Very nice atmosphere, friendly service and good food

Arsenilus, Dagmara, and Nora were wonderful servers!

First time here. Arsenisus was amazing. Took care of our table and kids and was so attentive and caring. Definitely, will come again. When you are there. Ask for Arsenius, surely will make your day especially when ur kids are up and down.

We have been to this Bella Italia in the past and wanted to return again last Friday. My husband has dementia and last time we sat upstairs which really suited him. We arrived on Friday at 4.30pm (to avoid crowds) but were greeted with a "you can't go upstairs, it's not open". Dissapointed, we looked elsewhere and decided to return to Bella Italia to see when upstairs was open. This time we were greeted by a different waitress who, straight away, said "Oh you wanted upstairs, come in, I'll show you to a table". She was absolutely lovely. If only they were all as kind as her. Having a kind waitress put my husband at ease and therefore it was a stress free experience. I wish I knew her name but I forgot to ask. Thank you to her, I hope she reads this. Your kindness helped no end.

Terrible pizza and awful bathroom.

Contrary to what we've read in other reviews, the service is fast and the food is good. The restaurant is very small and cramped, so it's a bit noisy.

Our server Arsenijus was very attentive. He was knowledgeable about which meals were or weren’t suitable for our intolerances. Our food was hot and came out quickly. Very friendly atmosphere. Thank you.

We had lunch with my colleagues at this restaurant. I recommend this restaurant to visit. The service was absolutely great, especially Mr. Pawel who took care of us as if we were his own. In this restaurant we felt that they care about the customer and every customer is served with love and respect. The food, drinks and dessert were absolutely amazing.

I was this Saturday with my 2 my girls for a lunch in cranbourn street and we had an amazing lunch. Dagmar was our waitress and she gave us the best service. Thank you !!! We will come back and hope youll be there to serve us again.

Visited here with a friend on a wednesday after work and was the best experience! Was served bottomless doughballs which were to die for alongside some gorgeous cocktails (i recommend the mojoto or ref fruit spritz) and a lovely caesar salad. Jolanta was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed

Went here with my friend for dinner and drinks. Was lovely had so much fun! Our waitress Jolanta was so sweet and made us feel very welcome, and gave amazing reccomendations on drinks!!! Would definitely recommend and/or come back again! 10/10. Staff here is honestly so sweet!

Discrimination Came here earlier with my disabled son, when we were greeted by the waitress she just looked at my son who is disabled may I add and she said no tables available for us.. There were tables outside rather than blatantly refuse there were tables also available in the restaurant that could of accommodated 2 people.. Will definitely not be back.. Please have mandatory training around customer service especially around disabled customers.. Will go to the other Bella Italias where they are much more welcoming and friendly

As part of Bella Appreciation Day, we had £100 free to spend. Each had a starter and a main course and a shared loaded Fries. My king Prawns were lovely- good amount given. Goats Cheese ravioli was a little disappointing as too much sauce had the goats Cheese. Lasagne was lovely as were the dough balls. Lively location, right on Leicester Square- nice decoration throughout.

We had 25 minutes pre show and asked if it was possible to eat and be gone. The answer was- of course. Service was friendly and not rushed. Our meals were delicious. Absolutely wonderful. Thank you.

I took my daughter for a quick meal here while we waited for our movie to start next at the cinema next door. You’ll have to excuse the photo of my half eaten meal but we were enjoying so much I forgot to take photos before deciding to write a review. I don’t regularly write reviews but we were served so well and pleasantly, and they engaged with my daughter directly (she is 8) making her feel considered and in control of her experience. She told me write “5*s because the man was very nice and I got to make my own gelato”. The food was very nice too from my perspective

We had a happy family gathering with lunch today here. Pawel the waiter was friendly and provided good service. The half pizzas with salad were perfect for small eaters and the pastas were delicious.

I took my son and 6 of his friends for a birthday dinner at Bella Italia on Leicester Square and it was a super experience. Pawel could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We so appreciated it! Many thanks to all the staff!

I ordered a basic margarita pizza. The dough wasn’t cooked. The portion was so small comparing to the price. After finishing our meal, the waiter came with the bill even though we didn’t ask for it. Basically they wanted us to leave as much as quickly so they can have another customer. I don’t recommend this place at all.

All I can say is that everything was HORIBLE! The food was with too much oil in it, pizza like the one you buy from a supermarket ( frozen) and the staff....worst. I Do NOT recommend!!!

My experience at this Italian restaurant was truly disappointing. The pizza we ordered resembled frozen varieties one might find in a supermarket, lacking the fresh, authentic taste I expect from a genuine Italian eatery. The burger was equally unappetizing—overcooked, dry, and greasy, leaving a lot to be desired in terms of flavor and texture. What made the situation even worse was the behavior of the staff. They seemed careless and unprofessional, which added to the overall negative experience. To top it off, we were mistakenly (or perhaps intentionally) charged for drinks we never ordered, which felt like an attempt to overcharge us. I believe the management should address these serious issues to improve the dining experience for future customers. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I have no intention of returning to any Bella Italian restaurant again.

Terrible experience. The food was awful – oily, burnt, bland and completely disappointing. The service was even worse. The staff were incredibly rude, unprofessional and clearly had no idea how to treat customers. Avoid this place at all costs.

The place doesn't look particularly inviting, so my expectations weren't very high. Nevertheless, the food (pizza and lasagna) was good, and the prices were perfectly reasonable by London standards.

The food was so delicious that we came back the next day! A huge advantage was the ability to choose gluten-free options

Very, very meh! It's like a kitchen nightmare. The two servers, perhaps the boss, were grumpy when we walked in (and we were the only ones at first). The food was average for a pizza, and they didn't even ask us how cooked the burger was. If we'd had it in a pub, it would have been the same... We thought we'd come here for a healthy meal and a change from junk food, but in the end, no... It's a shame.

We ordered pizza from this restaurant for take away because we just wanted to go home to our room, ordered a "large pizza" to share. This was the joke of the day! What came in the box was no bigger than a small children's pizza.... How does your little pizza look, I wonder? It still cost £15, we felt ripped off, will never set foot in this place again 🤬😡

Really loved the food and services. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Really enjoyed the conversation with the Jolanta, very nice lady. We are not from here, but we went there two times during our stay.

Stumbled across this restaurant whilst exploring Leicester Square. As a coeliac it always easy to find somewhere to eat however most options on the menu here were available in GF. Food was delicious and serious was prompt and friendly. Highly recommend.

If the dishes were lacking in anything, the great service made up for it with their positive behavior. The waiter Paweł is one of the best waiters I have ever met in restaurants. He made the visit to the premises special. His customer service approach was great.

They were able to accommodate our large group quickly!! We had some special dietary needs, that they were able help with that as well. The food was amazing and the servers were very friendly.

Loved this place and the location in Piccadilly Circus, London. The food was delicious and we went there to eat multiple times during our vacation. Our waiter Pawel, always remembered our menu favorites and drinks orders. His service was exceptional. This is honestly some of the best pizza I have ever eaten and I will miss this place when I return to the States.

My mum and I ate at Bella Italia today and it was very nice. The staff were very accommodating and often asked if we needed anything and if everything was OK. Arsennus in particular was super nice and made us feel at home. The prices were very good for London standards and justified because the food was really delicious. Anyone who wants good pasta or just a good time should come here!
