Pizza 2 Go in Sutton

0/5 Found a hair in my wrap as I bit into it. Ordered a pizzas before and had no issues. But this is disgusting and wasteful I have uploaded a photo but wouldn’t let me do it together. Clearly no hygiene checks?

Best pizza. Much preferred compared dominos or other large chains. Been a customer for over 10 years and the food has barely changed. Always great

I kindly left a note to the restaurant to not knock on our door or rind the doorbell because our children were asleep and instead to call me when they are here. I do this for nearly every take out I order because the time we order it kids are asleep for school the next day. after going 45 minutes past the delivery time that I was given (which was already an hour) my 2 medium pizzas arrived AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO RING THE DOORBELL AND KNOCK ON THE DOOR which caused my 2 5 year olds to wake up. I tried calling the restaurant to see what was going on with the order but every time I called to no avail. Won’t be ordering from here again very dissatisfied.

Unfortunately today has put us off completely. We ordered, missed something off so phoned to requested it was added (2dips). The order took 1hour 50mins to arrive with no dip. I phoned after 1hour 15mins and they said it would be 5mins. Phoned again and they said they would call me back. It arrived. I would have also expected a call with some sort of compensation but unfortunately not - considering we have been customers for almost 2 years this is disappointing.

Never had a pizza so greasy. Dough was just under cooked and little favouring on top. I had a quarter before throwing it away. Wings not great but sauce was nice and the garlic bread is what you expect. Lost my custom.

Great Pizza and Fast Delivery!

Food is nice and we have ordered from here about half a dozen times. Unfortunately tonight the delivery driver was quite rude. Found that off putting and it’s a shame because the service had been good for every previous delivery.

Delicious as always and fab service. Great pizza, garlic bread and chicken wings.

Didn’t get the toppings I ordered. I’ve ordered almost the same as the other one but with one different topping. I still had it, cause I didn’t mind too much. but if had would’ve been much different I would’ve called to ask for my money back.

I ordered a pizza with extra pepperoni but I had it with no a single slice of it. The lady from their customer service that I spoke to, was rude and coarse. I would never order again, didn’t get what I d paid for.

There are better pizza places out there. Arrived on time and hot, but the toppings themselves tasted artificial.

food arrived piping hot & a few minutes before the stated delivery time which was perfect as we were very hungry! Pizza had plenty of lovely toppings and we would 100% order from here again. Absolutely recommended!! 😊👍🏻

Our usual was closed for summer so had to look elsewhere. Thought this would be a good choice with the great reviews but unfortunarely both pizzas were completely swimming in oil, couldn't taste anything due to this. Won't be ordering from here again. Makes you question if the great reviews are really legit... Delivery time was great if that's any concillation!

This place is okay. Food was good and very hot. It came here early but if it can here just on time or a few minutes late they might have not forgotten my drinks I ordered however, 15 minutes later the delivery driver happily brought me my drinks. Overall it was good

pizza was lovely and came over half an hour before the delivery time given. only issue is that I ordered a 1.5L bottle of coke and was given a 1.25L but it’s not a really big deal. overall good experience definitely would use pizza 2 go again.

Star rating is a joke. The pizza was ok, very fatty tasting and my pizza lacked the toppings I ask for. To be honest extra topping is con really.

Ordered the meal deal and asked for chips instead of the bottled drink which i thought would be same price range as large chips. When it came it was only a small portion which were hard and lukewarm. Ordered an extra portion of wings (deal had spicy wings so ordered bbq) ended up with 2 portion bbq wings. Delivery driver didnt have correct change.

Ordered to large pizzas, Margarita and a Pepperoni Plus and garlic bread. Delivery time was amended to add an additional 10 minutes, food arrived 20 after that. Pizzas weren’t cold, but were certainly not piping hot. Garlic bread was luke warm, dripping in oil and floppy.

Although only 10 mins late think the driver left quite a bit early than expected delivery time. Could not find address even though specific instructions given on order. Food arrived stone cold. Ordered on a Sunday so not even a busy day. How difficult is it to get drivers with intelligence.

I don't usually do reviews, but they deserve this time. Great service! I had an issue with the delivery address in my phone. I called them and they were very polite and helpful in changing the delivery address whilst the driver was already in his way! Also, the pizza was fantastic!

Garlic pizza was excessively oily. Chicken hot wings are seriously disgusting. Had two the other 8 went straight to the bin. The wings had no flavour except for the outer crust. Tasted like soggy boiled wings in bread crumbs. They come was great thanks. I will never order from you again.
