Always fully enjoy going to the café,meeting up with friends and family. Very friendly staff. Would recommend a visit if you haven't already been, dog friendly with lovely walks 😊

Coffee delicious but on two recent occasions, cakes (4 in total) were dry and unpleasant, in future will just order coffee.

This was a heaven sent find when everything else is shut on Monday. The coffee is top notch and so are the pasties.

Fantastic to have air con for our Silver Clay Workshop on Saturday 9th September. Lovely service in the cafe for lunch (ham salad) and tea n cake in the afternoon. Our lunch orders were taken when we arrived. The cook prepared our food whilst we were in the workshop so that we could eat without queuing at lunchtime. This was really appreciated. The food was fresh and tasty. Very enjoyable day in a great venue.

Absolutely excellent service They made a sandwich for my grandaughter without sweetcorn as she doesn't like it , to me that's above and beyond. The food is lovely and the staff helpful , kind and polite.

A nice watering hole if you are visiting the Great Field at Poundbury. A café on the green that serve your normal café refreshments. I've been a few times, so can't be too bad in the grand scheme of things!!

Great food and drink, friendly and cosy atmosphere and very accommodating for allergies and intolerances.

I was there for a meeting in the facility at the back but it looks good and we will try it on our next visit to Dorchester, regards Terry and Sue 👍👍

When we visit Poundbury with our dogs we always visit after a walk around the great field lots to do for the whole family

Popped in while taking my dog for a walk. Had tea and piece of lovely chocolate cake. Then took away portion of beef lasagna for dinner. It was very tasty and saved me cooking. Nice atmosphere and staff are always very friendly.

Pretty good but very busy and appeared to be a little short staffed.

Absolutely awful! Took over 30 minutes for a take-away baguette, pasty, brownie & drinks. Drinks came out before food so coffees getting cold whilst awaiting food. Baguette had incorrect filling so went back in. Was told they could re-do it but would take time. No apology offered & told it was a ‘small mistake’. Ham baguette for a vegetarian not ideal! They managed an apology when my husband went in to speak to them. Very strange. Will not be back!

Unbelievably the staff refused to unlock the toilet for a pregnant woman. Disgraceful.

It was my first visit here I didn't realise it was there . It was very nice inside and staff were very friendly and kind . You just have to go back outside and down the side for toilet. Toilet was very clean and had nice picture frames inside . 😀👍

I’ve visited pips a few times now as I’m local and unfortunately every time I think I’ll try it again and give it another chance I always regret it. I’ve ordered a hot chocolate every time, and the cup is nowhere near full, I’m lucky if it’s at the halfway mark - really disappointing. The last time I ordered they said they would bring my cup out to me… well 20mins later I go back inside and it’s just sat waiting on the side by the till, by that point it was luke warm and finished within a couple mouthfuls.
