I ordered a pizza and 2 slushies came to 14.56 the driver had no change on him and i gave him a 20 pound note and said dont worry about the 46p and just give me a 5er he said he will bring back the 5er but still hasn’t feel absolutely mugged off wont be ordering again until my money/change is brought back to me may just be a 5er but thats a lot of money these days especially when i only did a small order absolutely fuming

No drink never came back with one

Unfortunately first time trying, and everything was rubbery, not sure if coz of the waited time or not, chips, nuggets, fries was soggy, and pizza had no flavor and barely any sauce, the dough was realy rubbery unfortunately will not be returning. Even children did not eat it 😔

wasn't great, pizza dough was just about cooked, doughy in places couldnt eat the crusts, wish I'd ordered thin crust. wedges over cooked, won't be ordering again

we visit this place at least once weekly as it is the best pizza. But the driver who came to the house was very rude(I have on door video). telling the young child that was with him and i quote A fing minngger and my house smelt. when i called to complain to the shop they did not care. I am not here to please a driver or his kid. I work very hard also i have to look after my ASD daughter and disabled husband, I am not going to go doll myself up just to please some old scouser. I do not want him to come back to my home again. the manager better call me back

Delivery never turnt up. Phoned restaurant and they told me on way. Waited another 10mins for them to tell me it’s been delivered ages ago. So disgusted with how I was treated on the phone. Been told there sending out another one we will see. Never ordering from here again purely because of the lack of customer service I have received. Bad service

£60 on pizza for the family for new years and it was shocking, delivery driver or staff must have dropped the pizzas before delivering because they were an inedible mess toppings everywhere all stuck to the box and the pizzas were all squashed. Was so disappointing

Disgusting rancid food. Have ordered from here for years but tonight was disgusting. Will never order again. Spoke to several staff and one member was meant to come out and see the pizza but then bottled it. When i called again i was told she didn't want to speak to me. Which is I guess was because kept telling me the chillis were fresh. Wrinkled and stale.

Was around 6minutes undercooked. Had to finish it off in the oven. Even then, still wasn’t worth £21

Is that pepperoni pizza? We ask for chilli dip but get garlic one.

Never had so many layers of pasta with so little filling which barely even covered the pasta layers. Only tasted pasta and no flavour of the filling detected. Very disappointing. Even I make better lasagne. Delivery time and person were good.

Food was great as usual, but you're delivery driver not so much, stood there as I struggled to get my stuff out of the bag, short changed me over a £1 then mumbled something under his breathe as he walked away....!!

Not as good as previously. The pizza was a bit burnt around the edges. They didn't send our desserts and sent the wrong drinks.

When I'm choose time on 1:20pm and delayed time change on 1:35pm what time arrived on 1:50pm is LATE make me big stressed as won't enjoy time :( xx

It was terrible i orderd my pizza with no unions and peppers but gave me them I couldn’t eat the pizza as I’m allergic to peppers so I had to chuck it I will never be ordering from here again 👎👎👎👎

Good hot pizza as always. Delivery time cannot be helped - it is busy out there today and everyone did their best which is as much as anyone can reasonably ask.

Very disappointed. I have ordered from hear many times and it is my go to place for my pizza, chips and garlic bread. But on this occasion I'm not so happy. Turned up late, chips were just warm not hot like normal. And Soggy. Pizza was burnt, and I know I ask for thin base, but this was thiner than thin. Garlic bread with cheese, on the other hand was cooked perfectly. Turned up with the driver and food was just in a carrier bag not there insulated bag. I work in the fast food and catering industry, and the condition of the food on this occasion would not have left the restaurant. Sorry guys for the bad feedback but you really let me down this time. Hopefully my next order will be back to your normal standard.

We didn’t hear the knock and no door bell was rung. So I’ve been charged and I didn’t even get to eat my pizza. I will be requesting a refund

Food was good, only 1 problem, they forgot to put the garlic dip in my item. Other than that, no complaints.

💯Overpriced, for what it was … Bog -standard pepperoni pizza , that wasn’t enough for 2… prettied-up in packaging😜…with some ordinary cheesy-garlic 🧄 bread Was piping hot 🥵 & delivered efficiently, though 🤷‍♀️😂 Overall, not impressed … Would not recommend, unless they had more money 💰 than sense …🤪

Unusually delayed but I was notified by the restaurant. Food was still excellent though.

Very disappointing order. Tracking said with driver for over half an hour (we live minutes away from restaurant) order then said delivered 40 mins after it was due to be delivered. However we hadn’t received the order. Contacted restaurant and was assured it’s on its way. Delivery driver pressed buzzer, i said we’re on the first floor, he then proceeded to go to EVERY floor in the building and then just stood in the communal hallway knocking on a random fire door? So I had to go and find him. Pizza was cold, soggy and tasteless. Definitely won’t be returning.

Had 2 pizzas delivered. The pizza bases were awful. They were more like a Yorkshire pudding texture then a bread base. The topping was nice. Really shame.

Ordered at 8pm but came at 7pm!

Ordered an 18inch pizza which went in the bin coz awful but was charged £26 what a rip off ... never again

So slow I understand it’s a Saturday but was over an hour. Food tasted off and funny today, all 9 of us not one person enjoyed it sadly. And they forgot items and had to go back again.
