but went on and on in the middle of the street about our £90 order. Saying he was incredibly surprised and "who spends £90 on Domio's". Quite rude, to say the least. We'll be taking a break from here for a long time because of this incident. Food was nice! I'm a big fan of the soy nuggets!

We ordered 20 pizza's for a party and all arrived on time and every one of them was hot. Delivery woman was awesome and had everything under control. Great service and lush food.

Ordered a 12 inch pepperoni pizza but was given a 12 inch poopeeroni pizza insted. I did take the order back but it was half eaten by this point so the manager refused to refund me and instead spat on me and called me a "scruffy little melt".

Thought was lovely when customer came in and his little boy wanted to see how pizza was made one male member staff went and put a little show on for him great customer service

I order from domino’s all of the time and the last phew times I’ve ordered it’s been stone cold I know it can get busy but if it’s so busy why can’t they employ more staff?

I am so sorry Dominoes! 😭 We genuinely love getting pizza from you and we have done for years but something is going on at the moment! Always used to get the best food from here but for the past few months we have never gotten our correct order from you. There's always items missing or hardly any toppings. These pizzas cost so frickin much that even we are getting frustrated now. I don't want for you to lose your customers but with the cost of living being what it is you will do if you don't get your act together. I can see from other reviews that lots of people think the same!

Just a pity I can't give it a zero ordered some food at 19:37 and the app said it was delivered at 20:45 although no food arrived. Phoned the shop and the bloke said it was just around the corner. Still no sign at 20:55 so phoned back and cheeky git said not much he can do when its out for delivery. Tried calling back as nothing turned up by 21:11 and cheeky git just rejects the call. Risk your money at your own choice I'll be dealing with corporate to get my money back and then deleting the app from my phone. Gone well downhill Still being messed about by corporate 12 of November still no refund but this bunch of scammers claiming they delivered the pizza. Giving them until November 15th or will be contacting the police as this is nothing but theft and fraud. Case completed settled prior to court they paid £214 instead of refunding the £16.98

If I could put 0 stars then I would! Most of the meal was ok if a little overpriced however one part of my order the Chicken Strippers Combo failed to be delivered at a cost of £7.99. Customer Services are far from helpful with this and are offering a voucher. I don't want a voucher. I want a refund. I rarely go to Domino's due to the overpriced food. The only reason I choose Domino's on this occasion was the ability to pay with PayPal! So overall overpriced good quality food (the items that were delivered) but absolutely shocking customer service when they get it wrong and fail to deliver all of the meal!

Last three times ordered they forgot to put the main ingredient on the pizza so no meat just onion and cheese!! We used to love dominos because the service was also reliable as well as the food. Not anymore. Wont be ordering from here again

Name and Shame: An employee named Ryan who worked at the front till seemed disinterested and got my name all muddled up, I said goodbye and he just nodded his dead, darn rude.

Very tasty pizzas from Dominos BUT ... even with the staff finding you their lowest possible multi buy prices they are still very expensive considering the company policy of being very stingey with the toppings ... we use it as a treat rather than a go to place.

First few times on ordering through bishop auckland dominoes, had no problems, but as time went on, they kept forgetting to put in certain items I ordered, usually a quick phone call and they'd soon send what was missing. However, last time I ordered, a drink and big dip wasn't with my order, wasn't too bothered by the missing dip, I phoned them and they said they would credit my account, fair enough, ordered again recently and phoned about the credited drink, and surprise surprise, no credit was added, and I quote "I don't know who you talked to, so I can't do anything until I talk to them" seems a bit of a bare faced lie, but I have to admit that the pizzas from here are good, I've had worse from other dominoes locations.

Used to be good but orders lacking now. Pizza we got today was missing the drink, had the wrong crust, didn't have the extra cheese and also was missing half the toppings. Was mostly thick crust. Awful. Put half in the bin. Used to be amazing but I'd give it a miss now. This will be our last order for a while.

Ordered pizza last week and paid for stuffed crust, I was then told after paid no stuffed crust so would have to have a standard pizza. I asked about the £6 I have a paid for stuffed crust and was told would be off my next order. As we hardly order pizza I said I would like the money back after been told from the shop they couldn’t do it and they would have to email someone to sort. A week later I am still waiting for my refund. I know it’s only £6 but I wouldn’t get my pizza if we haven’t paid so why should they get my money and I get nothing

This place is a a disgrace I will Point out why below: Tried to order 4 Pizzas online, we could not do this as their online payment was down We called th shop In Bishop Auckland and were instucted to order over the phone and pay on collection We arrived recieved the Pizzas to be told sorry cash only Nobody had told us this in advance and we had to give the pizzas back A female assistant asked us to transfer the money DIRECTLY into her own personal account - we refused The assistand Manager -Matt came out and said well its cash or you can't have them..... Unbelievable we went home ordered from Just Eat they arrived in 45 mins and were perfect. BEWARE OF THIS LOT

The food from here is always fantastic, in all the time I've ordered from here, I've only had 1 issue and this was rectified quickly. Their cheeseburger pizza is amazing! I normally order from the app, it so easy to add the offers and pay. Delivery is normally super fast. I ordered last night and it was delivered within 20 mins! Social distancing was adhered to and the driver gave a thumbs up as i collected it form the front door. Its my favourite pizza place by far!

Rang tonight to have a delivery sent to a self isolating nhs friend lady on phone was lovely and really patient pizza was delivered in great time. Thankyou so much guys you are doing a great job.x Lynne

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Ordered on the app for an over FIFTY POUND order just to have me wait 45 minutes to tell me they can’t deliver my order to the address I’ve given. This is obviously fine but as they had already taken my money they told me I was told that I’d have to wait up to 5 working days to get a refund... THIS WAS ON THE FIRST OF THIS MONTH! Rung the store told I would get a call back and I obviously didn’t then I rung head office who also barley helped. They only just got in back with me today saying that my refunded money will Ben back into my account in 3-5 working days. So it’s taken at least 2 and a half weeks for them to give me my money back. And when I requested for vouchers and discount codes they said I wasn’t allowed any!!!! Not happy at all

the staff was really rude to me on the phone she actually sighed at me when i asked her if i could order very blunt, and messed up the order gave us a small bottle off coke instead off a large. NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVES!!. its your job to take orders don't like it quit!!. LOL.

I phoned up for a delivery early hours of this morning and I won't be ordering from domino's again pizza was freezing and the wedges garlic bread and cheese was horrible I would not recommend ordering from here if you want good food total waste of money

The toppings were a little space.

Very variable topping could be more consistent.

Some of the staff showed little professional conduct by acting like children. Too much horse play. It felt like a madhouse.

Went to collect the waiting time remained on 14minutes for over 15minutes and it wasn't that busy. Food is a bit hit and miss sometimes its great and others I have to put it in my own oven to cook properly as it has been drenched in sauce.

Missing items then turn up a hr latter to be told by delivery driver I have been knocking for ages when I told him he had come to back door and we didn't hear him I was told to "OPEN YOUR EARS THEN" as he walked of very rude arrogant staff even the manager has a stinking attitude will never ever spend a penny with them again

Moved onto a new build house that wasnt listed on delivery list on the app. Richard made the ordering process very simple and easy to go through and was very helpful. He managed to plan a driver to deliver. 5* from me

Pizzas didn't seem as normal standard cheese and doh not full cooked called and spoke to Ben he was brilliant sent me fresh pizzas cooked to perfection and even called me once delivery had been, Ben had looked into my complaint and resolved it he gave me a curtesey call to explain the ovens were running 40 degrees lower and the issue was solved my food was good 100% as normal in replacement thanks Ben

The staff are awful! Shouting at each other and being very unprofessional all the time while I was in. One member of staff was actually making fun of a customer within earshot of them. I've never seen such disgustingly behaved people in my life. Wont ever go there again.

Ordered food which didn’t turn up... wouldn’t allow a refund just a replacement- ordered my replacement and was told an hour later that they can’t send it due to not being allowed to my village until after 11pm- ring them back saying can I come to collect it, everything is all good... get there and Rory (who seemed to be the manager) told me I cancelled the order so they wouldn’t give me it or return my money. Finally got the pizza- absolutely freezing cold and tasted terrible.

This should be the standard that others aspire to. Tastes amazing. Price is high but if you taste it this is soon forgotten. Very slimming too. Not.

Can be quite a regular to be honest, wish the would bring back cheesy wedges with bacon but otherwise love the place. Used to order every other day for a month or so at one point and once had a late order that I didn't get a courtesy call for, when I called up to find out it was late and that I should've had a call they told me I could have a some extra food or a free meal. Last time I called it wasn't on the system so I spoke to the current shift manager (David, sound bloke, can tell by his name) who said rather than get the department manager shifting through phone records he'd give me a 20 pound voucher for my domino's account which works with the offers too. Over the moon with the food, over the moon with the service and over the moon with the pizza on the way! :)

It's just ok, I prefer to support a local pizza shop which offers more for less cost.

Shop nice and clean with pleasant staff. However the pizzas than I had were very greasy, which I found off putting.

Terrible Service. The staff need to go on a course on how to deal with customers who ultimately pay there wages.

Had my card details stolen from the bishop Auckland shop resulting in hundreds being spent on my account, contacted dominos via email and got fobbed off without even a apology!! Disgusting!

We visit every Friday for my daughters weekly treat. Staff are always friendly and service is great whether pizza is collected or delivered. The couple of times they've got it wrong, I have immediately been texted a voucher.

Severely overpriced for what you get. watching someone who seems totally stressed out cooking your pizza does not look good. Far better off getting similiar pizza for asda etc.

There is a staff member there a young southern lad called lee he allways seems hung over and i have smelt alcohol on his breath twice now. The food is great but the managment need to have words with there workers coming into work halfcut

Ordered online for pickup at 5.30, arrived at 5.30 and they couldn't find my order. I had to get my wife to send me the confirmation email, showed to the manager and he found the order but their system said 6.30. The pizza wasn't ready and I had to wait 20 minutes for them to make it from scratch. They offered a free pizza next time but that's not really the point.

1 star is too much. Ordered at 8 pm to pick up at 8.45. Sat until 9.20 then asked where my food was. They said it was coming out of the oven now. 9.30 came around and i was furious. I saw many people complaining and asking for the manager who were all fobbed off with a member of staff who apologised quite lamely. When i started at them in a much more angrier fashion the real manager came out and apologised. I said it wasnt good enough. She said that she qould look into it and contact my wife. They never did. I left without food and ordered a chinese from local shop. I drove there, picked it up and went home with chinese. Abysmal attitude from this shop from every area.

Food is great! Customer service on the other hand was attrotious my partner went inside and they refused to make him an order yet I rang from outside and they took mine!
