Pizza Chef in Sandwell

Pizza very grease unbelievably I ordered from years and is worse and worse california white which should have white sose have red sose this is wrong to pay £1 extra for white sose and the grease is unbelievable

Just had Pizza and chicken wings delivered. Delivered in time was hot and very tasty. Had free garlic bread which was really good will definitely use again.

Usually had good service previously. However this time i was ripped off with the cost. I was overcharged £17 for medium pizza garlic bread and onion rings. Also had old £1 coin in change. Disappointed.

Have ordered from these guys previously, usually good. However, from time to time, get the response that their card machines not working... Taking cash only. To be honest, now fed up of it - seems to say they are not paying their bank fees correctly/creditors not accepting debit card payments. Get it sorted guys! Been tonight, simply went to another place (despite liking your food) that accepted debit card - why should I withdraw £20 for a £10.50 food bill?

Still waiting for my food 2 hrs later! Called them to ask when it should arrive he told me another 15 minutes.. We will see... Used this takeaway lots of times but this time I am very disappointed!

First time we've used this takeaway very impressed the food was nice and hot and delivered ten minutes before said time,we will be having them again.

Food from here is great every time.

Lasagne was nice as always, but a little cold on arrival.

I orderd a buy one get one free meal for £10.99 thinkin it was a family pizza and another family pizza. The second free one was only a 4 slice pizza not worded very well wont b ordering that meal deal again

Everything was good, except I requested standard Mayo on the Chicken Burger & actually got Garlic Mayo. I didn't mind as I guess this was a slight mistake & overseen. Fantastic food - Great stuff.

i waited for over an hour and a half for delivery, i rang them up to see what was happening and first they wasn't answering the phones and on the second call i was told pizza oven doesn't cook quick??....when i finally received my order the pizza was cold and the burger meal i had the burger was rock hard..... shocking would never use again

Very poor! Never order from here again! They said would only take 40mins, phoned after an hour of waiting and told me would be a further half an hour! Food finally came after 1hr 35min wait, no apologies from deliverer, and food was that cold I had to reheat in microwave and oven. And it tasted awful, we thrower it away and I had to find kids something eles in freezer to cook quick. Very poor service, very poor food.

Beautiful pizzas and garlic bread, especially with the garlic mayo dip, delievery always within half hour and the drivers are very friendly!!

dripping in oil and the pizza base was soggy it should be crispy put it in the bin dident fancy a heart attack with all that oil on

Pizza was perfect as normal, but burger which i order with no salad or sauce came with salad and mayo. Also delivery guy was asking for cash, although i already paid by card and the money was gone from my account.

Order from here all the time, love the food. However last few weeks things have been missing from deliveries. First just cans of pop, my last order the chips to go with my pizzas. Delivery driver runs off as soon as you open the door!

Pizza was an hour late for the driver to call me saying he was outside and wasn't, Called the restaurant to have attitude from them only after I told them to forget it they told me they would make sure it was there in a10 mins with discount.

The dough was soggy in places if you can sort that out be a good pizza

No pizza ever gets a great review as I find them boring so it would be fair to judge, the only concern really was the fact I only ordered 8 chicken wings an a 10inch pizza and it was dilivered 15 minutes later then expected dilivery time which in all fairness was a poor exuse for a Thursday night

This has got to be the best place i have ever had a pizza from, taste colour and the look of the pizza all 100% You want a pizza and not sure who to pick, pick these guys, i have the veg hot, full to the top with flavour oh yeah it can be hot but so tasty Again a veg hot pizza worth its weight in gold. so yummy.

after ordering from yourselves i was very annoyed that your delivery driver after giving me my food and was about to shut the door that he pushed it open forcefully just to check i had paid for my food when as a matter of fact i had paid online. i found this very unacceptable and i would like to make it known to them that they can not use this type of behaviour to see if someone has paid especially a women who they nearly knocked to the floor. shall not consider using you again in the future unless i am told you have addressed this with your staff.

pre ordred the pizza that is why iv not given them a high star on Delivery, ordered for 18.15 but it turned up at 17.35. food was only warm when well were all there to eat it. But the food its out standing. Veg hot amazing.....
