Amazing little place, come across it by accident. A couple of beers next door wanted some food. Bar / restaurant area is cozy and relaxed, music is chilled and service is outstanding. Food, if you want a great burger this is the place for you. Got love a smash burger!! Highly recommend. Thanks to all the amazing staff, you were amazing.

Been numerous times and love this place. Love that the menu changes often and always a lot of choice. Burgers are brilliant and love the cocktails. Also been to the first supper club which was incredible so would recommend that. Need to try the roast. Staff are always chatty and helpful and great atmosphere if you sit in the front or by the bar. Only downsides is the lack of choice for collection, there could be wet wipes provided as you do get a bit messy from the filth haha. I never have room for a pudding which always sound amazing.

I was prompted to write this review by a glowing review of The Pick Up Point in The Ink which made out that this was a great burger joint. I disagree, this place is bang average. If you're a burger restaurant there's one thing to get right: the burger. So how they've managed to come up with such a bland patty mystifies me. The vegetarian option didn't go down well with my daughter either. At one point Munch By Munch at Broome Manor was very good (went downhill rapidly) and it was miles ahead of The Pick Up Point. Against other (fairly) local excellent competitors like We Meat Again and The Beefy Boys, The Pick Up Point trails far behind. The music is very loud and as a result it's an unpleasant place to be. It's a shame that this is a place that's typical of Swindon. Because there's no competition they can't be bothered to strive for excellence. My advice is to go to The Beefy Boys in Cheltenham.

Have eaten here before and popped in with my son on Saturday. Food and service is always good although it's not cheap. Had the chicken and waffles special my son had the Korean burger and we had a pint each, bill was 50 quid so on the pricey side. I get it wants to be a little alternative but last night they had death metal type music playing the entire time we were there and it was too much and actually spoilt the vibe for me eventually so just as an observation please consider a mix of music while people are eating.

We had Sunday lunch. Pre-ordered a shoulder of lamb for two of us to share. The food arrived hot and looking great. Everything was fresh and really good. The lamb was amazing, tender and crispy on the outside, very nice. Crispy roast potatoes, red cabbage, roasted carrots and parsnip, green cabbage and celeriac. We ordered an extra of cauliflower cheese, which we didn’t need but it was good too. Friendly staff and great atmosphere. We will go back with the family next time.

The concept is great and staff very welcoming and friendly. The food is SO tasty but regular visits aren’t easy because menu hardly changes. The internal decor is quirky and would sit well in any vibrant city. Externally there is no real kerb appeal as the small fenced area has shrubs in pots that are dead or dying and weeds in the concrete do nothing to enhance the overall appearance

Very attentive service. However seating arrangements are very cramped. Food was average and not reflected in the price, too expensive for what you get.

This review is well over due as I have been eating here almost weekly, for about two years, yes, it’s that good, no, I’m not bored yet. The Pick Up Point for me is without question THE best restaurant in Swindon. The Owner / Head Chef who once, knowing I was coming later that evening sent one of his chefs to the butcher to get something he knew I would like especially for little old me, who also makes the best Focaccia I have ever eaten - I lived in Italy for a while and it was significantly better than anything I ate there #BringTheFocacciaBack His team (every single one of them, past and present) the attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, speedy service, the menu which changes every couple of weeks so you can’t get bored even if you tried and believe me I have but especially the fries & pineapple juice, the quality of the ingredients he uses, the decor, the music - some of which has made its way to my Spotify playlist, the very cool light immediately to your right and above you as you walk in the door, to the very well stocked bar. Believe me everything from top to bottom is amazing. If you haven’t been, you need to go asap because at some point very soon booking a table here will be next to impossible for weeks in advance… and whilst you’re there, ask who ever serves you to #BringTheFocacciaBack and keep your fingers crossed 🤞🏾 I took my 7 year old nephew last week who said that’s my favourite restaurant ever - fine praise for a fine restaurant. The restaurant decor is a bit rough and ready but don't let that put you off. The food was delicious. Juicy, perfectly cooked and obviously homemade patty. Had a burger - can't remember what it was called but it had crispy pancetta and caramelised onion - yum ! The Seoul Survivor - fabulous flavour with the added Korean Hot Sauce. The fries were good too. Staff were welcoming. Well worth the money and will revisit.

We just popped in for a drink as it looked good, we didn't have a reservation but were welcomed and seated at the bar. We ended up staying for burgers as they looked so good and was the best decision! I haven't stopped thinking about the Korean chicken since. Cant wait to come back next time we get a babysitter for the night!

Visited last night for a family birthday. We’d never been before but as my step daughter is a burger fan we went with her choice of places to go and came up from Devizes, it was well worth the drive. The staff were great from the moment we walked in, and the food was even better. The waitress kept checking if we wanted anything else and was everything ok, a great meal! Would definitely come again, lush place and food.

Came here for a celebration drink, thinking it was a tiny bar but it is much bigger inside. The burgers and sides were l very good and the tiramisu was a great finish.

Took some old friends to check the place out and were not disappointed. These are some of the best burgers there ever was. Perfect medium rare nestled in the most amazing bun, and they had a special on for Nduja scotch egg... to die for.

After a warm and friendly welcome, we received excellent, smiling service which was attentive but not overly so. The burger was excellent, freshly cooked and much more imaginative than some other restaurants. Will we return? Definitely!

Pre Christmas night out with 3 friends, 2 of which had eaten here before and had a great first impression. Relatively minimal menu offering burgers, chicken wings and fries but this should be considered a plus as every item was exceptional. Most burgers are advertised with cheese, which I truly hate, but this wasn’t an issue to our server or to the kitchen staff who came out out to double-check my non-cheese order as soon as it’d been placed. This was easily the best burger I’ve ever eaten and the wings/fries were excellent too (to the point where we ordered even more wings to share after we’d finished our meal!). BTW, like us you may want to book in advance as the restaurant was fully booked with a queue out of the door when we arrived. Despite one of the serving team trying to decapitate me with an flying iPad at the end of the night I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. RIP iPad… they are not meant to bend that way!

I took my wife for an early bit before a birthday party . I’ve been a few times before and raved about it to her and she was not disappointed the burgers are amazing. Ewan was super help full and made our visit a rememberable one. If you love a burger then it’s definitely worth a visit
