We visited at lunch for a family of 4, we hadn't booked. Greeted at door, hand sanitiser available and took our details.. Led to socially distances tables and given disposable menus. We were told would be 35 min wait for food but that was fine....

Always love going to Pitcher & Piano, the music is amazing and love the atmosphere. Last visit got served by Beth who was so friendly and made amazing cocktails. Definitely recommend!

Some colleagues and I visited last weekend, and I was a little disappointed in all honesty. It was very full, which is fine and the bar was very busy, again this was not an issue but I was disappointed with the bar staff who clearly felt they were working under pressure. My first drink was in this pub and I was surprised by the prices, £8.80 for a gin and lemonade was a bit much, especially when staff were not serving full measures. I watched it happen over and over at the bar where the staff were serving shirt measures, almost half in some cases. I also had someone who was very drink push in front of me (She didn't seem to realise she had), the barman looked at me, I said it was ok to serve her first, which he did. He then didn't serve me but stood behind the bar polishing some glasses and putting mixer glasses in the fridge. I thought this was very bizarre behaviour indeed. The fridge was not in immediate need of restock and I certainly didn't appreciate being ignored after allowing someone else to get served ahead of me. All in all, I had a good night but I'm not sure I would plan a night out here again. I could be persuaded to call in for one drink but I wouldn't spend the night here

I are here in June, and really enjoyed it. Called in again today to try sunday lunch, buy one get one free! Absolutely delicious with all fresh vegetables and loads of meat, and most importantly...tasty gravy.Cant believe how good value for money this is, one of the best sunday lunches I've had in swansea

I visited this bar with my partner on Saturday evening he is from London and never been to Swansea. We went into the bar got a drink and went to the back of the place where there was a dance floor, so my boyfriend decided to start dancing on his own while I was videoing him, when one of the door staff approached him and told him he was intimidated the ladies by the side of him which was untrue... he was just dancing.... I was really upset as my boyfriend is black and I feel that he was picked out because of his colour....I would never return to this place and would not recommend it as the door men were obviously racist.....

arranged to meet some friend here for pre meal drinks got there early it was awful, it wasn't over busy but the tables were soaking we pre guests spillages so you would go to close in case of messing up your clothes the noise was deafening I paid £18.80 for 2 drinks gin and tonic and vodka and orange the music was at such a uncomfortable level that we contacted our friends and arranged to meet some where else what a rip off

Saw the sign, 241 on Sunday lunches so gave it a try. Really nice lunch, plenty of meat and vegetables, tasty gravy too. Vegetables could have done with another 10 mins cooking, “al dente “ was still a way off, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.Would definitely go again, good value

Walked past this place and saw they did 2 4 1 cocktails. The place was practically empty and quiet this could put people off. Friendly helpful staff that are happy to chat whilst making the drinks even suggesting other offers they have on. A pint of Heineken for £3 that’s a bargain. Really good music on in the background that wasn’t very loud.

The prices are quite reasonable and there is a decent selection of beers and ciders, staff seem friendly enough.

Visited yesterday afternoon in two sets of couples upon hearing good reviews. When we arrived at the door as expected we were requested to provide ID which we did so, totally expected and standard. We walked into a relatively quiet bar to a barman waiting to serve us. Before we could even look at the drinks menu he said “I know I just watched you get ID’d at the door, but can I see them again please?” As if our date of births had changed in the 10 seconds between us walking from the door to the bar. This was incredibly belittling. My friend went to the toilet after walking in and the barman said to my partner “I’ll be wanting to see your friends ID too when he comes back down”, referring to a 26 year old man. The barman was incredibly cold and rude and we were made to feel so unwelcome although we were sober, in couples and well within the age to consume alcohol. We finished our drinks and agreed we would never return, very poor service and atmosphere.

For my birthday, I had arranged to meet some friends in the Pitcher and Piano in Swansea for drinks. I'm going to skip straight to the good bit, and tell you about Rhiannon who served us cocktails all night. She was an absolute delight.

We had a small get together here, the first visit for most of us.

Recommended by someone on the street and were not disappointed. Good range of interesting dishes and wide range of wines, beers and cocktails. Food was lovely and good value. The service was prompt and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Went in midweek for a spot of lunch with a few colleagues after a business meeting. Was greeted by Gabrielle who said we could sit anywhere and said he would be over shortly. He took our drink orders whilst we looked at the food menu. We all ordered coffees which came out perfectly, the latte art on top was a nice touch! We all ended up ordering the P&P; burgers, taking advantage of the 50% off offer they had running. Gabrielle was attentive and very friendly which made our visit even better. Would highly recommend for anybody who wants high quality and reasonably priced food and drink!

Visited with 3 friends on a Thursday afternoon before Christmas and had a nice afternoon good atmosphere, very busy but no queues at the bar, only downside is it is quite a trek to the toilets not very good if you have walking difficulties

Me and my mum were out shopping and decided to stop for some food and a drink. To be fair wish we hadn't gone here now. We went in. It was quiet with just one other table having drinks. We were politely welcomed by the boy behind the bar and he took our order and seemed very friendly. We were told about a special on burgers and told they were really good so decided to take the recommendation. Meal took 1/2 hour to come out which for 2 burgers seemed a bit if a long wait as it was so quiet.

Came here for drinks last night with my partner....having previously ordered gin& lemonade in other bars on the same street for reasonable prices we decided to have the same. Two double gin and lemonade coming to £21.20 to our shock! How can you justify charging this for 2 drinks is absolutely shocking! Especially when you can buy a bottle of gin for £20.

Should have known that something`s wrong, when there were only two other customers. Very slow service, we waited 45 minutes.And when our food arrived, we were so disappointed. Three ruined burgers and one ruined chicken salad. The chicken and the other of the hamburger beefs were so burned and dry. It was really hard even recognize that there were halloumi in one of the burgers, it was over cooked. One of the beefs was hard to operate with knife. Staff said that they have a new cook, and apologized. I hardly think that`s a reason why they can serve bad food.

Headed there for lunch for a birthday with family, and the service was excellent! Fantastic meals all round, great service, and the fellow that served us David (Cheers David!) was really helpful and couldn't have done more to make sure we had an enjoyable time there.

Took a visit to pitcher and piano after seeing there Sunday lunch advertised all over Instagram. We were pretty late and they had run out of chicken so instead had a beef dinner. Meat was cooked to perfection. Giant Yorkshire puddings were as tasty as they looked on the pictures I’d previously seen and they had parsnips which are my favourite. Sunday lunches were also on offer as 2 4 1 so me and my auntie had a bargain.

I visit my daughter in Swansea and my wife and I like to go to the Cross Keys but were very disappointed they no longer do food. We had basically given up and came across the Pitcher & Piano, we didn't expect much but were surprised. The food wasn't bad at all, in fact for the money it was good. The barman was also very helpful , a pub, bar like this deserves some support. There is also a nice beer garden to relax after,

David makes the best Cosmopolitan. Also do many of the other staff! Very friendly staff. Highly recommend.

It had been a long time since my last visit to the establishment and it had changed a bit in that time. It had been totally refurbished in a modern eclectic fashion.

This is the first time I have eaten at P&P; and I'm very pleasantly surprised great food at reasonable prices . I opted for the P&P; burger was really tasty , my friends had fish and chips and crispy beef salad four empty plates later well impressed. Plus of you time it right 2 4 1 on cocktails Happy days

So went to Pitcher and Piano, got served by a balding ginger bearded guy in his mid forties, i think his name Harold. So, Harold provided very warm and welcoming service. Definitely coming back again. See you soon Harold! Absolute pleasure, keep it up!

I frequent the venue on a friday and saturday night, which always tend to be a great night out. Definetly one of the top choices on the weekend. But i decided to come in for food on a weekday, im vegan so i wasnt expecting much but the menu was accomodating, the staff warm and welcoming and the food tasty ! Will bring my vegetarian and vegan friends to come !

I visited the venue recently and was overwhelmed with the quality of service! The staff were attentive and very interested in how my day was. Upon entry I was welcomed and immediately welcomed and sat down. Quality drinks and food served, I will be visiting again!

We visited the Pitcher & Piano a few weeks back for a Hen Party. As the organiser I had to select several venues and being a big P+P fan I decided to start the night there with some cocktail making. The booking process was made really easy and we got really great value for money with a class, a couple of cocktails and a buffet for £20 per person. We had our own private bar and 2 bar men who were great fun and seemed to really enjoy looking after us and making sure we had a great night.

We booked in for a hen party this weekend and had an excellent time. Booking an area was simple, food was much better than we expected and the staff did a great job of decorating the area. Cocktails and great music meant we stayed all night, would highly recommend to party groups!

Me and my partner visited pitcher and piano Wed 20th Sep after some shopping in Swansea. Food was delightful and so was the very lovely waitress Ashley, she was friendly and well mannered. Will definitely be visiting this venue again!
