Cant say enough, this place is amazing! Simon treated us like family! The food was unreal. Service was great!

Great italian place! Friendly staff and amazing food

Stopped in here for drinks and some pre-dinner appetizers, and we were not disappointed. Restaurant is on a pedestrian only street. Great service, great food and fast service. Def try them out!

Had a dinner at this place yesterday and was not happy about the experience. First, I think the food was not well cooked: I've ordered prawns just to figure out that the intestines of the prawns were not removed. This gave the food a somewhat filthy taste. Additionally, I'd question the idea of serving the prawns together with their heads/tails on the plate: those parts are clearly not eatable and do not serve any decorative purpose (and do not provide any additional flavour either - unless used separately for the fish oil etc). In the end, it felt to me that I've paid around £40 (including the service charge) for the six prawns that are worthy ~ £10-£15 at any fishmonger in London and that I would be able to cook myself in a much better way. Second, I felt the place could benefit a lot from removing a few tables - the level of noise at the restaurant was so high that it was very difficult to have a conversation. I would definitely not recommend this place, better to pay a bit extra at the Sabor Restaurant that is 1 min away and get a high quality dinner in a much nicer environment there.

alert alert ‼️ We were a company of 20 + people where everyone sent their steaks back. The bruschetta were soggy and their bread tasted like it was from a week ago. We ordered medium rare steaks, and where we had to send it back 3 times in order to get it right. After the fourth time, we were hungry and impatient and hungry so ate it instead. We were excited for a nice experience but we were met with low quality food.

Absolutely incredible! We came here for my boyfriend’s birthday and wow! From the minute we walked in we were treated like royalty. The staff are amazing - super friendly and welcoming. We were trying to decide between 2 dishes, so we asked the chef what he would recommend and he gave us some great options and overall the food was delicious! Atmosphere is lovely and interior and bathrooms are nicely decorated. Highly recommend :) Big shout out to Laurence who served us.

Had an amazing dinner last Wednesday. The food arrived very hot, as were the plates. Food was so tasty. Very friendly staff, especially Molly who was brilliant. Half price wine on a Wednesday was a bonus! We will be back!

Brilliant service from the moment you entered. Numerous staff said hello as well as the hostess. Abraham was very polite with his service. Working in a hospitality industry myself, Abraham showed quality throughout our dining experience.

Our server wislan was absolutely fantastic , he was so attentive and showed us how to make use of the rewards app properly .

Great service from Wislan! He was friendly, professional and very attentive. Manager Andrei’s attention to detail and warm hospitality made the experience even better. We enjoyed every course especially seafood and fried burrata. Excellent selection of wines. Would definitely recommend and come back soon!

I can't thank Piccolino enough for making my wife's surprise 60th birthday dinner so perfect. The staff were exceptional, especially Wislan and Alex who made our evening even more memorable - nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to the kitchen staff for providing us with lovely food. And to Alessia for the great communication beforehand in booking 15 menus in advance.

Really good service by Wislan, an excellent waiter. Besides his good skills to attend people, Wislan speaks portuguese, italian, spanish and english, this is why you can have a really good conversation with him and a good understanding of the menu despite your native language :).

First time at Piccolino and it was amazing. I had the Tagliolini Tartufo and that was the best pasta I‘ve ever had. The service was also perfect. Our waiter Wislan did a great job!! We definitely come back and hope to see Wislan again:)

What a pleasant surprise on such a cute street. Wislan was an absolute gem of a server. We wined and dined and had some really delicious food. Highly recommend the focaccia and lasagna. Wislan suggested the olives—and such a nice touch. If you’re nearby, don’t hesitate, go in!

The staff, ambiance and decor is lovely! I thank all of the staff for being so friendly and accommodating. However, the food is not okay- pasta was unappealing and the sauce over salted. Portion size was okay, but seriously, try and put some veggies in a vegetable pasta as well as a sauce! Bruschetta was lacking any taste - tomatoes weren’t heated and overall this dish was tasteless. Sorry folks but I’ve been to your Manchester restaurant and it’s far better. I’m sorry but I won’t be visiting again.

First time here and very pleased with the food and the service. Sitting outside in the spring sunshine and withour traffic noise was delightful. Service was prompt but not rushed despite being busy. Ionela looked after us very well. We love Italian food and our starters and main course (calves liver) were up there with the very best. Thank you; we will be back!

A nice place and friendly staff but seriously overpriced for the quality of food and portion size. My fish skewers cost £29 and were mainly cherry tomato with some average tuna fish and scallops) Sides are £5.50 each (to charge this for a rocket and Parmesan salad and a small plate of broccoli stems is a rip off). They need to revisit their prices. Nice wine selection if you’re ready to pay over £40 a bottle!!

This is a beautiful restaurant and atmosphere, you wouldn't think you are sitting just off such a busy area of London. Just a note that tables are quite close together. Ths servers were all very warm and friendly but they did forget parts of what we had requested / took to wrong table. The oven was broken so we couldn't order some of what we had planned but what we did get was delicious. I've been to the branch in Broadgate and the experience was very different - great food, great service, great atmosphere. I would recommend for the setting and food, but for the price the service didn't match up unfortunately.

Visited Piccolino today for Mother’s Day. We had a great time. The food was fantastic and service was outstanding. Shout out to Bernardo, he was fabulous. Hope to visit soon.

Nelly was a quick and attentive server.

Our server was Lawrence. We came on my 18th birthday, I got a cake with a happy birthday chocolate and candles this was a perfect end to the day.

Nelly was real cool and very attentive and she was quite efficient. she gave me hot sauce.

These guys are amazing last minute accommodated a table of 11. Restaurant was full and food was fast. Super helpful and friendly service by Wislan and Lawrenc. Will definitely come again

Went there for dinner. Overall nice place and atmosphere, really enjoyed the cocktails. Vegetables were a bit tasteless tho, esp tomatoes in the bruschetta. Really enjoyed the charcuterie platter though. Staff was very nice, but we went there for dinner and the place looked a bit under-staffed.

Everything about this restaurant is number 1 best . Best food I’ve ever eaten. The staff are the most caring people ever they look after their guests like we are related.nothing bad about the restaurant best restaurant ever. It was my birthday and they decided to make me a cake and get me a present free of change and we didn’t even ask for it. Definitely going back👍🏼🤩

Wonderful service and atmosphere!

Mixed experience overall. For the high prices they charge, it was poor 1. The place is seriously loud; we went on a Saturday night but they were playing poor quality covers at a high volume which meant unless you were completely drunk like half the people you can't have a conversation. The remaining people are teens on their 1st proper date! 2. Vegetarian options are seriously overpriced and very small. Arancini was really tasty, but you only got 1 for £10. Aubergine mozzarella stack was only starter sized for £18+ plus only half warm and pretty bland. Had to send it back twice and then asked for it to be taken off the bill. So i had no main...waiter apologetic but no manager apology, no complimentary action to make up for this. 3. Other's food was very tasty and decent portions but very expensive. We ordered a side of chips when mains arrived as some were very small. When we finished mains, it had still not arrived, and we cancelled. It's central London and a nice-looking restaurant with attentive staff but if you charge these prices you've got to get the food right avd they failed.

It is a very nice Italian restaurant in the hart of London. Good food, nice atmosphere and friendly staff. And it's next door to the Ziggy Stardust door....a must for all Bowie fans. AA++

Was very pleased with the service, especially from Houssem. He was very welcoming, attentive, friendly and made the dining experience easier for those of us who were Italian speaking only. Food was somewhat disappointing in comparison to authentic Italian cuisine but still enjoyable.

I attended an event and we were downstairs. Not the best venue in my view but the main issue was that I felt sick all night after being there. The seafood must have been off as I didn't drink anything. Based on that, I would avoid this restaurant.

We had our work Christmas party downstairs and really enjoyed it. The room was really beautifully laid out. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The food was okay, it was a set menu and I didn’t necessarily feel particularly satisfied afterwards as the portions were not huge but this is individual. Overall it was an enjoyable evening and the food was satisfactory. Would definitely return for a normal meal with my husband to sample the normal menu.

Andrei was een hele lieve gastheer. Maakt graag een praatje met zijn gasten en maakt de tijd dat je daar verblijft prettig. Heeft goede aandacht als je wat nodig hebt. Het eten was heerlijk. Het word chique voor je neergezet. Smaken waren goed gecombineerd.

Our experience at Piccolinos was shocking and frankly unacceptable. I’d booked at table for 8 people and was told on arrival that our table is outside, the woman was curt and cold in her tone from the get go. I was firstly surprised as I would never organise a table outside in Jan and also this was something that was never communicated during the booking process. The woman on the desk refused to believe me that I hadn’t know I’d booked an outside table even when I showed her my phone and the booking on my phone, she took the phone from my hand to look at the email exchange and booking confirmation. The rest of the staff did try to compensate but it was too late by then. We had to find elsewhere to eat as it was a cold night. It’s a shame that service in so many London restaurants is terrible.

we spent a weekend in London for the birthday of a friend of ours and we decided to have dinner in this Italian place being from Puglia. Excellent welcome, excellent food especially the starters and the friendly and super helpful staff, in particular Bernardo, a very kind and professional guy. Highly recommended.

Erg leuk Italiaans restaurant om te dineren. Gezellige sfeer, fijne ruimte. Service is erg attent, komen snel naar je toe. Menu is erg uitgebreid, genoeg keuze. Pizza aanrader.

Brilliant food and lovely staff especially Laurenc. As we were celebrating my birthday he made it extra special by bringing out a cake and singing happy birthday. This is our second visit to this particular Piccolino and will definitely return.

We were shown quickly to our table and put by the door which was constantly opened and closed.The order was taken rapid and our food came within 5 minutes before our drinks, which I had to ask for. We ordered Lasagne and Spaghetti Carbonara which I suppose is pre made. The restaurant is set out to fit as many people in as possible and is extremely noisy. The food was tasty enough but there was no sense of relaxation. Not a place I would revisit.

The customer service while I was booking for a party of 15 was amazing, the service in the restaurant was impeccable and the food very delicious! I will recommend a 1000%. Imagine a large party who had different things coming together to say the food was excellent. I was so proud of myself for choosing this restaurant. Thank you Bernado for taking care of all of us. I will definitely come back.
