This is the nicest curry we have had! The staff were lovely and very polite. The restaurant is very clean and one of the staff spent a good 10 minutes cleaning the table and chairs after someone had left. We will definitely be going again and I'd definitely recommend trying here for food!

I think £18 per main is very expensive. We were willing to pay it for a good meal. The meal was late and average at best. Definitely wouldn’t pay £74 for 4 people again. Not sure where they get the prices from, but every other restaurant far cheaper

Although I enjoyed the food, and the service was good, it was all too sweet for my taste in hindsight. I'm not sure why you would put so much sugar into a lamb saag or plain naan.

I’ve often smelt the restaurant as I fuel up at the petrol station next door and banners outside say “Award-winning” but I don’t live locally. I drove over 30 minutes to get here with my partner and despite being the only people in the restaurant around 30 minutes after it’s opening on a week day, we waited an incredibly long time for food. We were seated with a window infront of us looking into the kitchen, so got to watch the chef’s flick the light on and start to cook, which I’ve never experienced in a restaurant before and don’t care too again. I was sad that the taste of the food didn’t match the smell outside. We probably won’t ever visit again, sadly.

Not up the usual good standards! The starter was ok, but my first time chicken burger was inedible, which I had to bin!

Superb food. Fab service. Wonderful fresh nan and chapatti. Best curry in Halifax, hebden. Simple menu, but flavoursome and well presented in great surroundings. It's what Mytholmroyd has needed for years!

called in here after a hospital visit starving ready to eat something good. Ordered and waited all starters came in red dye all looked and tasted the same and chuffin tiny portions so complained the manager just shrugged his shoulders and smiled at my concerns. Complete joke of portion size quality and the bill made it a hat trick of disappointment.. We didn't bother with mains we were so disappointed paid at counter voiced my concerns yet again at bill again just a stupid smirk.... After all they win poor food poor service non understanding owner and gives us a £5 voucher... we will never return so pointless thing to give.. felt cheated and still hungry.. One of the worse curry houses if not the worse we have ever eaten in . it was only starters and very expensive thank god we did not have mains as seeing the portion in tiny bowls as served to others diners that was enough to get up and leave.. what a joke of place it would be zero stars really not one we would ever return to. shocking exploration of customers in quality value and cost and I can not see this staying around for long.

Wonderful food but portion sizes were smaller than expected

First impressions, the restaurant was very clean, modern with carefully set well positioned tables. The staff are friendly, talkative and accommodating. We ordered a Garlic Prawn starter, popadoms and mixed tray starter. For mains, chilli madras, Chicken Balti both with rice and chapatis, a children’s Chicken & chips with drinks. The food was well presented, very tasty and clearly made with pride. We have previously ordered food here for take away which equally do not disappoint. We will definitely visit again.

No idea what the food is like. However, drove through Hebden Bridge today. My young daughter urgently needed the toilet. Crying on the back seat. It was pretty desperate. I pulled up at this restaurant and asked if they could help me out. Wasn't particularly busy. The answer was no. I appreciate they have no obligation to help but was a bit surprised that they sent her away.

Very quick delivery and the meal was delicious. Already looking forward to my next.

What a fantastic hidden gem the kebabs are out of this world the staff are really friendly the curry's are delicious the only slightly negative thing I can say about this place is the portion size of the curry's are not that big the kebabs are huge but the curry's are on the smaller side

Really good but one suggestion, larger salad for the chicken kebab - salad was tiny. Also - does the chicken kebab come with chips, not clear so I ordered some and I ended up with two chips. Choice of sauce for the kebab would also be good.Thanks! Will order again.

Lovely starter got mixed to share and there was plenty to go around. Burger was very tasty and the doner kebab was massive, plenty of filling, had some for my lunch the day after. Would definitely order from Pink Pepper again. 😋🙂

Best food takeaway that delivers to old town the mixed starter was amazing and the burger was so nice

Had a take out here for the first time just before Christmas. The food was absolutely lovely and the staff were friendly and welcoming when I arrived to pick it up! I really like how your rice is included in your curry which means you’re not having to worry about how much rice you will need if there is a group. We also had the mixed starter for two which was excellent! To top it off they gave us a free £10 gift voucher for the restaurant as a Christmas gift! Will definitely be eating in next time! Thank you for a lovely meal!

Good Indian restaurant. Food is good and staff friendly. Prices are the usual for an Indian. It was quiet when we were there, early evening, midweek. We had a good time.

Visited here for the 1st time at the weekend. We were seated quickly by the welcoming staff. Great selection of veggie and vegan food for non meat eaters. Without doubt the best food I have had in an "indian" restaurant. I could not find fault. The garlic naan was perfection. I'm not local but will definitely return and highly recommend

We are local, live 5 mins down the road from Pink Pepper and have been going most weeks since they opened. It remains our favourite place to go for a curry by far. Great atmosphere, the best food, by far the best curry I’ve had, plenty of it and good value. Owner is also extremely friendly and makes an effort to chat to customers, something which you don’t get from many places these days. Ignore any negative reviews, in our opinion its the best place around for a curry by far, we wouldn’t go anywhere else and in our view cash is not an issue, especially when there is a cash machine in the petrol station right next door. Small businesses have enough trouble with rising costs everywhere these days so not an issue for me if they wish to take cash!

Great place for a curry. Went in a big group, and no one had a bad meal. Very tasty and just the right amount. Even the salad has pomegranate in it, which was a great addition. I always have a vegetable curry. Most curry restaurants will make it like baby food, but thankfully not here, Chunky veg. Amazing. Will definitely be going back again.

The food here is good. Some of my friends were moaning that the menu was relatively short, which it is, but personally I’d prefer to have a smaller choice of dishes that are cooked well, which is the case here in my opinion. Service was efficient & professional. I’d go back.

The best curry I’ve had in a long time. Everything I have tried has been so tasty, and is consistently so, the service is quick and the staff are so friendly.

Very loud. It's quite an echoey building and unfortunately there were a couple of all male tables. Saturday evening was probably the loudest time possible so I'll try a different time next time.

Nice food, but nothing amazing, and the restaurant layout is more like a canteen. Although the lighting and decor lifts it to something more. It was busy but not packed, and the service was fine. Good, but nothing stand out.

The best indian food I've had in a while!! Went for Chicken Saag and Chapati - SO good. We came as a family after a hike and were all hungry - everybody agreed that it was the best indian food. Delish!!

Drink prices extortionate. I was driving so was drinking half’s of soda water with a splash of wine . Couldn’t believe it when we got the bill and was charged £3.60. I thought it had been a mistake so queried with the manager who basically said they can charge what they want!! We left and went to The Moorings where the same drink was 50p

First visit last night. Can't fault the food and service, was very good. The atmosphere however was not good, I'm guessing because it was Monday, but no atmospheric background music, instead snooker on the TV. Spoilt it a little really and I expected better.
