Great food, great team, fast service!

I recently dined at Pho and had an exceptional experience, thanks to Chetan, the waiter who served us. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. He was courteous, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Chetan’s outstanding service added a personal touch that made the evening even more enjoyable. The food was excellent, but it was his dedication to ensuring a great dining experience that made this visit truly memorable. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning!

Went here with friends. Nice ambience. Okay food. Nothing extraordinary. Just basic simple flavours. Slightly underseasoned for my palate. Main question: Will I go there again. Ahhh...... Yes. Defo. Will fill you up.

First time visiting Pho, my girlfriend and I had a lovely date here thanks to the quality service of Zack. Very attentive and showed a great knowledge of the menu and was very helpful.

Wow! Just Wow. What an expirence. I don't usually have the type of food that pho offers but it was incredible. I don't want to be overdramatic but ranjeet both offered amazing service and saved my life. I have a shell fish allergy and he pointed out that the menu item I ordered had shell fish in it and he steered me into the correct direction. Thank you ranjeet for an incredible night. I went yesterday and ordered a chicken pho asking if I could eat it cause I’m allergic to celery, crustaceans and pumpkin, the waiter asked in the kitchen and went back telling me that it was safe cause it doesn’t contain any of that allergens. I ate it. After 1 hour I was in the train to go back to London and I stared to have a very severe allergic reaction, I was swollen, couldn’t breathe well , I vomited I felt to faint … luckily I had antihistaminic and steroids with me . The point is that I could have died and people that work in a restaurant must be trained to know all the health safety regulations to serve food that can kill people… there’s no approximation in this job. I should report to the court for how they managed it.

2024/12 The pho here was decent, but nothing particularly memorable. However, the staff were really friendly and attentive, which made the experience enjoyable. It’s a nice spot for a casual meal if you’re looking for decent food and great service.

Food was great as always. Our server (pretty nails, jade bracelet, nose piercing) was very attentive, always circulating and keeping busy, and really friendly. Didn’t catch her name but I hope she’s recognised for her great service 🫶🏻

The foods were amazing. I am a colleague from Norwich, and I love how it is going here in Oxford. Ana (hope I spell her name right) was very friendly and helpful. She made our experience more wonderful.

I have eaten in Pho twice, once in Bristol and once in Oxford and I ate Pho both times. The pho is really good, it feels like a warm hug in cold weather, however last time that I tried pho here I felt noodles are not completely ready and they need still some time to absorb the flavor of broth. But the portion is huge and the taste is amazing. Service is very well and really nice even if you are on your own and you want to spend a day by yourself, Pho can be a good option.

Ordered the pho and had a disappointing experience. Firstly the pho came in too small of a bowl, so it was difficult to mix and eat in the beginning. The noodles were sticking together and already split into short pieces, plus there wasn’t enough soup for the amount of noodles. Didn’t satisfy my craving.

It was such a lovely evening. Thank you Prasanna for great service. He was very hospitable and friendly. Definitely will be back.
