Ordered online and got it delivered the hot food was good but the Desert was FROZEN SOLID so had to wait for it to defrost

Went yesterday evening and a great amount of food given

Pizza and Kabobs were excellent. Service was friendly and helpful with our questions! I would come back if I had a chance

Chips weren't cooked enough. Plus x2 large pizzas that were absolutely awful. No flavour! looked like they had been kicked up my garden path before they got to my front door Spent over £40 on this. Will not be ordering from there again!!

I had Bacon double cheese burger - WOW. WOW. Wife had pizza margarita - excellent. Good chips/fries. Full choice of sauces. Ate in, nice and clean. Will go again...

Had a slight issue due to one of the menu items not listing an allergen but it was dealt with straight away and I was treated well when I had to complain and cancel the order. I hate making a fuss and was worried about a bad reaction but the manager and staff refunded me and provided me with a free alternative. Perfect customer service and attitude thanks :)

Great food and service would recommend there takeaway and delivery service.

Even though the take away menu says £25 minimum, to get it delivered we had to spend a minimum of £60! We've used them before and there was no issue, I don't know whether it's changed owner or something, but we were really disappointed, we even offered to pay a delivery charge.

Unreal service and unreal food. After a long day at work I seriously sat and enjoyed my dinner (meat feast pizza). I would very highly recommend

Got delivery and the delivery driver chucked it on our door in front of my partner which he just smirked saying oops? Food everywhere. Don’t know why they still have such a rude and dangerous driving delivery driver.

Such a beautiful restaurant area and felt very welcome. Came in with some friends from work. Service with a smile and always making sure we had everything and were happy with our meals. The food was DELICIOUS!! 100% recommendation and will definitely be back!!

Really pretty, good service, kind staff, amazing food and clean place

Pizzas, kebabs, wraps, burgers and the usual sides, with an American-style décor and dining space. Pretty much the only thing open in Wincanton on a Sunday evening, but was clean and tidy, had attentive and friendly service, and I enjoyed my calzone. Lighting a little sterile but with colourful touches, it was a pleasant enough economical meal out with friends.

We went into this pizza/kebab shop and were pleasantly surprised by this place! We each got a kebab wrap and a drink and the food was really well presented for a kebab shop! Decent portion size as well and came with chips which was great for the price. The people were friendly, so overall, I'd recommend this place as an option if stopping by in this town.👍🏼

I don't usually post photos of my meals, but I want to congratulate Pizza Palace Wincanton on their delicious Turkish grill. It was absolutely brilliant. Fresh and varied salads and mixed grill and a really impressive veggie option. Right in the middle of Wincanton and open late!

Requested delivery which arrived promptly but was cold on arrival. The pizza was well loaded

The food was delivered quickly and was very nice, though, the delivery driver was quite rude and frustrate when we went out to collect. We got a text letting us know the pizza was here, 18 minutes early, as of the website, and then complained to us for not collecting sooner.

Usually nice food. Burnt fish with a complimentary hair in with the chips, can't believe you would send that out to a customer. Delivery drivers always curt as if you are inconveniencing them. Sorry but we will not be ordering from you again. I also would have preferred to email you about the issues rather than write this poor review. Yes I could have called but I can't show you a picture of the burnt offerings over the phone and doubt a call would highlight my concerns. Shame as your pizzas are lovely but tonight has lost you 2 customers.

Only offering a Vegan Margherita and then they charge 50p PER topping and for pizza herbs? hilarious! Great if you eat meat I suppose. but still overpriced and just as good and half the price from the kebab shop opposite. Bit of a rip off.

Good food , bit more expensive than some

We've enjoyed the pizzas and other meals we have had from here. Delivery option is great as we live 5 miles from Wincanton. Food is alway hot when delivered. It is now possible again to collect from their location. Although parking can be tricky staff are always friendly. I find it easier to order in advance and collect. Perhaps take someone with you to jump out and collect the food because of the parking.

I've not had a pizza from here. I've just followed one of their driver's texting on his phone weaving all over the road he could of killed somebody.

Great food but the past 3 times I've eaten here ive had a bad stomach unfortunately. Desserts are fantastic though

The pizzas have a lot of fat but tastes good.

We always pick up so I can't comment on their delivery service but we've never been disappointed. We order from them most weeks and it's always top quality. Plenty of options for vegans and coeliacs (their chips are gluten free and they have gluten-free pizza bases). I've always found their staff to be really friendly and the prices are very fair. Highly recommended!

So much better than Dominoes! Crispy bottom and fair topping, garlic dough balls are very very disappointing, so dry and not worth £3.50 you'd think they come in foil swimming in garlic butter but unfortunately not just dry. Other than that chocolate pizza is delicious and so is the biscoff cheesecake!

Much better than Domino's!! Meatballs are delicious. Meat is better quality! And the filling goes all the way up to the crust! The stuffed crusts uses nicer cheese than domino's too.

Our driver got lost and eventually delivered a cold pizza after several phone calls despite delivering to my property before! He then shouted at my partner as the order was under £20!! So sorry to have put you guys out by ordering pizza from a pizza delivery firm. I have deleted my account and will not order again as I do not want people like that coming to my home.

Amazing tasting food shame about the delivery service the driver practically chucked my food at me and didnt say a word. Proper ignorant. But reguardless the food is good.

Nice pizza I ate in staff not professional as you can see the the top of her head she's on the phone to her friends Pizza was very nice. As I was eating my dinner there was a guy just walking from the kitchen to the front door backwards and forwards. Nice pizza best get a delivery to avoid the awkwardness of it all

Worst possible delivery service, couldn't find house then would you like your pizza delivered now hour later, it's been out on top...appalling experience...

Hellish place decent scran not bad prices and they deliver best place in wincanton
