Pinocchio's Takeaway in Sheffield

Been ordering from here for 19 years and has never displeased me live this place and their food. Definitely my all time favourite pizza place .

Pizzas are always spot on. Filling and full of flavour.

Ordered a chicken tikka pizza and the smell from the pizza was horrific! It smelt of blood, they claim to be halal but this is untrue. The smell was so strong. Would not recommend as a halal takeaway. Please sell Muslim customers halal meat or don’t claim that you are a halal takeaway.

Normally this is the place to go for pizza me and my family love this place but don’t think. We’re ordering from here often any more because can’t get through on the phone been trying a hour to get through its ether the phone is beeping or ringing but no answer 90 times we tried we had to order somewhere else because our children can’t wait that long for food they need to get other ways to order their food like go on just eat or Uber eats if call later in night not so bad but no point near opening times to order because we wait to 5 for the lines to open and still no answer with a hour of calling

Ordered food from hear last week the food never even turned up - my BF loves the food and blagged me to order from hear again today the order came completely wrong after waiting a hour we told the delivery driver he said he delivered the wrong food to the wrong house, he said he will get the food back from the other house, we said we don't want food thats been in someone else's house. He said we will need to order it again and wheel spun off like it was our fault NO SORRY. Contacted Pinocioes they guy never said sorry spoke over me never offed anything off a new order VERY RUDE!!!! Will never EVER give Pinocioes my custom or my money again……..you can shuv ya pizzas where the sun doesn’t shine

This is my first time visiting Pinocchio's and I heard great things about their pizza and I gotta say the hype was real!. I've not had a good pizza in a long time and this was very nice and tasted fresh too. I think the chips were not great and sauces seemed very watery and lacking flavour, but overall the pizza's were great and will return for more in future.

I ordered two pieces of chicken and chips and asked if I could have each portion separate and not shoved in one box as me and my friend were going back to our own houses. They didn't understand something so simple I repeated it 5 times. I am a graduate and haven't found something so complicating in my whole three years of university. Anyways, I just gave up and said just do it how you do it, and I gave them the money. The young guy almost bold got my food and says "you paid yeah?"... I didn't know that's how you speak to your customers, my family have a business of our own and we do not speak to our customers like they're dogs, we meet their needs and requirements. Rather ask me if I paid, he should have asked his colleague who took the the money off me as asking me is so unprofessional. The food is usually nice but that day he gave me burn chicken turned brown with no taste. Oil was dripping out the box and the chips wasn't cooked. Next day I was sick with food poisoning. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They speak to you like your an animal.

These guys know how to look after their customers always friendly wether you pick up or have a delivery ,great range of food but i love the Apna pizza it really is to die for it's superb. Thanks guys.

Food is decent but the delivery service is absulutly shocking deliver about 1 hour and 45 minutes later thus i have giving a 1 star im actually waiting for food right now and kids are very unhappy!!! They do this all the time but yet i give them the benefit of doubt

The worst customer service. They charge you extra from what it says in the menu food is cold and burnt half the order not there call them and they tell you next time it will not happen don't even bring the missing food

it was a 5 at the being when i moved to sheffield.But over time order being wrong is not good enough.my burger being black from the grill was last straw.i hadnt eaten all day after not feeling well.this isnt good enough.

Good pizza About delivery mans I had some issues with the delivery guy he phone me and he said am downstairs and I said to him to come to my door but he said NO i can’t leave my car on street 😟 he should delivery to my house not outside there is nothing problem to deliver to my house just he don’t wanna come up

Non ho potuto pagare con la carta. Ok, ci può stare. Il personale potrebbe prestare più attenzione a come riceve il cliente però, e a come pone le domande. Per non parlare dell'igiene. Non ho visto mai indossare dei guanti. La pizza tutto sommato non era malvagia. Il prezzo di una margherita comparato alle altre (che son effettivamente economiche) è inconcepibile però.

The best local Pizza I ever had.. I been a customer since 2005.. Moved away from Sheffield but keep visiting at least once in a month for Pinocchio's. If you want spicy ask for apana style... Carefull piazza is full of green chillies

PINOCHIOS pizzas and the kebabs are the best tasting food i have had on london road compare to other shop like HARRYS FISH N CHIPS ON WILSTONHOLME ROAD SHARROW WHICH WAS HORIBLE TASTING AND PROBABLY INFESTETED WITH RATS ROUND THE BACK OF THE FISH N CHIP SHOP SORRY TO SAY BUT PINOCHIO TAKE IS VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY STAFF THAT SELL HALLAL

Rude customer service hang up on us whilst speaking multiple times doesn't cooperate with customers and meet our needs. i am disappointed customers shouldn't be treated like that when we are the ones paying for the food. they shouldn't react negatively very poor

Called for delivery on 1 pizza, I was told 45-60 min on delivery which is standard to be fair. An hour later I called and was told 5mins,called 10 mins later was told another 5 mins again, they came 20 mins after the second phone call with a cold pizza. Rang the shop and manager refused to come to phone refused any compensation or discount, just simply didn't care. They didn't even accept fault NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE JUST GO SOMEWHERE WHERE THEY TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER, AFTER ALL YOUR PAYING FOR A SERVICE Thank you
