Please don't order from here,even via just eat ! Took my money waited over an hour and 45 minutes then cancelled the order. Reading the other reviews though looks like we had a lucky escape. Won't order again !

Disgraceful never again minus 5star

Over an hour late, items missing and phone never gets answered then when it comes ask driver to call us then implies that it was our problem that they can’t cope. Pizza also were missing toppings stated.

Chicken kebab so dry hard to swallow it chips overcooked and freezing cold

Can’t even answer a phone. Food taste like cardboard anyways and is stone cold. Wouldn’t waste my time.

So the owner has done this huge post on Facebook claiming to be making sure that Pizza Addict is "getting back to 5* rating" and making a point to say that all the old staff have left and there's new staff etc... The pizzas I have been delivered twice this weekend were dry, luke warm and one of them was so burnt some of the cheese and kebab meat had turned to charcoal Perhaps the old staff need to come back? Because it's worse now than it ever has been.

Orderd pizza at 7pm and nothing at 9pm poor service and promises, don't order !!!!

Paid £48 which I thought was OK for the amount of food but the quality was disgusting. The parmo had no bechemel sauce and was burnt. The wrap was half the size of other places. The cakes were soggy. Not only that, I waited over an hour for delivery. Milkshake was missing and one of the cakes was wrong. When I rang and told them they said they had none of the rainbow cake left. Instead of sending an extra of the one we already had they sent something completely different when they should have just called and asked. When I told them they asked what I would like instead they said galaxy so I got that. When it arrived it was just cake it was cheesecake. Shocking food and shocking service. Won't be ordering from them again

I can't believe I paid £8 for a so called steak burger ...it was quite literally a bland cheap meat patty in a cheap dry bun ,it didn't even have any of the salad and pickles promised .. should be ashamed of themselves

Only reason for 4 stars is because I asked for half pounders when I got quarter pounders That being said, the quarter pounders I got were fantastic. The bun, the meat, the salad dressing, everything was supreme and fresh. The fact half pounders were ordered but got quarter pounders ain't gonna deter me. I'll just ask for a special burger which has halloumi cheese too. Got a thin crust double pepperoni as well which was great too. BURGERRRSSSSSSSS EDIT Just had the chips that comes with the burgers. Bit of salt and some dip if you have some in and they're superb.

Got a seafood pizza thought id try theirs out but it only had tuna on ill stick to flame from newbiggin from now on can't fault there's

Rude staff!!!! Missing items!!!!! Burned Nachos!!!!! They say return missing items tomorrow???? Really????? Never again .....

Absolutely rubbish! Took nearly an hour and a half to deliver food. Called shop after 2 hours of waiting for the driver to say he left it at the back door. God knows how long it was sitting there before we got it. Surely a driver doesn’t leave food unattended without checking the customer gets it or calling to check it’s the right place!

Absolutely shocking waited over an hour and a half for me food taken the absolute p*** never again will I be ordering from here again like avoid like the plague

Staff are rude and abusive I ordered a meal yesterday night and when it didn't not arrive they tried to lie to me and claim someone had allready picked it up and when I went it today to collect my refund I received a load of abus for giving them a bad review and guess what all this occurred not one of the staff had a face mask on very covid secure 👍

Best take away in Ashington in both quality and price with friendly staff :) highly recommend and been to many takeaways but this is always number 1 favourite to go to. Edit: There is new staff now and a new menu too food is even better than before

Well after 2 months of using these i have edited my review from 5 stars to 1. Started ordering from here back end of 2020. At the start orders came correct and well before the stated time but since jan 21 orders are becoming later and later eg 2+ hours after ordering, orders are wrong and missing items. Decided to schedule order for a certain time this was scheduled for 2 hrs after ordering order finally arrived 2.25 hrs after scheduled time, after ringing various times and getting told order was on way i was then told i had not ordered 🤔 and blamed the uber eats app. Ordered again a few nights ago order came on time but only had half the order, phoned up and was told they would send out rest of order and 1 can of pop 30mins later the rest of the order arrived Ordered tonight as had a free takeaway through uber eats. Ordered at 4.30 when shop opened for a schedule deliver between 6-6.30 order came at 6.50 and was yet again missing items, deliver driver phoned shop and said they would get delivered asap. The items that did arrive were just warm as if they had been cooked about an hour ago, chicken was way over done and dry. 1 hr later the rest of the order is still not here phoned shop and was told it will be with me soon and could not give me a time and said i can have a free pop on next order 😂😂. 1.25 hours later still waiting on the rest of my order. Phoned yet again and told them to keep the rest of order Also when you spend £10+ you get a free garlic bread, my orders are £15+ each time i order and have never received garlic bread. Enquired about this tonight when i phoned to chase up the rest of my order and was told garlic bread offer only applies to ashington Its clear to say i will not be ordering for here again.

New years eve my grandson and I had kebab, it was absolutely gorgeous, and the delivery guy was just lovely.. Not wanting to cook again on new years day (lazy me), I ordered a pizza for us, and a wee tipple for me, the delivery driver again, different one, was also lovely , and my grandson said *this shop sells really nice food nana * he's 6, and I will say, it was delicious... We will not be ordering anywhere but here... Well done and happy new year

Oh dear! No face masks being worn by staff cooking and serving, no screens, very few signs in an open environment. Watched 4 out 5 people coming in with no face masks whilst we waited and staff did not bother. Won't be using again as felt very unsafe. Despite that pizza was good and great value.

Food arrived after 40 mins, instead of the usual 1 hr 15 mins from many other food delivery outlets in Ashington. It was cooked as I had asked. Would recommend.

Ordered the other night and couldn't find a single fault. Food was early, easy, more than affordable and absolutely banging for the prices you pay. The takeover has done wonders, definitely frequenting again 🤙🏼😁

Chips were green and black in the centre.. totally inedible.. and the cheese and jalapeno bites were just as bad.. when I bit into them they were extremely watery inside.. and took 2 hours for them to deliver it.. will never go back and most definitely will not recommend!!!!

Ordered chicken wraps and garlic bread special at 7.20 , after several phone calls to say its on its way, arrived eventually at 9.50 which arrived piping hot clearly forgotten about and been microwaved, even the salad was piping hot! ill never use again!

I can not believe the attitude of the delivery driver tonight 30/8 first of all he shouted and screaming at a customer before me, then I clearly asked on the phone if I could pay on phone with card, the girl said no but delivery driver would have a machine. When I proceeded to pay he also started to shot at me saying we do not take cards, then wheel spin his car out of sandybay. This man clearly needs to go back to school and learn some etiquette.

Why my pizza base was burned and hard but toppings were fine on top it wasnt burn just the pizza base was burned bottom and side only when i order by phone but when i order on uber eat ive got a nice soft pizza it was very nice why when i order on phone it comes burned im not wasting my money again

Poor quality in taste of food not enough sauce on pizza base too greasy and not enough kebab when I paid £1.00 for that extra topping wouldn’t pay £11.00 pound again for one pizza highly don’t recommend this takeaway

What a excellent little pizza shop this is cheapest in town as well £1.50 for a 8 inch pizza collected unreal and the wraps are lovely I have been here a few times and every time it's been excellent

One of the best takeaways in the area. Judging off all of the terrible reviews I had very low expectations and on my first order I was very pleasantly surprised good value, very nice tasty food. So I ordered again once again expecting it to be bad and once again i got very nice good value food delivered hot to my door!! Honestly I do not know why there are so many poor reviews. There was only two things I wasnt too keen on, which is why I gave 4 and not 5 stars, the chips are not the best and the pizza is in my opinion a bit under done but nothing I couldn't quickly finish off in the oven.
