Absolute scam portions are tiny

Order a meal for delivery, ordered arrived incomplete one curry missing, rang to report it to shop they sent replacement meal out however the person who had the missing curry is very poorly the next day with what drs believe to be food poisoning? Coincidence?

Our order was late, and when it eventually did arrive the order was wrong. Not as good as it was years ago.

Order took 1hr 45 mins when told, 45-60 mins. Food came cold and not as described on the menu with no sauces. When phoned they just make excuses to get you off the phone. Terrible service won't be back.

Waited 2 and a half hours for our food, when speaking to the manager, he made out like it was my fault

Will not be returning!! Use to deliver for these guys years ago and the place was the best. But after my Indian with half cooked meat etc giving me food poisoning all weekend. I would avoid like the plague. I dont know what happened to this place but we won't be back

Excellent takeaway, super fast delivery and the food was fabulous,garlic tikka kebab on lovely naan bread, onion bhaji starter,well impressed and a change from a full meal .

Gone right down hill new owners again I think my son ordered a kebab wrap came with 5 small pieces of meat when I rang up they said that's how we make them that's plenty of meat haha ok maybe if your a child...Will not be ordering again

This curry house is a total joke. I ordered food and it took in total 2hr 25 mins and when it arrived there was 1 curry missing. It spoilt our night. And I had to wait 3 days for the refund as as apparently they had no authority from the boss. I’d NEVER order from this shop again.

I always eat Indian as my dinner and go to Spice of India. Serve superb and always tasty food. Their jalfrezi is nice.

Ordered Donner kebab. It turned up light grey, barely warm. It came with no pitta bread. I had ordered salad with it. The salad was the smallest amount of lettuce, no onion, no red cabbage, no white cabbage, no tomato, no cucumber, no chilli. I phoned to complain and was told "that's how we do it here!". My wife ordered onion bhaji. It came with no salad or lemon. Worst kebab ever! My son had one bite of the meat but didn't trust it was cooked, so we threw the lot away.

I ordered balti lamb and beef biryani also i ordered garlic chips and balti pizza & tkka nan. It was so yummie, and so friendly staff. i will be back soon.

So disappointed this place has been taken over. We’ve been coming for ages weekly and ever since it’s been taken over it’s never been the same. 3 weeks in a row order wrong or missing things. Sent the wrong curry last week and tried to imply I ordered wrong. Even though I repeated numerous times what I wanted. As apology they offered to knock the price of a curry off this week. But they misled us. Told us they couldn’t knock the £6 off and it would be a special divided by 5? They’ve changed the chips to frozen ones and they only went and forgot the onion salad. Sorry but we will never be back.

Normally spot on but tonights curry was not good at all,seems like they have a new chef or been took over...Not going back....

Did not deliver part of my order, they would not answer phone for 30 mins so drove to pick up missing food, told them rest would be ruined as would now be cold 45 mins later I was offered 5 pound off next order.. No offer of new food or refund..complete waste of money, went to the far superior Asmara which I would highly recommended fantastic food. also in Blyth.

I would rather share a basement with Fritzel than return here, he'd probably put more effort into the food

Kebab was cold and the hygiene well that is desirable While it was cold it did taste nice Only other thing is I prefer to see my food prepared in front of me but the guy goes out in other room out of sight.

First time ordering food from here. Ordered meal deal 2 all of it came cold absolutely desgusting, pizza topping was all on one side definitely wont be ordering again

Just tryed to order 2 kebabs.. man on phone didnt mention the sauce that came with it plus chips so i orderd 3 x sauce. He said £20.50p I rang back and said kebabs come with sauce so knock 2 sauces off the order so he said right its £20... how is knocking 2 sauces off the menu knocking 50p off the price. When adding it up on the menu it didnt even cost £20 i rang them back and said it shouldnt even come to 20quid so cancel the order he said ok and hungup. Any other gullable person would of paid £20 for 2 kebabs . The price was just a random number he came up with.

Absolute rubbish, no meat in keema nan chicken in keema rice instead of minced lamb, No taste curry was watery, no meat on chicken leg. Chicken tikka was chewy, and to top it off over charged £3 to online menu 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Me and my partner have just collect our meal from here we had chicken tikka punjabi house special rice keema nan bread and chips and we really enjoyed it thanks to spice of india definitely we will go back...

Order all the time excellent service and amazing food! Could eat one of these every night of the week!

Disgusting service, regular to this place, tried to add to an order today and actually got shouted at by the horrible man on the phone resulting on my girlfriend calling and cancelling the order.. the man tried acting unaware and apologetic but it was basic bs.. won't be coming back here and I suggest you dont

Love the spice of India. Curry on a pizza and the option to mix and match stuff from the actual Indian menu and the pizza shop is genius. Nowhere else in Blyth does this. I normally order in the shop and wait and it's ready pretty quickly. Tonight I'm getting a delivery so let's see how this goes.

Food was cold nan bread was cold disappointing meal

Biggest heap of crap going still waiting for order that was placed at 7pm. 9.47pm order turned up has previously tried to call to chase up but number constantly engaged. Got told off driver that the phones had been taken off hook as they couldn't deal with the orders and drivers were expected to help prep food.

Can't believe how bad this takeaway is I placed an order at 7.30 got telt an hour for the delivery but 2 and half hours later still nothing and tryed the phone but kept coming up saying its busy really bad practice

Me and my partner found a hair in our take away after just one mouth full unfortunatly they were shut when we went to call back up will be going down tomorrow to demand our money back😠 Went down the next day to get our money back and i got nothing but verbal abuse of the manager screaming and shouting in my face denying it was a hair from there what happend to customers always right will be going to the council monday morning to get trade and standard and food hygene to close them down😷😷😷

I didnt like anything about that place the worst place i have ever ordered from the manager is an absolute waste of time to speak to about hygeine and i will be going to the council monday morning to get you shut down!!!!!
