Got order wrong. Wrong burger delivered and had to ring them to rectify. Also confusing in respect of free item on orders over £20 which my order was but no free item. Apparently you don’t get the freebies when you order with just eat

Food was amazing, it was hot fresh and very tasty. 100% a local legend. Would recommend the chicken burger and the garlic bread with cheese to anyone

Food is alright but the people behind the counter look soulless almost even look annoyed constantly terrible vibe you can really tell they don't want to be there but rather sit down and look at their phone .

Rude delivery driver telling us our postcode was wrong! We have lived here 20 years and know our postcode and had NO problems with any other Just Eat orders!

Put very clearly in the order that i don’t want onions and peppers on my pizza, as i’m allergic. Waited about an hour for my order, only for it to turn up covered in onions and peppers.

missing onion rings from my order just pug the salad for the donner meat in a big pile on the side and put the sauce in one place so I have really dry meat on one side and one side with far too much sauce on it let down a lot

Way below average kebab. Dry chicken, dry and mushy donner. One of the worst naans I've ever had, seemed like a dry pizza base from a supermarket. Might be the first time I've not eaten a kebab naan. Never ordering again.

Food is amazing, no question about that. however I recently had an incident where I order and the delivered to old address as their website doesn't allow you delete old one . they made me wait for hours and poor response on the phone . With good , bit of better customer service will be good.

Food was great as always, delivery was early which was fantastic BUT they forgot one part of the order and we didn’t receive a free item which I thought we would. We didn’t bother ringing about the forgotten item as we would’ve finished eating by the time it came, just a little disappointed that the order wasn’t checked before being sent out specially as they mustn’t of been that busy cos it was so early. Saying that though we will continue to order from here as the food is very good every time.

Unbelievably bad service and food. No salad on anything and chips, onion rings and chicken poppers tasted like rubber and had been cooked 2 weeks ago. Last but not least, drinks and one of the portions of chips was missing from the order. Disgusting.

One of the chocolate fudge cakes wasn't delivered and the Capri pizza had spicy chicken on it instead of plain chicken... not impressed at all!

Wrong order, mixed kebab was just donner meat. The salad that was left off was still on and the man bread was burnt. Disgusting

Chips tasted like the cardboard they came in phone up and they sent some fresh in a bag tasted better to then try my chocolate fudge cake and it's as dry as cardboard and tastes stale. Disappointed.

I have a young child ordered at 7. said 8pm delivery. Rang at 8.30 said was on way. Its now 9pm and no food!! Atleast let a customer know it’s going to be this long!!!! It was ONE pizza. Not a big order.

1hour 30 minutes not happy I wish I could have stopped that order half way through I could of gone anywhere else much faster it's 2 miles away from my house and my pizza isn't even cooked fully I am so annoyed I would like a refund and will not be ordering from there again!!

food was v tasty, especially the cheesy chips. Gourmet burgers are delicious but you guys need to fix your menu on justeat - the order only shows 'gourmet burger', so twice now I've ordered it with pineapple and gotten a plain burger...either leave it plain and have the extras added in the additions or label them correctly so staff make the correct order plz. Otherwise food was lovely thankyou <3

small mistake on the order, had paid for pineapple on the burger and it was just a plain burger. otherwise food was good and arrived on time.

Pizza arrived cold and too much tomato paste, paid for it, sent it back, don’t order the pizza it’s always cold, not the first time either, very disappointing

Food was freezing when arrived so needed to be microwaved which made it soggy and not good to eat

Food and everything is good don’t get me wrong but the communication is not as great. They’re better on just seat but we decided to make it a little bit cheaper but that didn’t work out.

Never been yelled at by a delivery driver before because he was unable to find my address. Called me three times to tell me he was at another property an my road and then made me stand in the street and practically semaphore him in, then he gave me a gobful as though I was getting it wrong, as if everyone doesn't have a sodding satnav in their pocket nowadays. Food was nice though, just need to work on the bad attitude of your drivers

Delivered slightly earlier than expected which was great as I had 2 hungry children looking forward to their favourite takeaway. Food was piping hot so top marks for delivery service. Order was correct, nothing missing. Food was as always from Pinocchio's, perfect. I ordered for 2 adults & 2 children, all separate choices and everything was delicious.

Chips were not cooked still frozen in the middle pizza was cold. Avoid this place

Ordered and paid for a cheese and mushroom garlic bread, just received garlic bread.

When I got my delivery I got the wrong sauce with my meal which wrecked it sins I love me hot yogert sauce but Dilivery time was great

Took an hour and half to arrive and the food was stone cold.

The best kebabs in the Land try ther hot yoghurt source it's out of this word just imagine a garlic bread one side covered with salad the other with Dona meat grilled chicken breast sprinkled over the top with a hot yoghurt source. The best kebab you will ever eat.

Sauce missing, but the worst issue was asked for lettuce and cucumber only. Full salad on kebab and have a tomato allergy. Whole kebab had to go in the bin. Disappointed that instructions not followed when people have allergies to certain foods.

I’m a regular customer but dealing with that, and the fact that this recent order, the person doing the delivery was quite rude with me, has made feel like maybe it’s time to look elsewhere.

first time ever ordering from here, and will be ordering again, deep pan pizza was awesome, great value for money so tasty, cheese fries good, disappointed no dip with pizza, didnt realise had to order as an extra. lucky i had a couple of garlic dips in the fridge.

Wrong order received - ordered shish kebab but received shish/doner mixed. Had waited 40 minutes so didn't bother ringing to get it replaced. Was still tasty, just disappointed it wasn't what I ordered.

Scranned this last night to drunk to see the state of it woke up chucking me guts up at 5 bloomin fuming with the state of this place food hygiene is 1 out of 10

Doner meat is exceptional, chips need salt otherwise pretty good but the reason for the deduction on score was the wings, they should rather sell no wings than bad wings, they were obviously bulk frozen bought, the chicken In the wings was fairly good quality but the coating was more like a shell than a nice thin crispy coating. Would recommend just dodge the wings

Considering food was 20 minutes late when we literally live down the road. When the food arrived it wasn’t as hot as I had expected. The base of the pizza seemed of sub standard quality. I had called about dietary requirements and the person on the phone was not clear, first stated the beef was halal and then when calling back said it wasn’t then on the third call said they are unsure. Have lost complete confidence in ordering from them again. Very disappointing experience.

I rang Pinocchios to check and tell them I wanted garlic sauce only on one of the two kebabs I had just ordered. They then rang me back to check, so I explained again. When my order came both kebabs were drowned in garlic sauce. When I spoke to then he was very rude and abrupt with me, I asked him nicely could he exchange one and he flat out said no I would have to order another and pay full price for it.

Tastiest pizza’s in Sale M33 the tomato sauce on the base is really nice.

No sauce on original order. Rang restaurant and a replacement was sent within 15 minutes. Faultless service to rectify and issue.

This is the most delicious kebab ever! The hot yogurt sauce is to die for, and the garlic naan bread is unbelievable!
