Bought meat and potato pie Steak pie a d fresh cream scone Steak pie was all burnt on the crust and all underneath It was not steak more like mince beef poor quality wont be going back

Ordered a breakfast box, the woman said we picked it up late, but we was 5 minutes behind the 3 customers, did not expect 2 inches of water at the bottom of the box which made the food un-edible, rang up to explain this and the lady on the phone said it was condensation? After working in food my self I know that this amount of excess water is impossible.

We have come here to get our Christmas food for the last few years. We got sliced beef and ham this year which was absolutely delicious and they gave us free stuffing. We had a pork pie, pigs in blankets and sausage . The sausage are the best around. We don’t buy the bacon as it’s cut too thick for us but does taste nice . The pies and pasties are delicious and the staff are really friendly . The only negative thing I can say is that the cakes are not good. I know they are bought in but we would like to see a much better more upmarket cake selection as they taste a bit cheap . Other than that everything is brilliant and would recommend.

They would not cook a fryed egg after 11.30 I wanted spam egg on toast for my dinner they said we don't do eggs after 11.30 I want be going there again

The food was not cooked. The sausage was still pink and the chips were not cooked throughout. The gravy was clumpy and tasted awful. We didn’t get what we wanted. The steak pudding didn’t taste right.

504 Scot LaneVisit here often as it is convenient. Today there were no stirrers for drinks, was offered a straw. A few weeks ago I visited twice and there were no knives to butter fruited bread, was offered a spoon instead! Tables also left dirty for quite some time.

St Mary's Arcade, Beverley EnglandCame in yesterday with my partner to get away from the rain and the service was next to none. I didn’t get the girls names but both had dark hair (one younger and one a little older). Both very chatty and asking about our day, sometimes it’s nice to be in and out without making conversation but it was a lovely experience. I wish we had a store in Scarborough!! We ordered 2 coffees and they were both lovely. I have read mixed reviews of this place but was not disappointed! I would have wished there was abit more option with the goodies but they still looked very tempting 😊

Crompton StreetOrdered chicken, bacon, cheese and mayo panini expecting them to have a piece of chicken, rasher of bacon and cheese. Service was slow and we were very disappointed when the food finally arrived. It was a soggy bottomed panini filled with mayo, chicken and ham slop which smelled and tasted processed. I couldn't eat the soggy bottom and complained before we paid the bill. I showed the Supervisor/cook the floppy Panini and her response was 'Oh sorry about that' but we were still charged £19. At no point did any of the staff ask was all okay with the food. Several tables needed clearing whilst staff were stood around looking bored and we saw a group of three sit down at a dirty table but get up and leave. We have eaten there before but won't be returning.
