I have ordered from here multiple time it’s normally lovely food and tasty and I ordered tonight and the food was very bland and no taste to anything really poor I was looking forward to my food because usually very nice but I was very disappointed tonight won’t be ordering again I don’t think

I made a delivery and it took 1hr to make 2 Kabab wraps and chips the chips were burnt and cold will not be ordering from here again

2 star review and this is why. Pizza arrived piping hot and fresh, The chips are the worst in Sunderland, if this is the same owners as falafel what was in Durham they need to go back to that supplier for the chips because these are absolutely appalling. Kebab tonight was rock hard but normally it’s a average kebab. It’s not a one off on the chips this is every time. Hopefully this gets sorted out waste of £75 down the drain

Have used Pizza & Falafel Alhana many times. They offer some great value deals, and the pizzas and kebabs all turn up piping hot. Will definitely keep using them Top Food - Keep it up guys

No pida desde aquí. Pedí un stuffed pizza crust el maíz el maíz sin vino con corteza y no rellenos. El maíz tuvo que quitar, pero fue cubierto, así que sólo comí 1 porción entre nosotros! ! También pasamos más de 16 libras por un kebab y pizza estaba helada cuando llegó. Kebab también repugnante. Ahorra dinero y no pida desde aquí! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Esta comida era absolutamente terrible. Pedí nuggets de pollo y patatas fritas cursi, no sólo los chips de queso, pero los nuggets quemada enfermado, dos veces. La comida estaba fuera y no hecha. Yo se hacer una queja con el gerente. Nunca me pide de nuevo.

Falafel alhana has gone downhill in my eyes. The food has changed drastically and the service has gone down hill. The portion sizes are smaller and that's just a start. The customer service is terrible and I sent my order back. The food was all wrong. Food was missing and I specifically ordered food because I didn't want to trouble my allergies; and it came WITH the food I have allergies too! What sort of service is this? I will be ordering from pizza king from now on as at least they get my order right! Sort it out and get some real staff

They forgot our cans of pop and promised they would put them on our next order. Even after adding them to our order on the notes they still haven't kept their word. Absolutely disgraceful.

Falafel Alhana es uno de los muchos sitios de comida rápida similares en la arcilla Path. Parecía el más atractivo ya que estaba caminando por la calle una fría y húmeda y lluviosa marzo noche. Tienen bastante un extenso menú. Más opciones de pizza que sus rivales parece y un montón de hamburguesas, parmesans, kebabs y tratamientos corporales. Incluso un burrito si quieres uno. La enorme allana Mezclado Kebabs sonaba bien, servido en unos 12" fuerte de pizza y con 4 pitta panes. Incluso tienen boloñesa y patatas fritas, lo que sería divertido para comer en el camino a casa.Pero fui para el Kebab hamburguesa por ahora.

I ordered a large chicken and Donner kebab no salad and garlic and asked for chips and strawberry cheese cake . when I opened my order the kebab was stone cold as if it had been sitting around for ages had salad on and they put chilli in and they sent plain cheese cake . the warmest part of my order was the cheese cake the chips look like death warmed up 10 times I will not be recommending this take away to anyone I wouldn't give my dog cold food so why the hell should I eat it . At 110 am I rang they said they would make me new food and send it straight down at 140 am they rang back asking what was ring because they could not remember and I asked if new food was on its way and they said it hadn't even been cooked yet complete and utter pisstake in my opinion 240 am had to go to shop for money back because boss is an arsehile

Ordered at 00:50 after work, originally said would be 1:40 then changed to 2:00 ( I appreciate might be busy) didn't actually come until 2:25 and pizza was freezing! On a plus side I got my Pop that I ordered for a change!

Started using takeaway about a year ago but recently been taken over now absolutely disgusting ordered £18 of food only thing edible was cheesy chips and garlic steer well clear

Food was delicious, however delivery took 1hr 30 minutes to arrive. We requested that the driver did not ring the doorbell and instead rang our phone when he was outside however he rang the doorbell and seemed less than apologetic about it. Even though the food was spot on, i probably won't be coming here again anytime soon

So dissapointed with my order. Chose 2 pizzas which came freezing cold and tasteless after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes for delivery. This isn't the first time we have ordered and been unhappy with the food quality but we thought we'd give them a second chance and it turned out awful second time aswell. Shame.

Average quality food and took over three hours to deliver half a mile down the road. There are places in Durham that are significantly better.

The meals were very poor & no salad to speak of when ordered specifically. The kebab meal was very dry, the chicken was soggy. The pitta bread was soggy.

Call yourself a falafel bar.. I ordered the wrap and may as well got a salad sarnie. Ne good. Parmo had tomato sauce even though bechamel was requested. Waste of money

Al-Hana is the best, the fries is the quality fries, not dried chips, but just two thing you can perform better,, label your wrap or burger, so that customer know which is which? and your chicken product like whole chicken or half,, you need to make it moisture, not dried,, if these two thing is taken into consideration, no one can beat you in Durham. Plus , if you have a parmason chicken based pizza....like pizza king/uno

Descent food..Not very different from any regular Mediterranean resto. Serice could be better at times.

Where to begin... 1) Food was 30 minutes over due, granted weekend so let that slide. 2) Delivery driver got lost 3) food arrived luke warm / cold 4) chips were soggy and some were only partially cooked 5) Mozerella sticks had barely any mozerella 6) Ordered a fillet chicken burger, at no point in the order was it mentioned that it would be soaked in mayonnaise. Hate mayonnaise so thats the burger abandoned to go straight into the bin. Not to mention the bun was soggy. Money has been completely wasted. This has been by far the worst take away I have ever eaten.

I've ordered before and the food was good but they missed the free pizza off. I didn't say anything and gave the benefit of the doubt and this time I put a note in comments to make sure it was added.... It was added this time but the chicken burgers didn't come with the chips... The salad or the garlic sauce. So we literally just got the burger. I think it's safe to say that unfortunately I won't be ordering again as in the 2 orders we made, both were wrong.

Absolutely disgusting. I would never go back here again. The pizza was soggy, the toppings were cold and the delivery took well over an hour. All in all, bad service and bad food.

Ordered the Falafel wrap meal. The Falafel were burnt and tasted gritty. The pizza ordered was fine. The salad within the wrap tasted and smelled as if it was going off. Very disappointed as we waited an hour for it to be delivered and I couldn't eat it.
