Pizza Chicago in Halton

Been a regular customer here for years! And I'm talking about 7 years.. I spend around £20-£30 here each time (big family). They used to deliver anywhere between 30-50 minutes. The past 6 times I have ordered I've waited over 1 hour & 40 minutes.. every single time I've had to call them up and obviously get the usual "on the way" or "drivers just left" then it turns up within minutes. I feel like because they know you've made numerous previous orders they don't care about you and send multiple deliveries at once with the most regular customers waiting the longest. I've just waited just under 2 hours for my food (chicken and donner folded calzone and cheesy chips) now this is where I draw the line because not only did I wait nearly 2 hours but the chicken was PINK the cheesy chips was less than half of a normal portion.. MINUS THE CHEESE. I think someone had actually eaten half because they had the garlic mayo on that i requested but literally looked half eaten. The place has become an absolute joke. I've been more than understanding and given plenty of chances of "oh they must be really busy tonight" etc but I draw the line at uncooked food especially after waiting 2 hours.. you'd think it would be well done after 2 hours wouldn't you 🙄 definitely won't be ordering again.

Ordered charcole kebab dripping with grease, chips limp and cold hardly and salad . Went in bin standards have dropped 100%

First time a friend ordered us chicken from here was collected, it was nice and good quality, But never agian as Must have been a one off! So I ordered from them again ( twice) the first time chicken was not nice , burned outside and coating mushy and layered inside, got a leg and 2 thigh pieces of brownish meat in the chicken meal. Gave them the benefit of a doubt and ordered chicken and chips meal again , it came without the included drink and I had to phone the restaurant because the chicken was so awful / pink smelt and turned to mush the coating was mushy The guy in the restaurant said he would make sure next time I order it will be nice but my meal with delivery was £16.50 and I honestly won't order again - I paid separate for coleslaw when meal came with no drink anyway and I paid addition for onion rings and hot wings, I ate the onion rings hot wings as bad as the chicken so went in bin as I didn't want to wait another hour for a bad meal and I didn't ask for my money back the offer prob would of been nice. I feel robbed it was an additional charge service fee on top of delivery and it was the first take away I have thrown complete meal in the bin as couldn't even eat it was so disgusting. What happened to taking pride in these take away small businesses, when there are fast food chain competators out there, food its just as bad as Eddie's runcorn , surprised some of these fast food places charging people what they do for sloppy food,. I think I will save my money in future as I generally have a take away now and then as a treat or for convenience when I'm busy, at least cooking your own it's fresh.

Ordered a French Fry calzone.. They put so much doner on it and I'm vegetarian.. Really poor that.. Had to put it in the bin..Used to be a great place..

Just ordered food came very promptly, nice and hot, excellent service from delivery driver, food was lovely, thankyou 😊

Ordered food waited an hour to get freezing cold donor meat rang them up told they would send it again them still waiting an hour more rang them to see where it is to be told on its way 10 mins 20 mins pass no food ring them back to be told 5 mins still no food think just being messed around I love this place but won't be ordering from here ever again JOKE

Order from them on Sunday night 8th November 2021 well before Midnight online and also payed for the Order,it never arrived plus ,Just Eat site said the were still open at 1.30am Fuming I want my money back

If I could give it zero stars I would! Both me and my partner got food poisoning from here, don't order/buy food from Pizza Chicago!

The food is always delightful and I must recomend the tandoori hot pizza. Best pizza in house if you like a little kick!

Placed a order for kebab meat with cheesy chips. They lobbed all.the cheese on the meat without one bit of cheese on the chips. Never seen this before also the meat is bland with gritty bits in. Take care when buying or making a order as they will get it wrong

Fraudsters and thieves I paid for two deliveries and got one

Garlic pizza bread base was mouldy. I tried to ring up and politely inform them so they don't give it to other people, and they refused to acknowledge it and claimed it was the garlic or onion. They said the bread was made fresh, but the smell was overpowering - and I knew immidiately it was the bread. I was very disappointed they essentially refused to hear what I was warning them. Unfortunate experience

Disappointing. Website said 70 mins for delivery it turned up two hours after we'd ordered it. Had to make two phone calls. When it arrived it was barely warm, no sorry no compensation or anything. Food was not great but I wasn't prepared to wait another two hours for food when my daughter was hungry. Their only reason was we're really busy. My answer don't put 70 mins for delivery if you can't meet the expectations and don't over load your delivery driver with food that is going to go cold before it's delivered. Manage your timings better. Poor service is putting it nicely and 1 star is being kind it should be half a star if that. Won't be ordering from here again.

Very good service and nice and tasty food

Staff taking orders, handling money and then handling food. One guy was in and out the shop then making pizzas. I didnt see one person washing their hands. Pizza was slop, minced meat on the base, cheese so thick it was lukewarm. Had to throw it away.

Got a phone call I'm knocking at your door with your delivery. Went down no one there rang them back told them he must be at wrong address 15 minutes later turns up. I pay come in chips are freezing rang them back for them to just say he's going to kill the driver. I didn't pay for takeaway to have to warm it. Won't be otdering from there again

Absolutely vile, after waiting 2 hours for food to be delivered it was cold, had a wrap so the wrap was soggy, garlic bread burnt and got our order wrong no apologies for the wait never ordering from there again!

A good strong 4 stars here, been eating here for a while now and yes most kebab shops are very similar but here its buy one pizza 12"+ and get a 9" one free, plus if its over £10 you get a free garlic bread! Its a feast for £10 and quality is super. :)

Poor......ordered via website and stated new build house so wont show on sat nav, and explained how to find me. Delivery driver rang numerous times after 1.5 hours stating he couldnt find me. I helped him for a further 10 mins on the phone. Eventually he said he wont be coming as he cant find it! Waste of an hour and half

Had a 7inch Seafood Pizza absolutely delicious with tons of topping
