Phoenix Grill House in North Ayrshire

I got a delivery of a special fish supper on thursday 11 August which was disgusting. The fish had a very strong Ammonia smell and taste from it. I had to through the full supper in the bin. I could not stomach the chips after the rotten fish. I am usually a very good customer but kinda been put off now.

Ordered a delivery at 8pm was told would be delivered at 9pm. It is now nearly 10pm and they just keep saying that it is getting made. If I had not paid with my card I would have told them not to bother as it is now too late to eat.

This BURGERNATOR was the best burger I’ve ever had!!!!! “EVER” The grill marks sent the flavour over the top.

First time visitor and it will be my last Two very underwhelming Pizzas bland bland bland in fact never thought a pizza could ever be so bland and as for chicken pakora deep fried to death very poor

Worst fast food I've ever been 2 & honestly the worst customer service I will never use this place again also dont pay for ur work

Ordered at 5.16pm arrived at 7.15pm wrong order phoned again at 8.36pm was just getting out on canceled order asked for refund got told will get off next order won’t be ordering again would be nearly 4 hours wait. Should have been priority.

Worst chippy I’ve ever had in my life, wouldn’t even call it a chippy it was a disgrace was that bad my dog knocked it back when I tried to feed it the left overs.. Never gave me cheese or sauce no salt or vinegar...

food always lovely ,portions good.Happi and his staff are all so friendly,we'll worth a visit,prices are good ,not tried the ice cream parlour yet.

Brilliant freshly cooked food, owner and staff are brilliant and the food is always tasty. The dessert station is definitely worth a try!

The food is great and there is a huge selection. A busy times it can take a wee while to get served but well worth the wait. A sit in as well as a takeaway

Greasy, over salted, general rubbish Told they don't accept card payments, despite being a Just Eat company. Won't be back

I’m a fan of this place. The staff are great and if you use the APP and go for home delivery it’s always here within the 45 mins stated. Our favourites are the pizzas. If you want to surprise folk, order one of the 16 inch pizzas they’re superb. They also have a full chip shop which is separate to the rest so no danger of pakora tasting chips etc.

We came up today all the way from Liverpool my boyfriend had been going on about how good the kebabs were, he visited 7 years ago and so we jumped in our car this morning, sat in bank holiday traffic and got here 5 hours later!! It was well worth the traveling and the weather has been glorious.. The staff was so friendly and welcoming the food was worth the 5 stars, the chips were proper "Chippy Chips" the nan bread was fab!! I recommend to anyone this gem of a place

We came here for sit in fish and chips and were not disappointed. The main serving of fish and chips is large with two fillets of fish. The small portion was plenty for the two young children and their mum. Served nice and hot with the fish fresh the meal was a success all round. There is also a wide choice of other meals from pizzas to burgers. No alcohol but plenty of cold soft drinks and tea served in large mugs.

Great food and service from a group of lovely pass. On first name terms with my hubby which is a sad thing lol. Good always fresh and tasty would recommend

Really Freind staff couldn't do enough for you . What I like about this place is it's a chip shop + Indian takeaway so you are spoilt for choice !!

We`ve never been disappointed with any order from this restaurant. Good tasty food and reasonably quick home delivery for the lazy amongst us. :O)

All the food is good and they do small portions if you ask. They sell chip shop Indian and kebabs so no doubt will satisfy most people

Excellent freshly cooked food and great service. Friendly staff who keep the place spotlessly clean. Great menu selection and they now have their own app where you can order for delivery or pick up.

I live in Dalry and this is the best takeaway in town, always fast delivery and good food. Would recommend to anyone 😊

Visité aquí como un té pre-local de conciertos y me gustó mucho. Mis compañeros tenía el pescado y las patatas fritas y ambos reaved. Bien cocinada, maltratada patatas fritas crujientes cuantos peces y secas crocantes. Grand. Tuve Tikka kebabs de pollo con patatas fritas y ensalada, sin salsa y no hay pan de pita como estoy sin gluten. El servicio era bueno y amable. Sentarse y comida para llevar. Gracias fue genial. Very clean.friiendly staff. An eat in area just a pity they no longer do the buffet with a BYO option. Food of a very high quality for a takeaway and prices are very reasonable.

Pizza is freshly made and fantastic. Any topping you like and they also do frshly fried fish and chips..

Having tried this take away through just eat I was surprised how tasty , large portions and cooked to perfection also did not take long to deliver and still warm and fresh ! Definitely recommend

Used the Phoenix to have a takeaway delivered and was very impressed. They gave an estimate of time of delivery when I ordered and they were there 10 mins before the time given which was a good start. The food was lovely and it was very good portion sizes. I will definitely use them again for a handy, reliable takeaway.
