Pho Covent Garden in City of London, Westminster

Love this place especially their spring rolls, chicken pho and soups. Wish they'd keep the prices down though, other than that, it's a good place to eat and central to everything nearby in Covent Garden and Leicester Square. Good front window to eat, chat and people watch.

Fantastic service, really kind, personable and attentive staff. Gab and Ricardo were especially brilliant with incredible attention to detail, definitely my go to pho whenever I’m in London

Love this place! The food is always fresh, the service is fast and friendly, and the restaurant kept super clean. Perfect spot for a bowl of pho, especially on a rainy day 🌧️ Easily the best in the area, and the prices are much better than other places around Covent Garden. Highly recommend!!

Brilliant. Unbeatable both the treatment and the flavor. The vast majority of things were gluten-free and they had the allergen issue under control. The food is delicious and appetizing especially in the London winter. Very good value for money

We loved the food - especially the fact that we had to ‘build’ some of it to eat it! Must try the Vietnamese pancake (we had chicken and prawn - delicious!) and the squid - the lime dip was amazing. We also really enjoyed the prawn and pomelo salad as a side - especially accompanying the chicken and prawn fried rice.

Wonderful food, amazing that most of it has no gluten! Yum yum. We will be back

Recently, we had a great dine-in experience in Pho in Covent Garden. We booked a table in advance. During the Christmas and new year period, it was fully booked. The ambience was nice and the customer service was great. The vegetarian spring rolls were nice and crispy and served with peanut butter chutney and sweet chilli sauce. We liked the “spicy green” with tofu soup. It was a bit salty and that’s why I am giving 4stars.

Wow I thought this was a meme lol, y'all really are a white owned chain who trademarked the word Pho and are suing vietnamese businesses??? Insane that the trademark office in the UK even allowed this.

Truly exceptional. I didn't have high expectations about the food because I had read somewhat lukewarm reviews, but instead I was pleasantly surprised: everything was delicious and gluten-free! I particularly recommend the curry with veg chicken and rice, the stir fried water spinach and the spicy green soup.

This isn't my first visit, and my previous experiences were tasty. This time, the pho was just very weak broth with beef. I will try again later, but three stars for now, unfortunately.

Pho Covent Garden was wonderful and incredibly accommodating, not just of my dietary requirements, but of rearranging my reservation when I called to say we were running late. The food was lovely and staff super friendly. Definitely recommend going and we'll be back next time we're in Central London.

Pho was a little bit watery. Not very aromatic. At previous visits taste was more intense. Toilets and floors have to get cleaned more often.

Great food and atmosphere. I Have a gluten allergy and am also vegan so struggle with eating out sometimes but our server (Think she said her name was Shania) was extremely knowledgable and helped us with the menu and there was loads of options for both of us. We had the summer rolls to start which were good but the curry my partner had was the best. We also tried a dragon fruit margarita that she recommended which was amazing. Food came out relatively soon even though the restaurant was full. No faults at all, everything was great.

Teníamos el pollo pho que era perfecto. Deliciosa. Saludable y mucho mejor que las otras opciones rápidas en la zona. Alex era tan dulce, que nos apuntó en la dirección correcta para un pedido rápido. Fue perfecto.

Orders beef brisket , it’s pulled brisket , not sliced brisket …my mistake , should have orders the steak , that would have been sliced. Ordered gin unfortunately they don’t carry ginger ale, no pop. No cash payments ,just card payment , so be aware…nice environment , don’t expect customer service , you came for the great food , remember that

I didn’t get to try the food. I waited outside to be seated. I was on my own so thought it would be pretty simple. The waiter seemed disinterested. He seated me, and I waited patiently. I tried to attract his attention, a waste of time. 15 minutes later I walked out.

While it is one of my absolute favourite pho places in London, i was shocked by the quality of service and hospitality. Waiters were not welcoming and border line rude. Asking customers to wait outside is completely normal when the restaurant is full, yet there is a way to do so and one can be respectful and nice doing it. What is even more shocking is that there were empty seats inside… i hope management can take that into account when choosing their staff.

I booked a table online, and the restaurant cancelled the booking, so I called asking the reason. Someone answered, saying that the restaurant would close at 9 p.m. for "works" so the latest book would be at 8:30 and I would have to leave at 9. I said it would be ok, however, as I might still eat by 9 at least to let me finish. Obviously, I would not order any more food as the kitchen would close at 9 pm. The guy said that after my temper ( I was nice, polite and laughing while talking to him) he had to check if he could take my booking! Then he told me that I had been banned from making a booking and I could walk in, seriously ..... this guy has no customer service at all, shame for the restaurant.

Me and my friends decided to try this place out we’ve never been to a pho before and it was absolutely amazing, the food was delicious we will definitely be coming again!! we were served by Luke his service was soo good he was so nice! I dined at Pho on Long Acre a few days ago and couldn’t leave without sharing a review. The atmosphere was warm and modern, and the food was spot on—flavorful and authentic Vietnamese dishes, especially the pho. Levi, our server, was incredible—friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful with recommendations. A great experience overall. Highly recommended!

Awful experience, incongruous music blaring whilst you’re trying to have a conversation, creating an awful atmosphere. The food was substandard, both our phos were so salty and overpowered by lime, that’s all you could taste. The ‘spicy green’ one was not spicy and had no greens in, just a lot of noodles and barely any tofu either!! As for the ‘this is not chicken’ vegan alternative in consisted of grey, foul tasting lumps - gross. The service was perfunctory, one of the waitresses looked so miserable and couldn’t even muster a smile - we couldn’t wait to get out hence I tapped my card without realising a ‘discretionary’ 12.5% service charge had been added, £10.71!!! For what exactly?? We were too embarrassed to ask for it to be taken off and I guess that’s how they trick people, so be mindful. Never again, and would NOT recommend as it failed on all levels!!! Oh and I forgot to mention, there was tiny insects crawling by the taps in the bathroom - GROSS!!!

First time trying Pho in Plymouth!! The food was outstanding, best baby squid we have ever tasted, spicy chicken curry was so delicious!! The cocktails OMG the cocktails, they were soooo GOOD!!. Fabulous setting and fabulous staff , can’t wait to go again!! 🤤🥰

Some of the best asian food i’ve ever had! I went in there for a quick lunch, not expecting the world but as I was greeted and sat down by the staff I was pleasantly surprised with their service. The spicy pho came hot and with loads of garnish which adds to the experience. The broth itself was like a “hug in a bowl” on a gloomy London day. Will be going back!

Food was amazing. Followed them across socials for a while and needed to know what the hype was about. My too fave was the veg spring rolls and the wings - but yes! Pho truly is a hug in a bowl.

Not an authentic Vietnamese place. Please don't go here. They trademarked the term 'Pho' and they asked small Vietnamese restaurant owners to refrain from using 'Pho' in their restaurant name. Which is absurd as Pho is the national Vietnamese dish. Like fish & chips, sushi or Ramen. Totally absurd. Please don't support this restaurant.

I spent a few days in London and been here for 2 lunches with opposite feelings. My first lunch there was good, place was cozy after 2:30pm and the pho was good. I went again a week later at around 1pm, very full and noisy and rice was not good….Good luck

Terrible Pho. Pensé que iba a ser auténtico sabor pho pero es tan simple y agua abajo. Las especias no son suficientes para sacar el olor y sabor reales. El propietario también es blanco por lo que explican la comida. Tengo muchas pintas de ser la única asiática en la tienda. Entonces la espera para la comida fue largamente ordenada pero tuvo que esperar 30 minutos antes de que saliera. Ni siquiera tenía salsa hoisin 🤦‍♂️

Went mid afternoon so a quiet time but food was fresh, delicious and served quickly and in a relaxed friendly way. We were an impromptu walk in and really pleased we did!

First time eating at PHO. They delivered the wrong drink to myself (everyone else was correct). Then delivered my food wrong, was supposed to have prawns not chicken ( again everyone else was correct).. Then whilst eating the very nice food, they came over to deliver someone else's drink and we had to assure them that WE HAD NOT ORDERED ANOTHER!!! It was musically to loud, which is why I believe they were making so many mistakes.. such a shame, as the food was very good..

My mum and I absolutely adore Pho as a restaurant , we can confirm this Pho restaurant in convent garden is the best one we’ve had so far, full of flavour, lovely staff and great atmosphere. 10/10 will always recommend especially the Curry pho wow 😍
