The lamb was very chewy and overcooked and some pieces didn't smell very fresh

lovely kebabs and amazing burgers

I made a mistake and put wrong address but driver and restaurant was really helpful got my order to me due to my mess up 5 star food always good as usual

brown paper carrier bag rips when the jucies leak out, feel sorry for the delivery drivers.

The kebab was very greasy and so was the bread

Not garlic sauce it’s garlic mayo

Special Kebab was not very special i'm afraid, there was too much lamb kofte and not enough lamb shish for my liking. Too small for a large also unfortunately.

Amazing food and a generous amount of it! Only minor thing is that the chilli sauce could have been a bit hotter/spicier.

Nice food and loads of it, I would say you could order an extra pitta and share there is so much kebab. We had shish, doner and mixed and there was too much.

Can't comment nearly 2 hours for an order that was cancelled. Won't try again.

The food from this shop is exceptionally good quality quite amazing and it has become our new favourite kebab shop and no other kebab place compares or even comes close

Although the food from pitsea kebabs is excellent the food was on its side on arrival so the chilli sauce seeped out of the carton all over everything else but I think that’s because it want stored correctly for delivery

Very quick order and nice and hot.

Food was lovely as normal, but the delivery driver was very rude and called me before he even got to my street, told me to come down as he couldnt find the entrance and had a bad knee, but he wasnt there yet and there are only 3 steps. He then tried to hand the food to me over the balcony instead of coming up the stairs, i wouldnt have been able to reach so i said no and he swore at me, then instead of handing me the bag he placed it on the floor.

Food is tasty thats why I order but its not warm hot. Like its not freshly cooked.

Just eat spot on but the kebab itself separate from pitta bread and covered in sauce so will be messy trying to put it in pitta.

ordered here for the first and last time. quite a lot of the food was overcooked and very dry, too much salt on chips (like someone forgot to stop adding salt) and an overload of sauce making that the only thing to taste. not only that the containers were crushed were it was all placed in one bag.

This was my regular go to kebab place. A few times I have ordered now and food is cold and fries are freezing. I was tracking the driver and either he was delivering more than one order or was on a differemt route after collecting food.

Large chicken kebab with no salad comes full of onion and peppers. Also missed drink off of order was offered a refund. Delivery was late. Was charged delivery and a service charge.

Ordered the large mixed kebab. It's very tasty, with lots of meat. However, sauce should always be served separately, Not poured onto the meat. There wasn't enough salad for that amount of meat, and only 1 pitta bread! All other kebab shops in this area serve this dish with two pitta breads and sauce on the side. Having said that would order again because it was very very tasty.

Got to be the best kebab shop in Basildon. Food was overall brilliant.

I have not had a kabab from here in 8 years. It has gone downhill,the kabab meat was tasteless and boreing.Pitta bread was soggy. The chips were OK, but tasteless. Would I return here in the future? Most likely no Would I recommend them? Sorry no Such a shame,use to use these when thay had a van in the road. Thanks

We enjoyed it to the last bite. We also ordered a veg pizza, the toppings were very generous and the dough seemed super fresh. The delivery took roughly 15 mins Can’t go anywhere else. 🤝🏻🤝🏻🤗😍

The most basic of food especially the chicken burger,cheesy chips were soggy and the cheese burger was awful wont be ordering again food was late only praise was that it was hot when it arrived.

Very nice and friendly people working here the food is always very nice and very good quality. Sometimes I pick up from them after making an order on the phone so when I come in its already waiting for me. Small parkings outside and afternoons are really easy to park and very good location. It is also very good value for money so can't really fault it.

I no longer live in the area but when I return if I need dinner this shop is my go-to. I've eaten kebabs in a lot of places and still find this to be the best shop The meat is always nicely cooked, the salad fresh and a good selection compared to other places I've tried. It might be personal choice but anyone I know can't speak higher of this place.

Was told 15 mins to collect my telephone order. Turned up to collect to be told it won’t be long. Stood for 20 mins waiting. To then be told it will be another 15 mins at least. Complained as I had other food for my children in the car that was getting cold to be given attitude “well you don’t have to wait mate do you” well erm yeah I’ve ordered and paid. What a joke this place is. Used to be great. Gone massively down hill. Will Not be back

I have been using this kebab shop for over 15 years. The last two times I’ve been I’ve been so disappointed, today is the last time I will ever use them again! Last time I had a mixed dinner, the chicken I couldn’t eat at all, well what chicken there was as 90% of it was fat. I called and complained to be told that no one else has complained so don’t see what my problem was. Today I just can’t believe it, I can’t eat onions, it’s sets off a health condition, I asked for lettuce, cabbage and cucumber, I get cabbage and onion, so I had to pull every bit of the salad off and couldn’t eat it! I asked for my chips, well done as they always seem to be hardly cooked, a few was well done and some hard still and most of them still soggy, so didn’t eat them either. No point in calling them after last time I called. Really don’t know what’s happened to this place.

Best kebabs including doner, chicken or lamb shish, and koftes, cooked perfectly on open grill for that lovely flame grilled taste. The Pitsea special is excellent, a bit of everything - the large one is HUGE!! Always fresh salad as well, and excellent, crispy French fries. Great houmous, they even do fresh pizzas!

This has gotta be my best kebab House n burgers I've come across so far that tastes great. I've been to a lot of kebab n burger places over the years, but this place, I do travel a few miles when me n the kids fancy a kebab or burger. My favourite place so far for this type of fast food.
