I have same issue I have sent my application special delivery guaranteed and it says delivered and signed but when I keep calling them they say nothing on the system. We want answers because we have paid for the service what’s wrong with you people. Is there any management or they not bothered to sort people applications

I will never phone this place again I placed an order then when I try to pay them the fabricated a lie that their computers were down This place is non existent to me now
