I've changed my mind about this place I've placed an order on there website and never got my food I tried phoning up to see what happened to my delivery no one picked up the phone..very disappointed took my custom elsewhere

I ordered at 1 am they accepted my order even had a phone call with them and they said it was on its way at 2 am but now it's 3:31 am and still hasn't been delivered just poor service I really do enjoy the food other times I'm just disappointed that I haven't had my food delivered and doubt it's going to be theirs normally no complications ordering here just this once I've been let down

Lovely food! Ordered a large amount, chicken strips, spicy wings, chips and 2 pizzas and it was all amazing! Chicken was very crispy and flavourful and the chips were crispy too! Pizza was tasty and oh my the garlic sauce!! You must get the garlic sauce! Over all amazing food and service was brilliant, good value for money!

The shop is under new management and I have heard it will be open Tuesday - Sunday without fail now. The food was amazing, the pizza dough and all the toppings were fresh and high quality. The chips were crisp and cooked perfectly. The chicken strips and wings were seasoned top class and tasted amazing! I can't wait to go back now and looking forward to seeing the shop open every week!!

Very nice crispy chicken and wings, get the curry sauce too. Pizza is nice but the amount of topping on the pizza could of been more. Nice friendly staff.

Chicken really tasty. Pot luck with chips sometimes really nice other times like bullets. Speed of service much better since under new management. Disappointed with pizza though - this was my favourite go to pizza in Cardiff under old management. Changed completely now, ordered pizza once, never again.

Excellent service this time, placed order at 5.30pm for a collection at 8.30pm....only because I wasn't aware it was under new management ( previous owners/management, would take forever even for a small order) With the new owners the experience was totally different, fast efficient and on time, I explained to the new owners that I had stopped coming due to poor service from previous owners, but that has changed with what these new guys were telling me, that their service would be better, and this experience has given me believe that the new owners are what they say . .....and mean business!!!!...the pizza was superb and, full of flavor, the toppings all fresh and what I really enjoyed the most was the pizza base, it wasn't stodgy like others, especially compared to Dominos, which gives you a bloated feeling after a few slices, the other items on the menu looked very tasty, especially the southern fried chicken which did look nice, so will try that next time, but got to say if you want a tasty pizza, you have to try these guys out, and the price was right too, two 16" pizza with extra toppings came to £23 pounds, bargain compared to the likes of dominos, would definitely recommend Pizza chick to other's......

Good food and nice customers services

I’m not sure if they changed the recipe to the fried chicken but it didn’t taste as good and succulent as it used. That’s twice I’ve been let down. 😔

Average fried chicken. Crumb coating was falling off and uneven. Would not reorder. Pizza was a bit better, toppings were generous.

Terrible service. Would not use again. almost 2 hours to make and deliver a 12 inch pizza.

Ahit service orderered a delivery they rang a hour later for me to collect! Managed to even tho I dont drive food was cold by then my sons burger which I ordered plain was full off salad and mayo he has additional learning needs so I coudnt just wipe the salad and sauce off! Very disappointed!

Excellent service and very quick. We were sat in our back garden chilling when 45 mins earlier than stated a lovely gentleman called over our side gate to deliver our food which was perfect. Thank you very much. Will definitely order again.

Worst service ever ...I ordered 2 x chicken an chips for myself and colleague at 23.22.pm I and the Oder confirmed with a delivery time of 00.30am an hour which is not bad for Wednesday night. . Sitting here writing this review at 1.45.am and still no sign of our food the restaurant closed at 12am so nobody answering the calls I just with I had read the reviews before buying

Ordered hot and spicy and had a pepperoni pizza! But still enjoyable nice pizza really thick, just a shame I didn’t have my chillies on it. Delivery was 2 hours come after 1 45ish.

Nearly 2 hours and my food has still not arrived, I have contacted the restaurant myself twice and they said would be half hour yet still no food.

Our food didnt turn up at all. Very disappointing. I understand we ordered late but if they are unable to provide the service then orders should not be confirmed. Luckily i did not pay by card of this occasion.

Ordered at 6.10pm, it's now 8.40pm and I'm still waiting. Most times I'm pretty patient but this isnt good. Called the owner / delivery man and he said it was on its way... Half an hour ago...

Pizza was fresh and warm but delivery takes a while

What a place to order a pizza from WOW! Imagine when you see an advert for pizza the cheese is overflowing and strechy ! YES that exactly what we got without ordering extra anything we ordered the largest pizza they done which was a 16Inch the price almost flawed us !! Came in at a cool £13.60 Could not believe it --- There was so much pizza we are glad we didnt order any sides as there would of not been any room ! Will defiinately be back .... Right. I ordered a chicken burger with chips and chicken.. I am never gunna order from here again, for starters I have been on the toilet 6 times!! With really bad stomach pains and literally can’t keep anything down! If you don’t want to be on the toilet all day then don’t order from here! DISGUSTING!! Would rate 0 star if I could that’s being kind! Tut tut what a shame

Honestly, I wanted to write them an email, but they don't list one on their website. Hence, I am leaving a review here and hope they read it. While the food was good, it was the service that disappointed me. Kudos to the delivery man, but not the person on the other end of the line. At 21:41 I get a phone call to double check the directions. No prob, I live at a confusing area, I'm only happy to help out. Even though, my delivery had to be at 21:45, I don't mind waiting a couple of minutes. However. There was a situation where I had to urgently leave my flat for ~5-10 minutes and I tried ringing the previous number to warn them about this, however, the signal was bad, they couldn't hear me and I couldn't warn them. Note you, it was 21:50 by then and still, no ring from them. But since I was supposed to be absent for a couple of minutes I thought I'd make it back before the delivery man. I texted the number above suggesting I could meet the car outside if it's easier and, hence, left my flat. My mistake. But once I sorted the issue, I called the above number again, since there was still no ring from them and I asked whether they got my text to which the man on the other end asked in an irritated tone "what are you talking about?" three times. I told them I'm talking about the delivery and he told me "you haven't ordered anything, don't disturb us again", then he ended the call before I could say anything. Luckily, a moment later, I get a call from the delivery man and I met him at my door as I was returning back to my flat. As someone who works in the service industry myself, I can state with 100% certainty that the way the person on the phone dealt with the situation was not only unprofessional, but not at all the way you should deal with a customer. The situation was definitely not of the kind where one would have to resort to speaking to a customer with a raised voice and hanging up the phone. Definitely put me off from ordering from them.

The spicy hot pizza is quite possibly the best in the world!

Food was late, guy who deliverd was roud and aggressive, the shop was useless, and I'm never ordering food from here again.

Never ordering from here ever again I never leave a review on any takeaway. But feel like I have to people never ever order from here my food was over 2 hours late. Not even a sorry was given and the food was even worse. If I knew my food was going to be 2 hours late I would of ordered somewhere else

As always, Pizza Chick STILL serve the finest chicken since I first discovered them over 15 years ago and I'm yet to find anywhere that beats them.

Very impressed... Better than KFC, always fresh, tidy sized, full flavoured chicken pieces with a prompt & friendly delivery service... I've not tried the pizza yet but my dad is keen to, so I may yet be back to update, but I have no doubt that the pizza will be good too... Excellent stuff, keep up the good work...

Ordered probably 35-40 times most Friday evenings. Always deliver with a smile always tasty and on time. Live in an appartment,so a little more tricky,but we can never fault the delivery times

What you would expect from a chicken place. Onion rings were a bit brown. But good chips, tasty chicken and good cheesy bread. Nothing gourmet but did the job, and came quick!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Called the takeaway 2 hours after not receiving my order and they told me they tried calling me and then left as nobody answered however, I received no phone call. When I spoke to a someone on the phone I explained we had not received a call and he was very rude and said it's not his fault and said we could go pick it up as they're too busy to deliver again. We already paid with card and when we asked for a refund he said do it through just eat and hung up. Very rude. Terrible customer service.

Very late. No apology or discount.

Food arrived at least 10 minutes after it was supposed to (which was over an hour after we ordered anyway!) when it came it was wrong so they had to come back and had the cheek to ask for order they'd brough originally back!! It was the only food we had so funnily enough we'd started eating it! Will never order from them again and although the food tasted fine, I wouldn't recommend.
