Ordered my food on uber eats after checking if they’re deliver to my address with an estimated 50 mins wait, after 50 mins cancelled my order !! 😡😡 and would not deliver to my address

Well to say I was disappointed is an understatement, ordered a kebab box £14 for the family, which states all the different meats and 4 pittas, but it came with 2 pieces of chicken for each flavour and 2 pittas, when I called up to ask what it's ment to come like that the gentleman starting yelling at me down the phone and my children could hear to which I said "I don't know why your speaking to me like that" he continues so my husband was fuming and tried to take the phone. He did eventually apologise.....i was asking as that's not what it states when ordering so was just enquiring, no need for the attitude. it was my first time ordering and the chicken didn't look nice, was dry and not good flavours, the chilli sauce tastes of black pepper and I found it not great value, it was made out to be for 4 people but it was for 2, didn't get eaten so we know for next time.

Ordered close to closing time however delivery was still very efficient in fact 20 minutes before the expected time, food was lovely and warm, very delicious.

Utterly horrible experience with their ghost kitchen brand Master Wings. Ordered via UberEats; zero communication and order was 30 minutes beyond the maximum time noted. Uber Eats suggested I call them directly ... but they simply pushed me to voicemail six different times. By the time it was finally delivered (rather, abandoned in my hotel lobby without the benefit of a phone call or communication via the app), the food was cold and missing half the order. The wings were edible at best and NOTHING like the description via their Uber Eats listing. Avoid this Master Wings at all costs; they display no customer service mentality and deliver a substandard product with no quality control for missing items.

Ordered wings through a ghost kitchen ("Master-Wings Durham") clearly run by Pizza Co (there were Pizza Co takeout menus in the bag). Ordered "korean" and "buffalo and bluecheese" wings and "garlic fries". Nothing at all like the pictures displayed. Absolute rubbish, and deceitful to boot. AVOID

First time ordering, never again order wrong,the order I received was horrible and when the rest of my order come it was the same. If you think about ordering from here please don’t I only ordered here because the kids wanted to order from somewhere different than our usual pizza place. Do not order you’ll be disappointed believe me

Ordered tonight for the first time as my usual take away was closed. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Ordered the kebab box, just a basic mixed kebab. Came in a big box which wasn't even secured down and the salad inside had been opened or not closed, just thrown in. Cheesey chips portion size was terrible, half filled. Ordered pepperoni pizza for 1 of my children who said it tasted like aftershave. I can't comment if it did or not as I didn't try it, but was an odd thing for my son to say. The jalapeño bites came with holes in them and 1 was in half. £40 for food which was terrible. Dont waste your money.

Clean and tidy lovely food definitely order every weekend 18inch pizza 3 topping really cheap

Drive was great and early food was really hot and is unreal and very cheap well worth the money BEST GARLIC Sauce in Durham and love the 18 inch pizza and it has loads of great meal deals highly recommend to any one in country durham area

Sloppy and greasy and messy all I needed to say I bought a normal pizza ended up a calzone had to fold it😂

Very very disappointed Ordered my food 1.5 hours later still no sign of it, I rang them shop the just told me 'its on its way', 30 mins later it arrives, absolutely freezing. They where missing the chips and can of coke from my order, they told me they would send them straight away, 1 hour later and still no sign, iv gave up waiting. I only ordered 4 items and they forgot 2 of them, madness🤣 I will never use this place again. Shambles

Food gave me stomach issues and I became ill, but it was very, very tasty so it was worth it. I'd recommend it, as I'm guessing it was a one off with this pizza I had being incorrectly made or something. Even with all the trouble it caused, it was very nice and worth it. The time it took for it to be made and given to me was quick, taking around 5-10 minutes, a lot quicker than other places. If it wasn't for the issues the pizza gave me, I'd rate the food 3-4 stars. Service was great, I asked which sizes there were, I was told and shown, I asked for it and it was made quickly without any issues when I was ordering.

If you're after a pizza rummage through the bins out back of dominos.

The fried chicken is burnt, dry, and tasteless. It is hard for fried chicken to fail me when I am starving. Yet this js an exception.

Food here has been great in the past. Ordered recently and the food was well over an hour late. Only arrived after calling the place twice to be told "it's on the way" When it finally did turn up, the food was freezing cold (apart from a side salad which was warm and sweaty) and completely inedible. I told the driver (also the manager apparently) that I didn't want the food as it was cold and unacceptable. He refused to take it back, told me to take it up with Just Eat, who have refunded £9 of a £30+ order. Absolutely shocking service from the restaurant and Just Eat, so will not be using either of them again.

So much better than paddy’s!! The pizza was actually flavourful because they used herbs and seasoning. The chips were amazing and came with loads of cheese unlike at paddy’s when I had to ask for extra and they charged me… also the staff are very friendly and they do student discount of you pay with cash!

Ordered the kebab box the chicken was lovely but not enough for the price it was missing the shawarma the Donna meat was bland chips barely cooked some still raw tasting salad was dry and tasteless not woth the money. On a positive the pizzas I've had in the past are excellent very tasty

Had a bloody lovely bolognese stuffed crust pizza delivered tngt really tasty definitely have another one 😋

Never again ordered £35 order chicken special kebab came a few bits of chicken 2 peppers no onions no mushrooms some sort of horrible sauce on it instead of putting pitta breads separate the threw them on the top couldn’t eat them the were that soggy kids meal came with a can of coke kid will be bouncing of the roof when he goes to bed

10/10 service, looked after us so well

Smelt okay at the door but as I looked through the window the guy is cutting and eating the donor meat as he carves maybe what you don't see when you order online I walked away

Myself and my friend ordered a large kerbab box,cheesy garlic bread and mozzarella sticks my god its absolutely beautiful, first time ordering also! Definitely recommend to friends and family! Keep it coming Piza Co 😊

Food is normally lovely and worth paying over the odds but after the weekend experience when I had to ring up over an hour and a half later to be told he would get it to me, nearly 2 hours later he turned up and not even an apology just laughed but food was nice and hot. Fast forward too Monday night food late again no apology and food was terrible. No sauce with the chicken wings even tho I stated in the comments for BBQ , chicken parmo had very little chicken basically all cheese.,dough balls were terribly dry with very little filling and the kebab meat was the worst I've ever had in along time. Dry, shrivelled up with burnt bits. So obvious that it was reheated and a feeling the shop is using the cheap kebab meat as it was rank. £30 down the drain. They have lost a good customer coz won't be ordering anymore.

Ask for Shahrum's Special Garlic Bread, with cheese, mushrooms and onions 🤤
