Pineapple Pizza in Ealing

Deserves a 5star for there tasty pizzas must try highly recommended staf was nice to.

Ordered 3 XL pizza's on their website for collection. 1 vegetarian, 1 meat feast, 1 pepperoni. I modified the meat feast and took out chicken, but they left the chicken on, and I also asked for jalapeños to be removed from the vegetarian which it was. I also wanted all 3 deep pan but they were all very thin. It seems nobody is doing deep pan pizzas anymore which is disappointing 🤷🏾‍♀️. Also, online this place is advertised as "Pineapple Pizza" but when I went to the store, it's called "Mamma Mia Pizza" which is very confusing. Other than that the staff were very nice and service was good.

The best pizza I ever had. Glad I risked it and ordered from this place after reading a few bad reviews the pizza was perfect. And they don’t skimp on the toppings. Delivered earlier than expected. Everything tastes really fresh and well prepared. I usually reserve reviews until after a few times but this pizza deserves the praise. Definitely recommend this place

I have been a coustomer for this restaurant for 5 years. The delivery driver delivered two pizzas to my house today my 15 years old sister oped the door for him he asked her for a payment of £28 she paid she thought that I made the order I called them 10 minutes later I explained the situation that we have not make the order he says some one made it by mistake to your home address but that is not our fault once we take the payment the order is done from our side and he never give back the £28.

Love this ply, ingredients are always fresh. The dough base is much more authentic than that Domino's or Pizza hut. Their Special Garlic pizza bread is simply sensational. Pineapple pizza has always delivered me perfect pizza's ever time.

I placed an order from this restaurant for the first time, two large pizzas , chicken and garlic bread, the driver called me 20 minutes after the time for me to pick up the order, so my son went downstairs (despite the fact that it was clearly written on the order that he should deliver it to the door) but unfortunately no one was there when I called the restaurant the person who answered the phone in a very rude manner told me that he didn't care that I didn't get my order and that he wants his money this restaurant is a joke I will never order anything again from this place

The food was very salty in general. The chicken had a funny smell to it. The garlic sauce was awful. Not ordering from here again!

They have refurbished the place, new owner. I must add, I moved houses and I missed my older pizza shop. Just to find out they have opened a new brand mamma mia here. The tomato sauce they make for the pizza is unique, the dough is not greasy, it tastes fresh and the prices are better than any other shop around here. Forget the old reviews, this shop is really good, honestly

A lot of missing items, the rest of them burned. Awful taste of pizza due to some disgustingly sweet stuff they use instead of proper tomato and herbs sauce. Nearly £50 thrown to the bin. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

18INCH PIZZA IS THE WAY FORWARD

Where to start me and my family have been ordering from this place for years and pretty much seen generations come and go. We love the pizza from here and always order. It’s a shame as in the long term bad customer experience does not do well for loyal customers. So I ordered two 15 inch pizzas like we always do and got them onlineonline and it was fine till the pizzas arrived and opened the large pizza box to find a smaller size pizza a in size.... from ordering pizzas all the time and always getting the same size I knew I wasn’t going crazy and this was a small in a large box it. So I called and explained, the man on the other end asked me ‘is the pizza in a large box’ I replied yes to which he said ‘yeah if it’s in a large box then it’s a large pizza’ the he rudely hung up as I was explaining it again. So to sum up, I paid for pizza and didn’t get my money’s worth.... called to enquire about it and was left disappointed wishing I had never bothered. I have attached image below.... we measured the pizza surprise surprise i was not wrong how he said and it was wrong size pizza. What was the point of ordering? btw order number 829487.... confirms this too.

Used to be my favourite pizza place, stuffed crust cheese has changed to bland non descript stuff and orders have been wrong, really disappointing.

Try thin base chef special pipping hot. Delicious.

Pineapple pizza has the best affordable pizza. I especially enjoy their thin pizzas. Worth a visit 100%.

I've ordered big deal 1. No garlic sauce. There is a bottle drink and give me a can. Rubbish.

Bad service ! Horrible pizza. The guy hung up on me twice after the order took over an hour to be delivered - at that. Never again

The guy was courteous on the phone, a bargain at £9 for an 18" pizza (in fact I struggled to get the pizza through the door at home!). Quality of the pizza was good - not greasy at all. The place is quite dinghy, but despite that they have a "good" food hygiene rating so it wouldn't worry me too much. I have ordered for collection and delivery and both times were satisfactory.

Didnt recieve an item called restaurant and was hung up on. This is the second time ordering with this pizza shop and second time this has happen,never again! They just want your money but wont send all your items do not order #claimed my refund

Ordered online. No news after 1hr. Called the shop he said 2 minutes... 30 minutes later still waiting

We ordered 5 extra large pizza from this shop The pizza dough was not even large. The crust was 45% of the so nothing there to eat. Only 4 people finished 5 extra large pizza this is how much low in weight they were Please dont Ripp yourself off. They will really disappoint you

A very nice pizza shop open till late st night wide variety of pizza with good portions for toppings very reasonable prices also wide choice of drinks to have with the meal staff very polite and friendly very helpful all pizzas cooked fresh to order good prices highly recommended by me it is the best tasty pizza I have ever had

Pineaple is the number one in the town

The food is really nice. Also the shop is really clean and has a perfect hygiene. They serve the food really quick and they speak really kind and respectful over the phone.

Paid by card,when driver came to door said we had requested cash payment,showed him receipt but he wasnt having it.Wasnt feeling well on the day so just gave him money and said would report them on later date.If you must order from this place dont pay by card,turned out to be a very expensive Pizza which wasnt even that nice(Dry and horrible).

Very Rude! Whoever was on phone stated the prices wrong and charged £5 for a deliver which was only 5 mins walk and delivery driver said "we dont charge for delivery it's the pizza's price" when called them back the man on phone said "it's the delivery price" Worst experience ever!

Often problems with the orders.. Wrong order or late order. Not enough tasty foods. That's it.

*RUDE STAFF * SHOUTS ON PHONE- when I told them that I can't order online as their website is having problems. The rude man shouted "then hurry up and tell me what pizza you want...!!!" When I said he sounds rude he said "I don't want to order you pizza. Bye". And put the phone down. Very rude and arrogant. NEVER ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN.

Good sized and tasty pizzas at reasonable prices.Great as a takeaway option.Tandoori and chicken tikka pizzas a must try.Great pizza base and quick service in nearby areas.

Worse place imaginable...... You place a order they get it wrong. You ask for replacement then they claim that you got it wrong yourself. Lying, acting arrogant ...... This place needs to be shutdown. This did not happen once to me it happened mutiple times never cared because my purchase was under £10, but £16? HELL NO!!!

Wide variety of pizzas, good portions for toppings. Always have offers, 2 for 1 if you collect for example, offers do change. Clean, friendly staff. Collect or deliver. Sometgimes delivery can be slow when very busy, no different to most takeaways. Parking in service road outside can get busy.

placed an order at 11:49pm on friday ! came from manchester to london at 11:30pm! was really starving , vousin said pineapple pizza is good order that its 2:03am in the morning where d hell is my order? never received a call or pizza ! anyway keep it for your staff ! shittest place really ! ended up ordering from another place !

truly shocking, order at your peril. the chips come as twisty fries (yes the ones you used to get at school) chicken nuggets come with little chicken and are just like battered air. i phoned takeaway to express concerns - they did not care, very poor standard.
