We came to Brighton for one day and one night. We're real foodies and it's always about trying lots of different places when we visit anywhere, but not this time... We enjoyed our dinner to a whole new level and just couldn't resist heading back for lunch the next day! The food was packed with flavour and oozed freshness. I can't tell you how sensational it was, every bite! Fantastic menu, with loads to choose from. We were served by Laurel and Si. They were both amazing. Super welcoming, lovely people. Nothing was too much trouble. What a great team and a great vibe! Thank you so much for making our trip so awesome! We are officially massive Pho fans ♡

Cy was great in taking our oders and bearing withniur two young children and Sam took over to bring our food. I must say the food was delicious and we all enjoyed all our orders but the service from Sam was fantastic. We'll done to all and we will be coming back when ever we are in town.

First time trying Pho and the food was lovely. Team members were all friendly. Dined with two friends and we all have dietary requirements/food intolerances/allergies, but the menu makes it easy to find what we could and couldn’t eat. Service was a little slow, especially when we had finished, as we waited for over 30 minutes before being able to ask someone for the bill as they didn’t seem to check on us after bribing over our food - it wasn’t overly busy/there were lots of empty tables, but overall was a good experience.

Stellar Pho and Outstanding Service, the pho is simply superb, with rich, aromatic broth and tender that elevate every bite. But what truly stood out was the exceptional service from our waiter, Huey. Her attentiveness and menu knowledge made our dining experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

I have been many times but went for something I have never tried before. The veggie salad. Delicious. The staff are so relaxed and welcoming and we were served by Laurel.

Food was average at best. The service was nonexistent but the Asian girl serving the other table were more attentive and nice to the group of locals. Shame on her for treating fellow Asians very poorly. Also got bumped into the face by that Asian girl without an apology. Another thing is I don’t know if this is some sort of discrimination since we were the only Asian cuz when we went into the restaurant the first thing the local waiter told us they accept only card payments and no cash payments. It really seemed like they always assume we only have cash.

Fantastic great staff great food top place to eat! I go here when ever I can and have never had a bad time or meal. Feel safe here as a coeliac. Lots of my friends class it as one of there favourite places to eat. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Still a fantastic place to go, I try to get there as often as possible. Thanks to Harley our server and everyone else.... great food great team great time 🥇🔥🥳🔥🥇 Update 01/04/2023 I still totally love this place. Staff are fantastic and super friendly. It a place where the staff know the food because it is so good they eat it too. It is a great place to go with friends as atmosphere is really good. It is also the home to may favourite cocktail 🍸. 130 ish for 4 that is cocktails starters and mains. Shout out to Harley and Kimberley for being super professional and fantastic hosts 🌟🌟 Still ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oh and out of 100s of times coming here they have not killed me with gluten....as a coeliac this is a big deal to me 😁😁😁 31 march Still one of the best places to eat....love it 5 ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Excellent, best pho I’ve had outside of Vietnam

We are visiting from Seattle, land of great pho, ramen and Sushi, I had the spicy 3 mushroom pho and it was actually better than most places I normally frequent. It was so flavorful and full of ingredients, not too spicy (I did spice mine up a bit…but not much is too spicy), definitely worth checking out. Don’t miss the pork spring rolls with peanut sauce…not normally my favorite, but these were yummy. Our server Sam was fantastic too, she gets 5 stars ⭐️ (all the staff were great)

Went there for a quick diner and came out more than satisfied ! We tried three different kind of pho (classic beef brisket, hot and spicy beef brisket and spicy green veggie) and one kind of curry (classic beef brisket) and each of us loved our food ! The prices are reasonable and the service, provided by Sam, was perfect ! Would recommend 100%

A satisfying enough lunch on a cold day. Had the beef pho - broth was tasty but the beef was tough as was the noodles. Shoutout to the lady who attended to us though - she was warm and provided great service.

I cannot fault this restaurant. Been there many times, food is always great, fresh and lots of herbs which makes it all quite special! Spicy margaritas are top notch! I love the atmosphere- is very chilled with great music, nothing too formal. My partner loves Vietnamese coffee served there! Staff is very efficient and lovely. Special love for Olivia who is the most amazing person, greats us with smile, professionalism and positive attitude! It’s always wonderful to see her!

I visited for the first time with my boyfriend for valentines day, had no clue what to expect as I'd never heard of a pho before but we were both blown away at the flavour. We didn't get much (student budget🥲) but I got the no chicken super green pho and he got one with chicken and we both LOVED it. I dragged my dad and sister along a few days later as an early birthday treat and I tried prawn summer rolls(?) With a peanut sauce And Vietnamese affogato and once again, delicious! Beats wagamama any day.

The best Vietnamese in Brighton. House pho and fried noodle is recommended. Good place to go with the baby/kid as well.

Most amazing service and amazing food always my go to place for food as it’s very gluten free friendly, I had the chicken wings were cooked perfectly and the beef brisket pho perfect protein size and very good for price, would infinitely % recommend for a good wholesomeness meal 🥰🥰💜💜

I love going to Pho. One of my favorite chains. Despite it being a chain, quality of service can be really hot and miss depending on which one you go to. Fortunately, this is one of the good ones.

It was good and Sam was lovely but the pho wasn’t as tasty as usual. I have to say though…..the toilets were absolutely grim and made me feel grubby to go back upstairs and eat 🥴

Great ambience, FANTASTIC food (an all time favourite). I get the chicken and dried shrimp wok fried rice with a fried egg every time without fail and it is superb. If you like spice this is the dish for you. I’m from Edinburgh, and the atmosphere and quality of food in the Brighton branch is even more incredible than my hometown. They also have my favourite cocktail, the Pride Punch, sweet and refreshing! Our server Harley was attentive and friendly, thank you very much to the chefs and other staff members!

Food is fantastic and reasonably priced. The spicy chicken Pho leaves you with a memorable gastronomic experience. The blend of aromatic spices heightens the flavour of chicken with tangy afternote of lemon. Would love to visit again
