The best Pho in the UK. You will get a reasonably priced massive bowl of freshly cooked goodness with plenty of meat, vegetables, and perfectly cooked rice noodles. They really do not cut corners here. You are provided with unlimited Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, garlic-chilli vinegar, chilli oil, and whatever else you may need to annihilate your taste-buds. It's the best hangover cure.

Food is delicious. One thing I thought it is weird is you have to place your order at counter, if there's is larger group people the waiter will take their order. This restaurant shut 7.30 pm so eat dinner early.

Nice and authentic Vietnamese flavours. Chicken noodle broth is very nice. Also bubble tea in a good variety of flavours.

Best pho I had in years reasonable prices. Lots of different toppings full of flavour Spring rolls (Saigon rolls) are great too as well as bubble tea I would definitely be back if I where living locally. Great food. Shame I didn't had chance to try more of the dishes maybe one day. Great and professional service.

PHO 79 Glasgow is fantastic! The pho is rich and flavorful, and the spring rolls are fresh and delicious. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere make it a must-visit for authentic Vietnamese food. Highly recommend!

Best pho I’ve found so far in Glasgow! Generous portions, deep and flavourful broth. I recommend the rare beef pho and the prawn spring rolls! Heaven! I recommend the Vietnamese iced milk coffee and the iced tea to drink. The staff are so nice and friendly. You get served quick after ordering. 5 stars! Never disappoints.

The flat noodles and the spring roll were delicious and their in house chilli oil has the right amount of kick to provide a wholesome experience. The owners are so nice. Definitely would recommend this place to everyone.

Great food, very reasonable price

It's delicious. The soup is very delicious. It's sour and spicy after adding the kimchi and sauce from the store! Chinese stomach praises!

My favourite hidden spot in town

As a vegetarian, all I could eat were some clumps of boiled rice flour, some lettuce leaves and sugar water. Left more hungry than when I arrived. Not acceptable in 2024.

Quite the standout find amongst the general offerings you would expect in a shopping centre. A small but varied menu, excellent flavours, beautifully presented.

The pork bahn mi is really delicious - simple but bursting with flavours. Have been visiting this little shop for about a couple years now and haven't found anything to complain about. Another favourite of mine is the lotus and prawn salad - a must try if you love spicy favours but want to eat healthy. Would definitely recommend!

Love the vermicelli and roll salad, by far the best in Glasgow (although I've only tried 2 other restaurants ha!). Food portion is generous, haven't changed much since 2022. My partner enjoyed the coffee and I like to explore the can juices option 😃👍🏽

We've been coming here for years. Great Vietnamese food with authentic flavours. Our personal favourites are the BanMi's, Lotus salad and Spring rolls.

Came here yesterday for their rare beef pho and this did not disappoint. Broth was fresh and flavoursome and I will be coming back! We also ordered shrimp rolls which were delightful too. Staff was friendly and made sure no nuts in my food due to peanut allergy. Great wee gem located in st. Enoch!

The foods are delicious, I tried the well-done beef flank & beef meatballs.. uff the meatballs are juicy. The noodles cooked very well chewy and delicious can't explain. The soup tastes fresh and the taste's just perfect like it smells so good to your nose mouth and everything inside your mouth. There are a lot of condiments that you can choose according to your preference.

Stopped on my way home, picked up 2 Bahn mi sandwiches. 1x beef , 1x chicken. They were both so delicious, I am planning to go back tomorrow. Just wish they offered kewpie mayo to add that extra creaminess. But still delicious. I'll bring my own kewpie next time. Hands down the best bahi mi in Glasgow.

I found this by chance. It was very delicious. The shop is also clean. The homemade chili sauce and garlic sauce were also delicious.

Summer rolls were most certainly not fresh - both chargrilled chicken and pork-prawn - the texture of sections of the vermicelli were like plastic and obviously inedible. The Chicken Pho ordered resembled lukewarm dishwater with some fragments of chicken and noodles - completely devoid of any flavour or taste. When we politely raised the issues with the food were completely dismissed. Finally, we were only informed when requesting the bill that it was cash only. One to avoid

Bahn mi bread was nice and crispy but barely any filling. Rare beef with noodles was not good, barely any meat and broth was flavourless.

I was a regular before writing this review but their New update menu IS to die for. I cant get enough of the rare peef pho with meatballs, while slightly expensive considering this IS a shopping center location its a responsable price. The bowls are large and the quanitity of meat is proportional to the price. The tables and chairs are clean and the staff are very nice.

Food and service has been much better lately. There use to be a guy who worked there and his service was extremely slow!!! Prefer the one on union street though but love their bun cha and spring rolls.

Sorry to say but we were expecting alot more. Food wasn't seasoned at all. After I drank an iced Coffee after 10 minutes i had to run straight to the toilet with a bad diarrhea. Will never go again.

Very very delicious Pho 🤤 we also had spring rolls, I usually don’t like them but from this restaurant I really enjoyed them. Very nice staff there too. And the (Matcha) bubble tea is also really great. I can only recommend going there! :)

Big portions of tasty Thai cuisine. Table was clean and service was good. Definitely recommended this if you like Thai Kitchen. Interesting Thai coffee served hot and cold. Must try if a coffee fan.

We've ordered the raw beef pho, the broth taste is ok with a good amount of noodle, but the raw beef are just broken piece of meat which doesn't seem to match with the price.

First time here and will be back! I'm new to Vietnamese food and this seemed a great place to try something new in this bright, clean, casual cafe-style eaterie inside the St. Enoch centre. Me and my friend both ordered Pho as this is obviously the iconic Vietnamese dish to try - my friend went for chicken and I chose rare beef - and we each took a spring roll on the side. When our food came, the spring rolls were crunchy, crisp and fresh with plenty of tasty ingredients stuffed inside; but the Pho was absolutely the star of the show, the flavourful and rich broth was bursting with crunchy veg, rice noodles, and oodles of tender meat, and in addition to this we were brought a wee tray of trimmings to allow us to customise the broth to our own taste, with fresh chillis, bean sprouts, lemon wedges, mint leaves, while a fiery red chilli paste, srirarka and hoisin sauces were also available on the table. Yummy! Everything was impeccably cooked, colourful, full of flavour and the lady serving us was really helpful with us making our selections. Thank you x x x

Family meal was enjoyed by all, lovely food, fresh and well priced.

Sadly no allergen menu (which is actually a legal requirement) so I wasn’t able to eat here. Wasn’t filled with confidence with the staffs knowledge of allergens either so didn’t want to risk it. Also can’t find a website or email for them so having to leave a review to highlight this.

Food was good. Felt mine was slightly bland so added hoisin sauce (available at table).

Love Vietnamese food however was always a bit unsure about trying this place for some reason. After a recent recommendation from a friend, i decided to try it for lunch one day and it was very delicious. Had the raw beef pho. The broth was very good. Flavoursome and served nice and hot. Shrimp spring rolls were surprisingly good too. Would definitely come again.

Very nice change for the family..

Passed by a few times at lunchtimes and always busy. Managed to finally a quiet time mid-afternoon so I ordered the Vietnamese spring rolls for my snack. This is one of my fave Vietnamese food and I was not disappointed! Crunchy texture, yummy filling and that spicy sweet vinegar dip was just lovely. I'll need to go for lunch next time to try their Pho and other noodle dishes. Update: managed to have lunch there yesterday and had a very lovely rice noodles with pork rolls! 😋 Yum!

Worst restaurant I've ever been too, food came out cold Order was wrong brought out my food 10 mins before my partner and never gave us our drinks before or with meal, never had any rice on the menu.

Decent pho… i had a rare beef pho and the beef was cooked throughout, but it was not as tough/overcooked as I thought it would be. The broth was clearer than other ones I have tried, but if you are looking for a lighter broth that still has some flavour, it comes thru! The noodles are nice and chewy. Service is lacking, although it is a very casual dining place so i was not expecting much.

Lovely place. I think it’s Vietnamese. I love the coconut😂 and the food was nice too. The staff are also very friendly and all smiley. I will definitely go back here when next I’m in Glasgow

We went to the food court in St Enoch Centre and it was the usual fast food choice which we did not fancy so we decided to look outside of the centre, on walking to the exit we saw this place. It is away from the food court amongst the shops. The place is clean and bright, the service was good, the prices were very reasonable and the portions were large, so large that we ended up taking a doggy bag out with us. An excellent find 👏 and next time we visit Glasgow we will be returning to eat here.

Just been to this restaurant, seems to me this week re eating out has no luck.. the food was ok, I had deep fried spring rolls as well as fresh Vietnamese spring roll. My mains was the pork with noodles some spring rolls, it was tasty. I paid about £19. this was with a can of watermelon juice.. anyway after I paid I used the loo just to freshen up.. alas when I opened the loo door I can’t open. I was soo scared I was trapped inside.. it took them more than 5 minutes to forced open the loo. I’ve never been trapped in a loo before, I was so scared as I don’t live here Glasgow!! Whoaaa they should sort out the door.. it’s really bad experience to me. Scary!! Advise.. do not close loo door or else you will be trapped …!!!

Definitely a hidden gem! These are the most delicious pho I've had in the UK so far. Big portion, fresh and delicious. We finished literally everything, not even a drop of soup left. Very good prices and the service was quick. Highly recommended!

Authentic Vietnamese food, great portion. I had the dry vermicelli with lemongrass pork and spring roll and the pork is fragrant and juicy. Spring rolls are crunchy and flavorful. The beef noodle broth was okay, not as flavourful as I was expecting.

We were looking forward to an authentic Vietnamese food tonight..went to a restaurant called Pho 79, 8 minutes walk from the hotel...staff never heard of the word 'vegan!'😱 My husband ordered chicken pho... as there was no vegan dishes on the menu I ordered mint tea...staff couldn't comprehend what I was ordering 'mint tea!' Hellooooo😱🤣 they were showing me cold drinks on the menu... I said 'Vietnam has tea ie mint tea jasmine tea' still staff couldn't understand me!😬😱so I ordered hot water and they brought me cold water😣 so disappointed!
