Amazing food and friendly staff! Recommend the Chicken Pho and Veggie Spring Rolls. Lots of veggie options available :)

Straightforward ordering process, we had 2 vegan chicken rice noodle dishes £12.50 and 2 drinks £4.20 each. The noodles were tasteless and bland, not hot enough, had cold spots. When we complained we were told all they could do was give us some chilli sauce. The drinks were frankly just a small glass of average squash. Wouldn’t return.

Great Vietnamese soup. Almost as remember it from the Vietnam trip from Hanoi to Saigon. Maybe oily the rice noodles were on thicker side. Great taste and generous portion.

Be careful!!! We went to stratford pho to have birthday dinner. Order curry with prawns as well as pho with prawns. Unfortunately prawns was out of date, the smell was awful and tasted terrible… I kindly informed staff and hope no one will get food poisoning like me and my husband did as we both feel terrible after the dinner. Very sad as it was one of our favourite places to eat but with this experience was last time I will go there.

Unmatched service and quality of food. Every time I go here I am treated with a smile and a lovely (large) portion of fresh Viet food. It reminds me of some of the shops I’ve had back home in California. Delicious food and a huge shoutout to the assistant manager Stella, who has ensured excellent service time and time again. We had an amazing lunch at Pho, the food was delicious and the staff bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. The manager that took our order was so polite and sweet, she really went the extra mile for us and we’re already planning to go back soon!

I absolutely love this restaurant, the food quality and customer service is unmatched for me. In particular the girl with tattoos and makeup is so sweet and helped me out with all my questions on the menu ! Big love for this company. Will be a loyal customer at this shop!

For a fast food place is rather good. I had the xao chicken (good but extremely salty) as well as the pork spring rolls (very good). Portions are very generous.

My husband saw this Vietnamese Street Food Restaurant inside the Westfield Mall and wanted some PHO 🍲. He said it was delicious and full of flavor. He also loved the Vietnamese Beer 'Saigon". The staff were super friendly. Price for the PHO and Beer was 18£- very reasonable compared to other restaurants he has had PHO.

I stopped by at "Pho" at The Balcony at Westfield (White City) and my oh my it their pho was a delicious surprise. I have to say, I wasn't expecting to have such delicious Pho at a mall (I had the Pho Bo Combo: steak, brisket & meatballs). The one thing other thing I would say is that they have plates of the various accoutrements (lime slice, mint, coriander and bean sprouts) laid out in a glass case near the till. It's not necessarily a negative thing. I forgot to take a picture of the meal prior to diving into it so please make do with this visual proof of deliciousness :)

We had dinner at Pho in the Westfield shopping centre at White City and really enjoyed it. Between us we had the hot and spicy king prawn pho soup and the pho curry three mushroom soup. Both were really tasty and came with a slice of lime, bean sprouts and fresh herbs (mint and coriander) to sprinkle on top. We also had a side of a summer roll which we'd seen being expertly made. The service was quick and thought the food was very good given this is a food court so not expected to be high cuisine. We'd eat here again.

Was bland and cost was £14.00. This was utterly disgusting the hype they make. I am really dissapointed n will not recommend this restaurant at all.

I have been craving for some pho so decided try Pho. There are two branches of Pho which are both located at the foodcourts, one at Westfield in Stratford and the other at White City. The vibes at the Stratford branch was not that go so went to the White City branch which was much bigger. Ordered the Brisket pho to try. The beef looked good but overall it wasn't memorable because the broth did not stand out and the noodles didn't really absorb the flavours from the broth.

Today in Westfield Stratford was our first time visiting Pho. The gentleman who took the order was very polite and the food was excellent. So why only 1 star?, you may ask. I may be wrong but the story goes like that: When I came to pick my food up, I brought with me an empty ginger beer can that was on my table from before.The staff member in the serving counter refused to take it, saying quite rudely "You get rid of your rubbish by yourself". So far, strange but I did not make a fuss, just put the can on the counter next to the serving counter, as I needed both hands to take the tray. Then he decided also to tell me off - something like: "You give me rubbish when I handle food". It was the way he said it - really aggressive. How on earth could I have known that? So I said to him (quite calmly) - you know, you are very rude. He then said: " Why am I rude - because I say what I think?". I said "yes" and went to my table. In the back I heard him laughing loudly. The whole ordeal was quite unpleasant to me and humiliating. When I got to my table I found that the food simply got stuck in my throat. So I took my food back and asked to talk to the manager. I told him what happened and that I lost my appetite. The manager F. kindly offered to pack my food up for me and refund my money which he did. He explained that Pho has a dispute with the company that clears the table up because they do not do their job. When I said that I did not talk about taking the can but about the rudeness of his staff, he agreed that the staff should not be rude. However, I asked for an apology from that member of staff. He said he cannot ask him to do so until he hears his side. Understandable, but he could have said something general like 'I am sorry that you feel you were not well treated', couldn't he? So my questions are: 1. Is this the standard of training Pho's employee's get? 2. Am I wrong to feel it was unfair to be treated as I was? 3. Would the staff member have treated me the way he did had I been a man?? I have no answer to these question. All I know is that this was our first AND last visit to Pho.

I tried Pho in Westfield for the first time - I mentioned this and they gave me a free meal which was a lovely surprise. The Wok fried noodles was very tasty especially with some extra soy sauce. I liked all of the fresh herbs on the side plates for the soups so that you could add extra flavours.

After a long day of shopping, my husband and I decided to have dinner there before going home. It was a pleasant first experience. The food was very delicious and spicy - but there are mild dishes for people that do not appreciate spice. The portions were very generous, the soup bowl was huge, as well the rice noodles with chicken that my husband had. We also had spicy crispy chicken wings which did not disappoint. The soup came with some herbs on the side which were delicious as well. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Had spring rolls; prawn with noodles & veg and one chicken with noodles & veg. The chicken one was way too spicy for me and unappetising. The king prawn one was gorgeous. Spring rolls unique and v.nice!

Realmente estaba buscando mi comida, todo se ve bien en la presentación, pero lamentablemente me decepcionó ya que mi comida era demasiado salada.De todos los condimentos, nunca debes "excederte" en su sal.Demasiado y no puedes arreglar el sabor.Además, es por eso que los clientes reciben condimentos para que "nosotros" podamos decidir si la comida necesita más. "Error de niño de escuela del chef"

Pedí los fideos combo pho. Era tibio, la carne estaba un poco cruda, solo se hervía sin aderezo, algunas eran duras y algunas albóndigas. No es de extrañar que fuera tan rápido para que mi pedido llegara No había sabor en la sopa. Me decepcionó mucho ya que no he comido allí durante mucho tiempo. Parecía que un mono lo había preparado.

Decidí probar Pho mientras compras en Westfield para un cambio. El servicio mientras pedimos fue excelente, muy útil ya que no habíamos estado antes y queríamos revisar las opciones vegetarianas de tofu que también eran veganas, que son. Teníamos los tallarines (arroz de fideos) con tofu y champiñones y optamos por la salsa de chile dulce. También teníamos rollitos de primavera crujientes con salsa de cacahuate. La comida era encantadora. Realmente fresco y sabroso. Todo estaba bien, pero casi no pudimos probarlo debido al estúpido sistema de timbre que tienen instalado. Cuando pides tu comida, te dan un dispositivo de mano que suena y suena cuando tus comidas están listas. Habíamos estado esperando 40 minutos y me pareció extraño que el dispositivo aún no hubiera sonado, así que mi novio fue al mostrador para preguntar y nuestra comida había estado sentada al costado durante unos 10 minutos. Explicamos que el timbre no se había apagado y no hubo ninguna disculpa ni explicación solo de que estaba bien porque se suponía que los fideos debían servirse a temperatura ambiente y que calentarían los rollitos de primavera. Poco molesto porque una vez que empezamos a comer no había nada de "temperatura ambiente" en esos fideos, estaban fríos como la piedra. 20 para fideos fríos y rollitos de primavera quemados. Insatisfecho, no estoy seguro si lo intentaré de nuevo.

¡Este solía ser mi lugar para almorzar cada vez que visitaba Westfields hasta que encontraba un pedazo de cabello y mordía una roca como sustancia en mi rollo de langostinos de verano hoy! Cuando me quejé, me ofrecieron un reembolso, pero no hace falta decir que ahora ya no puedo comer aquí porque no debería haber ocurrido en primer lugar. Se adjunta la foto de la roca. En el momento que usted ordena, su comida se prepara completamente fresca. Nos gustaron las bebidas suaves y las probamos todas. Disfrutaron todos sus gustos. Mi esposa pidió Pho dos veces, y yo pedí un fideo con tofu (un poco más salado), y fideos con pollo y langostinos. Todos los gustos fueron realmente agradables. Fuimos aquí dos veces durante nuestra visita a Londres y definitivamente volveremos aquí en el futuro.

Ha pasado un tiempo desde que visité este lugar. Pedimos una carne Pho y pollo Pho xao. ¿El caldo era malo, tenía suficiente sabor de las especias del Pho pero no el sabor de la carne? ? ! ! En mi experiencia, significa que no hay suficiente carne en la olla y no hay suficiente carne con una cantidad decente de grasa cuando cocinan el caldo. Y el caldo era tan blanco a diferencia de cualquier Pho de carne de res (necesitan asar / ennegrecer las especias y las hierbas antes de ponerlas en el caldo para hacer que el caldo tenga el color Beef Pho).

I take no joy in writing a bad review, so I will keep this short. Don’t even bother. I am almost certain there would be more flavour in a piece of wet cardboard than anything from here. I’ve now tasted Pho thrice—once sitting in a dolour with my insipid noodles, and twice tasting friend’s meals. Each experience was so underwhelming that I slipped into an involuntary state of catatonia and, in my stillness, began to wonder if there was anything good and pure left in this world. In fact, writing about it now, I can sense the feeling creeping back, so I will end the review here. In conclusion: save yourself the emotional turmoil and eat literally anywhere else.

Nice balanced menu with something for everyone. Fresh healthy food with great flavours and generous portions. Only negative is theres no dedicated seating area

Dropped into Pho Westfield during a brief shopping visit. Decent food, good portions and a fair price.

We decided to grab a quick bite to eat after shopping. Rather than try the normal fast food we thought to give Pho a chance. We are glad we did. The soups and curries are delicious and portioned nicely. The food is freshly prepared (an open kitchen lets you see them make the rolls etc whilst you wait).

I went to Westfield the other day with my wife and stopped by PHO to have lunch: very nice costumer service and amazing food. Portions are big and top quality! I will higly reccomened.

This restaurant is located in a noisy food court at Westfield shopping centre. It’s cafeteria style ordering and collection, so for me, that means not the most pleasant of dining experiences. The food is very good though, with lots of gluten-free options.

Popped into Westfield to grab a quick bite with my sister and we were so happy when we found Pho. The food is great value for money - and very tasty! You get a lot for your buck and the menu had many options. The Vietnamese coffee was almost amazing.

Very busy restaurant it was almost impossible to eat there but nice food I have found it a bit expensive. Once it is ok probably I will not repeat .

The staff are just plain and simply the Rudest people I've ever met. Traveled up from Portsmouth and this place got recommended a lady asked if they where open and got shouted at by the manager who then proceeded ten minutes later to sit down...

We tried a chicken soup that was totally tasteless and the fried noodles that mainly were soya and not noodles, we had to ask for soya sauce because they were really boring... I dont recommend :(

Don't understand why so many people like it. I went to Pho for just a quick bite before meeting my friends for a proper lunch at Zizzi later. So I only ordered a slow cooked roast beef brisket, a apple and orange juice and a coconut, pineapple & apple juice. First of all, the beef were dry and chewy. The rice noodle was not cooked enough. The juices were okay though. Unfortunately the food was so bad so I could only eat 1/2 of it! Can't comment on the service as I didn't need any staff service in a food hall. However, the guy who took my order was half awake and showing no emotion whatsoever and of course, he didn't say hi or thank you neither good bye.Definitely will (not) go back!

I love pho - really, what's not to like? I especially love their beef brisket pho with lots of chillies. One recent visit however has changed my view on the staff's service. I'd like to think that the person taking the order was trying to be nice but he ended up adding some things to our bills when he had originally offered this to us "for free" and "on the house". When we brought up his "mistake" this was dealt with most unpleasantly. I love their food, but the service has never been consistent sadly.

I have been to this Vietnamese restaurant today and I had a noodles soup with beef. I don't usually love soups but this one was absolutely tasty. The portion was huge and I have to say that the service is very fast! I will definitely go back to this place...

Don't understand why this gets a bad write up. It's in a mall whereby the customer traffic is high and they cater for possible hundreds or people every day. It's quick, tasty and ok priced. Food is cooked fresh to order, they are making the spring rolls fresh constantly.We always eat here when we visit which is probably every 3 months and never had a bad meal. Always have the squid which is fresh and melts in your mouth... fried pork spring rolls and I have the Vietnamese curry with beef brisket which is fantastic. Partner always has pho, which is delicious and so big that he can never finish it. Don't understand how people can slate the customer service as you order from them and then when your buzzer goes, go and pick it up!! There's not much interaction.Great as always

Had lunch there as I love Pho and the Vietnamese crispy rolls (cha gio).. but the taste of food is quite bland.The rolls were crispy and decent size but it was a bit bland.I also had the beef Pho and asked not to get the noodles and replace them with a bit more vegetables. The guy said he had to charge me extra if I wanted more vegs!! Told him it was instead of the noodles but he categorically rejected. The Pho was very diluted and the broth was more hot water with a bit of flavouring. The meat was hard and vegetables were too chunky!When I paid, I handed him a new bank note I got from Northern Ireland and he became all suspicious!! Come on! It's part of UK and use the same currency If you want something quick is ok but if you look for real Vietnamese flavour, just forget it!

Went for lunch here today avoid at all cost! There is fast food and then there is this! literally 30 secs for a chicken noodle broth. The food smelt nice but the taste and look was enough to put me off. Both my partner and I had to ask for a refund. Just awful

Had the bun rieu soup which on the plus side was tasty, healthy, a generous portion with good amounts of tofu. It was a shame it wasnt as hot and spicy as i was expecting given the description, and the noodles tasted somewhat bland. Close to £10 for a noodle soup was a little high too. However not bad for a healthy, filling lunch.

I had chosen the Bun Rieu soup looking forward to it being hot and spicy as advertised but there was disappointingly little in the way of either heat or spice. Admittedly it was plentiful - a big bowlful - but after eating what could be taken out with chopsticks, there was nothing much left interest in the taste department so I ended up leaving half of the soup. My wife had simple fried noodles - not much to go wrong there.On the plus side, it was relatively cheap and quickly served but there is a lot of choice in Westfield so I would probably go elsewhere next time.

I've eaten here a few times, each time it takes a while to convince myself because the food is not good and the prices are high. If a similar alternative opened up at Westfield with decent food and prices, no doubt they'd put Pho out of business.The only good thing is the home made blended cold teas in exotic flavours, but then the serving size is like a child size but prices are expensive.This time I ate the green papaya salad with prawns (see pic) which is a popular South East Asian dish though they ripped me off - no green papaya at all, just stripped grated soggy cucumber and a very small amount of prawns. This is supposed to be a main meal and at £9.25 you would expect that, so still very hungry and unhappy.

I had Bun Rieu soup and it tasted nothing but water,,, no flavour what so ever I have finished just simply because I was hungry and in rush

Stopped off here to have some lunch while shopping especially as the chicken is halal. I have to say the quality was very average. I ordered the wok fried noodles with chicken and prawn. The only good thing is the fresh juices especially the mint, apple and ginger.

Bland, tasteless, messy, expensive. £26 for a shared started and 2 bowls of soup. The soup was very watery and had an over powering taste of lemon so much so that it was like toilet cleaner. The starter was the fried pork spring roll.... just tasted like cheap sausage meat, no real flavor.... Eat else where

Vietnamese food was decent, not as good as my familys homemade food. Sides were overpriced for quantity. Presentation of food was good and iced coffee was great. Customer service was lacking, both when ordering and when receiving/waiting for food.

Every time I eat here I tell myself it's the last time but this time it really is!!! Apart from the fact that I usually get sick after eating here, they rip me off every time. I usually order the spicy prawn and rice noodle soup but it barely has 3 prawns in!! It's just a heap of noodles. Ridiculous!

The soup on November 28 2016 was overly salty. I've dined at this pho branch a few times and this time my partner and I weren't even able to eat it due to the amounts of salt. He had number 20 I had number 26 both of them were just uneatable.

Came in to have a quick bite as I have been to Pho in Stratford. Was not disappointed the food was amazing. Staff also was very helpful. It is a nice change to be able to have a chat with a waiter even when everyone is running around.

What a mess! Visited last night. The place is messy, not very organised. The cashier is not helpful, asked her about the food, she decided to ignore me. The place is dirty. Food is not good value for money. By comparison, Wagamama is so much better.

Totally got the order wrong, charged for two bowls when I asked for one. Ignored request to make spicy and served another in our group the wrong meal. Sloppy presentation. Avoid.

Well, I tasted their noodle soup and think it is ok but not that good. The price is a bit high and there was a lot soup left in my bowl in the end. The amount of each portion is small. The restaurant located at the second floor of Westfield, you will not miss it!

All 4 of us like Vietnamese Food so we chose this for lunch. Pho soup and real spring rolls (not fried). We were happy with the food but it was a bit awkward carrying trays of Pho soup over to the counter we found to eat at. Would have been better sitting at a table but it was still a good choice for our lunch while shopping at Westfield. We liked the food.

When you order a meal with rice/noodle, you expect to have rice/noodle WITH vegetables/meet/chicken etc..Well, we ordered dishes with noodles, and what we had was SOYBEAN with noodle/meet etc. So we were very dissapointed because the food had NO TASTE. Besides the soybean were cold and the other ingredient were hot so it was wierd in the mouth. You pay a lot, and at the end you figure out that they don't spend much on what they give you !!We have also ordered two juices with pineapple, coco (I don't remember exactly) and when we tasted the drinks, it didn't taste like the juices we ordered. For me it was pretty ok, but my boyfriend decided to ask if it was the good one... and it wasn't !Ok, mistakes happens and they replaced the one from my boyfriend but be careful with the orders seriously.....I won't be back there, we paid too much for was it was. Really, don't spend your time there, it is better to try other restaurants.Last thing : If you want to have a seat, you have to search/wait that someone leaves because there are too many people. People waste a table, there are 2 at a table for 4 and are seat next to each other. Besides the table isn't clean or clear when you find one so you have to do everything by yourself even if you didn't dirty it.

Generally okay but with very little actual flavour. Firstly, VERY expensive, we got a standard meatball and steak noodle soup which was over £8 and this is the general price for similar items, You can get a large pizza only a few vendors away for £6-£7. Closer inspection of the soup is bland and clearly watered down too far. I have had a few soups from other Pho's so I know this is the same recipe throughout and now the final visit I will make to any Pho. The meatballs are bland as if theres too much filler or rusk. Now Pho may made the same greedy mistake as many other fast food vendors that use un-authentic, cheaper ingredients and that's to add more salt or MSG. That will do nothing as the actual flavour of the meat within the meatballs is whats missing, it is already salty enough and I wouldn't bet against them sneaking in MSG either.Such a shame as the flavours are close to being there and with a little less greed you could have a perfectly flavoursome meal here, maybe even feel happy about them taking £8. Okay we know they are not authentic and just another fast food vendor, you can always tell just by looking at the store with all the mass-produced rubbish that there is little intention of improving quality, only to make parent company shareholders money.Better off finding an independent vietnamese vendor who pays more attention to providing quality whilst making a smaller profit margin.

Last week I went with my son . I ordered 2 bowls of soup. One with chicken and one with beef. They didn't taste anything at all. It was just like hot water and some chicken inside and the beef tasted rubbish, as well as being very expensive . I went to Vietnam a few Times and you can't compare both of them.

Really good food but quiet pricey a bowl of soup alone will be around £10 but really lovely food you can choose between spicy or plain options the doing rolls are amazing too

The key of the Noodle or Pho is the soup. I like the soup here, it is clear and light broth soup. Some reviewer said the soup was too light. Yes, but this is the character of the Pho here.清汤越南河粉，可以和兰州拉面做类比，虽然味道很不一样，不过清汤这一特点是一样的。价格8、9胖子，还算适中。缺点在于，加蔬菜加钱没有问题，可是加的量也太少了

I love coming to pho but I thought I'd try something different and get the vegetable stir fried noodles instead of pho. I was disappointed as the serving was small so I was still left hungry and there really wasn't much flavour. I had to pack on chillies, hoisin & fish sauce to make it tasty. definitely recommend getting a bowl of pho instead. other than that staff were friendly and the food came out quickly.

My wife wanted something warm with soup, so we decided to buy a bowl of beef noodles (pho) to share with other things we bought from the food court area for dinner.There was a fairly long wait to place our order, because a pair of customers in front of us decided it was a good idea to walk up to the counter first before deciding what they actually wanted, and the staff serving them didn't want to ask them to move aside until they decided what they wanted. Eventually another staff member realised we (along with others behind us) had been waiting for a while and opened another cashier to serve us.We then received a buzzer to alert us when our food was ready, which took around 5-10 mins. The portion size was decent, soup was hot (which we really wanted) and we were given the usual pho supplements (bean sprouts, etc). However, having had authentic Vietnamese pho in the past, we could only rate this as average given the price, though we wouldn't rate this as overly expensive. It's just simply we've had better phos than this experience.The soup is great for a cold day though (like the day we visited) and the food is a decent portion size, so will return if I visit again, but I won't be rushing back to it either.

Good and quick food to get during a shopping trip! Maybe not the biggest of portions of noodle dishes (though the pho is substantial) - needed to grab a coffee and baked good afterwards to be "full".

I ate here solo for lunch and was very impressed with the overall experience.Having not been before I asked for recommendations and was told the cari prawn to be good.The dish didn't let me down, very well spiced and delicious.Portion was a decent size and the condensed milk coffee a lovely follow up.£13 in total for this and the service was swift, I feel it's a good option within the other choices here, will visit again.

The spicy mango salad is amazing... nice mix of ingredients and slightly spicy which enhanced the flavour! Plus an apple natural juice ! I recommend this to everyone! ! And fast service

Had lunch at Pho in Westfield and the soup ho fun was great.Also order their side dishes which was veg Vietnam roll and salad which comes with a great sauce.The place was buzzing with lots of people and after lunch did shopping in the centre was is huge.

This is one of favourite places to eat authentic Vietnamese food. Just love it for a quick and filling lunch. Very fresh and yummy!

We went there while on shopping and yes it is not a typical restaurant that you fins but don't know what the fuss is about and the staff were just doing their chores rather than liking the job which then reflected on how they came across. Its a job!

As a local of Westfield's Shepherds Bush branch, I have been to Pho countless times and enjoyed my favorite Pho Tai (thinly sliced steak in fragrant soup with rice noodles) and their prawn summer rolls. The service is quick and efficient, with lots of seating in the canteen to choose from. A good alternative to a sit down restaurant, especially for lunch.

Got the wok fried noodles with tofu and mushroom and it was the saltiest oiliest tofu which was inedible. Asked for gluten-free items on the menu (not for myself but for my family member who has an intolerance to gluten) and the staff outright lied about having all gluten free items (except the beer and hoisin sauce they said). They seem to not realise there are people who can't consume gluten and seem to think that it would be good PR in order to attract customers.Service was poor to top it all off! Ordered two jasmine teas, one of which took an eternity ( i had finished my meal and was ready to leave and it still hadn't been made )A total waste of £15.

Always have lunch here when visiting Westfield for shopping in Shepherds Bush. Its fast food but delicious and cooked in front of you with a Soft drink. This time round I had Mango Salad at £6.25 and a fresh Apple Juice £3.40. 30mins later I was on my way.

We tried this restaurant last time we can to visit around a year ago and it was better then. This time round the stir fried pho was not stir fried it seemed like it was just mixed together and the soup pho has gone down hill. I don't really expect to much from a chain as they all get the supply in bulk and not cooked authentically.

I love this place, I always try their soups, very healthy and fresh, just make sure you dont add to much of the chilli as it can be very very hot. They have other items on the menu and the service is super fast.
