Gorgeous food in a restaurant that's looks small from outside but bigger when you get in. Nice staff,great food and drinks so will go back

Good food, very friendly staff, clean facilities, nice decor. We were a party of 8. Two concerns, the bill was wrong having been checked by one of our party, it I was duly altered. However what shocked us was the high surcharge applied!! Surely it should be down to the customers to acknowledge any good service provided. I strongly object to service charge, why should I pay staff to bring food to my table. I worked in the NHS and - quite rightly - no-one gave me a tip, nor should they, I did my job and got paid for it.

Been here a number of times and always had an excellent meal. We were here at the end of last year - we had the mixed starters sharing dish, after which I had the seafood pad Thai (mussels, king prawns and squid all tasted excellent and fresh), and my wife the seabass with a yellow curry sauce. A couple of pints of Singha washed it down. We had another similar meal a few months ago, and will return sooner rather than later. Good service, excellent food - can't beat it!

Had a lovely meal here last night. Food was delicious. Would persinally highly recommend the Massaman curry & coconut rice I had. Staff are pleasant & efficient, if a little run offtheir feet last night (maybe busier than expected). Will be back. Thank you

Been several times and recently went on a a Sunday and ordered from their tea time menu which was 2 courses for £15. Starters were nice (apart from the fishcakes which were very cheap and tasted like rubber), and the main courses were delicious. I got the Thai Green Curry which was one of the nicest I've had and much better than some of the more well known Thai restaurants in the city centre. Staff were friendly and service was good. Will definitely return

Feel sad writing a poor review of a restaurant that I really like but in the spirit of offering feedback its a must. As usual the food was great, restaurant was empty so really fast service, although while we had asked for a break between courses when the second course arrived it had clearly been sat under a hot light and the egg fried rice had been pinged in the microwave and stuck together. The thing that resulted in a poor experience was having to sit and listen at close range to the Thai Manageress remonstrating and verbally abusing the waitress in front of us for appeared to be no good reason, but no attempt to take the prolonged verbal attack somewhere private, embarrassing the waitress needlessly. Not sure as regular and retuning customers for some years that we will be back.

Turned up without a booking, the restaurant was really busy but we were lucky enough to get a table. Order was taken promptly. Prices really reasonable, drinks and food were cheap, in my opinion. Starters arrived, Thai fish cakes, tempura vegetables and Thai prawn crackers. Starters were really nice, super fresh and well cooked, only slight disappointment was the the Thai prawn crackers….only a couple of thai spicy crackers, the rest Chinese prawn crackers!?! Mains were massaman curry and king prawn pad Thai. Both were really good, nice and fresh tasting. Not enough tofu in the massaman curry and not enough king prawns in the pad Thai, but apart from that, it was really good. Overall, a good little establishment, no frills, but decent food at a decent price. Will visit again.

I was looking forward to our family visit to this Thai restaurant. Unfortunately it was not the best experience. The points below let it down. 1. 1 of the 3 starters did not arrive 2. A main course side dish that was not ordered did, this was sent back, the mains also came with 2 dirty plates. Unsurprisingly these were hastily removed and replaced, but should never have left the kitchen to be seen by a customer. 3. The bill included the side dish that was not ordered and returned. My food was ok, the others in our party enjoyed theirs. Overall, nothing special to write home about and other Thai restaurants do it better. Not somewhere I would recommend to friends or family.

Me and some friends visited Phi on a Friday evening, we went for the tea time menu which was 3 courses for £15.95. Great value for money. The food was very tasty, fresh and presented well. The mains came with either rice or chips which I think is a nice touch, as most other Thai restaurants I’ve been, I’ve had to buy my sides separate. The staff were very friendly and professional. It is small inside so would recommend booking a table. Will definitely be going back.

We ordered a large takeaway to celebrate my husbands birthday today. We asked for two of the meals to be very mild as they were for a pregnant woman and a teenager. We expected the meals we ordered to have some spice but of the 8 meals we ordered 4 of them were so hot they were inedible. We added some natural yoghurt to try cool them down but they were so spicy even that didn’t work. We ended up throwing most of it away. We complained to the restaurant sighting that we’d asked for mild meals and pointing out that their website did not show that some of the meals ordered contained chilli. Although they offered to replace the meals we couldn’t eat we felt that we could not face the possibility of more chilli. It was a shame as the meals looked and smelt delicious, they were just so very hot because of the amount of chilli used.

I visited Phi with friends last Saturday. Upon arrival we were greeted by a young man, who looked at us very rudely when we arrived, even though we had a table booked! We were presented with the menus and noticed the prices were quite high for the area the restaurant is in and also because it’s not like a restaurant, it felt more like a take-away with seats inside. I went to the toilet and when I came out my friend was waiting to go in after me. There was a chest freezer outside of the toilet that was open a little, so my friend opened it and it was jam packed full of food. Literally all the food was frozen - spring rolls, satay sticks etc. The starters were below average, we sent the salt and pepper chicken back because we almost broke our teeth on it. It was rock hard and I don’t think there was any chicken inside. The mains were ok. Overall I think it is extremely over priced for food that isn’t fresh.

We love this restaurant. The food is amazing everytime. The staff are lovely if you’re eating in or you can get takeaway. The prawn toast and fish cakes are gorgeous. The egg fried rice is the best I’ve ever had and I recommend the king prawn black pepper sauce.

Recently visited Phi Thai Restaurant Liverpool, 7/7a Almonds green west derby. The welcome was warm and friendly. The food was delicious and the cost very reasonable. This little jewel is is in the thrive of west derby, althought there are a number of restaurants tovisit and hope to visit some of them soon. friday we went to pia thia and throughly enjoyed it, the food was full of flavour and the staff happy to advise and recommed. In the restuart you can see the kitchen which in my opion is a good thing showing nothing to hide. The menu is plentiful with a lot of chose, they offer tea time menu as well as rhe main menu with plenty of delious food choices..mmm This was our first time visiting this restaurant and we will be planning our next vist soon. Thank you pia thia for a enjoyable evenin g.

Still love the food here but the service has gone really poor since the English woman who waited on and seemed to manage the restaurant for so long left. The two Thai girls really dont do very well, leaving tables untidy and dirty when people leave. Getting their attention proves difficult as they are too busy chatting and cleaning glasses, even when the tables are piled up with dirty dishes. The woman who worked her for so long previously was all over the customers and very attentive, the change to the current waiting on staff is a dramatic drop in quality and could well put people off, especially walking in to a restaurant with empty but dirty tables.

Booked a table on-line via their website and received confirmation email of the booking. When we arrived at the restaurant, which was busy, we were told that they do not accept on-line bookings and that there were no tables available for us.

On 2nd February 2022 i made a telephone booking for Phi Thai Restaurant in West Derby Village. When i made that call i told the lady at the restaurant that the Phi Thai has been recommended to us and i could i book a table for Friday 11th February 2022 at7.30pm for 6 adults 6 (my husband, 4 friends and myself) and that it was a special occasion - my husbands birthday. The lady handling my booking was very friendly and when i asked if they had any round tables she told me they didn’t but she would allocate us one of their booth tables. A deposit was not required, just contact name and number, which i gave to her. The booking went smoothly and i felt confident i’d picked the right restaurant and we were all looking forward to a lovely evening, in a lovely recommended restaurant, with lovely Thai food. However… things didnt go to plan. We arrived at the restaurant a few minutes before 7.30pm. Every table was full so we could tell the place was busy. Nowhere to wait before being allocated your table. When we gave our name for our 7.30pm booking we were informed the earlier diners using our booth weren’t ready to vacate their table yet, but the table should be available in another 20-30 minutes. We agreed to go wait in the pub next door and a member of staff would telephone us as soon as our table was ready. We accepted this delay and gave the restaurant my husbands mobile number to use. 6 of us were just having 1st drink in the pub, when the Phi Thai telephoned within 20 minutes to say our table was now ready for us. We left our drinks and rushed back to the Phi Thai only to find every table still occupied and to be informed another waiter had given our table to someone else by mistake. One waitress started dragging 4 chairs into the central aisle/walkway and a small table and said we could sit there… but it was only for 4 diners and we were a party of 6. Told would be another 30 mins before they’d have a table for 6 available so we left the restaurant again… very disappointed at the mis-management of our booking and the way we’d been treated. Why phone to say our table was ready, then give it to someone who hadnt booked. By this time… the 6 of us decided we’d lost confidence in the staff and would not be returning to the Phi Thai. They clearly aren’t organised and seem to accept footfall customers before anyone who has pre-booked a table. We went instead to the Macello restaurant on opposite side of road. Had a fantastic meal there, great food, great service and they got our £350 instead. P.s. the Phi Thai did phone again at 8.36pm to say they had a table for 6 if we still wanted it… over an hour after our original time we’d booked for. I did explain the reason why were wouldn’t be returning. Hope anyone else who books the Phi Thai doesnt get treated the sam as us when they arrive there 😔

Can’t rate this place highly enough, food, service and atmosphere is amazing. We will definitely be eating there again.

This is a lovely intimate restaurant in the heart of west Derby village but hidden away down a side street. Everything about this place is lovely. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is gorgeous. They still adhere to social distance rules and have hand sanitizer outside before you come into the restaurant. Would highly recommend a visit here, you won’t be disappointed.

We turned up and we were shown to our table straight away, very friendly staff, but of a mix up with starters but it was very very busy, food was spot on, they even made a fuss and sang happy birthday to our mother! So close to getting full marks, will certainly return!

Went here tonight, great service from staff. Ordered spring rolls (meat), Pad Thai and sweet and sour chicken. Food was excellent and really fresh. Noodles tasted homemade and chicken was very juicy as they’d used thigh meat in sweet and sour would definitely go back.

¡Nunca tuve una mala comida de Phi! ! ¡O mal servicio! ! Como siempre hermosa comida, no puedo esperar a que vuelva a abrir. Como familia de 3, hemos probado prácticamente todo lo que hay en el menú. El entrante mixto, las costillas, los platos principales, los diferentes curry, los platos de pato y el bistec, todo maravilloso. No me preocupo por las papas fritas saladas y personalmente no creo que el arroz pegajoso viaje mejor para llevar, pero soy solo yo. Disfrutar

Solo comí comida para llevar, los entrantes estaban bien, pero la carne massaman y el pollo al curry verde tailandés eran carne procesada para llevar horrible y barata, salsas extra dulces acuosas, ambos no comestibles, arroz pegajoso cocinado en el microondas hasta el límite, solo salvó un plato de fideos con gambas decente , pero en general no volvería a conseguir comida para llevar, ni visitaría el restaurante si este es su estándar.

Never tried Thai food before but after visiting Phi it certainly won’t be the last !!! This restaurant is a little gem of a place. Really good choice of food, all cooked to perfection and very reasonably priced. Staff were very friendly and made the whole evening a lovely experience It is definitely a place on the return to list !!

My partner and I love our Thai food and had never tried this local little gem. Authentic food, owned and cooked by Thais - what more could you ask for? Found the menu varied and reasonable. Can't wait to go back!!

We go here quite often, the food is to die for , Very accommodating staff will adjust food orders to what you prefer. Nice selection of wines , Reasonable prices.

Fuimos el sábado por la noche del 6 al 30 para celebrar 3 cumpleaños esta semana 12 en el restaurante de la fiesta, pero nuestra mesa estaba lista. . Algunos de nosotros tuvimos que esperar a que se tomaran nuestras bebidas, pensamos que los precios eran un poco altos. . Nuestros pedidos de comida se tomaron muy bien, pero esperaron bastante tiempo para que llegaran, y no todos al mismo tiempo. Todos dijeron que su comida era muy buena, diría que un miembro más del personal habría sido de gran ayuda. Volveríamos todos de nuevo, ya que la comida era de primera categoría, sin fallas en cualquier comida. . . .

This is a local restaurant. Food is lovely and they also do Chinese dishes as well as Thai. Our meal was really nice and we asked ourselves why we don’t go there more often as we live over the road!! Overcharged on the bill but corrected it when I pointed it out. I’ll put that down to an honest error. We’ll be back sooner rather than later!

We tried the set menu for our first visit and were not disappointed. Wasn't too busy. Good reasonably priced food with efficient not over fussy service.

Phi offers fantastic food and service. My favourites are the salt and pepper king prawn, suimai, the sizzling beef in teriyaki sauce and sea bass in Thai green curry sauce. Brilliant service from the waiter and chefs are incredible. Thank you.

Como siempre Phi ofrece comida de la mejor calidad tailandesa. Nunca hemos sido decepción por el lugar. Ni una sola vez. Y que son clientes habituales. Hemos probado la comida tailandesa en Tailandia y puedo recomendar este lugar si alguien busca sabor Tailandés real. El chef es el mejor entre los muchos probamos. No te olvides de llamar y reservar una mesa de antemano porque está muy ocupado.

Mi marido y yo somos visitantes habituales de este restaurante, principalmente para llevar! Sin embargo si usted está sentado o pedir desde casa el nivel es impresionante. Pasé tiempo en Tailandia y el curry Massaman desde aquí es lo más cercano que he encontrado para el original que he experimentado. Los pasteles de pescado son preciosas, el aperitivo mezclado con estos es el tamaño perfecto para nosotros dos. La comida es deliciosa y el servicio encantador! Seguid así!

No es una gran primera impresión. Mi pareja y ambos Pedimos una sopa y un plato principal cada uno. Tuve la sopa de maíz dulce 5 libras y tenía Tom Yum por 7 libras. Mi sopa era extremadamente salado que no pude terminar, mi compañero dijo que su era agradable pero nada especial - no vale la pena de todos modos 7 libras. Pedí el pollo y la salsa de pimienta negra con arroz jazmín y mi pareja pidió la lubina al vapor de sal de mar y pimienta y patatas fritas. De nuevo, la comida principal era extremadamente salado y empapado en aceite. ¡No se podía comer. Además, el pollo vino denso maltratada que fue muy decepcionante. No me hubiera pedido si el menú no como tal. No sé por qué mi pareja no sólo conseguir papas fritas normales, ya que pagamos más por las patatas fritas de tener una carga de 5 especias espolvoreado por encima y unos pequeños trozos de cebollas añadida. Durante el servicio también había un muy fuerte y desagradable olor olor corporal desde el camarero. Fue muy desagradable, especialmente las mujeres embarazadas. Finalmente, después de la camarera, que me pareció que era el director, pero probablemente no, quitaron las placas, le dije que no podía comer la principal debido a que el bateador, sal y aceite. . Y me dieron una factura razonable por aproximadamente 50 libras. Me emocionó no ofrecieron a la principal de la cuenta teniendo en cuenta que apenas tocado. No regresaré.

We arranged a surprise 30th meal for my Daughter at Phi. I’d never been before although some of the group had. I was not disappointed the food was absolutely delicious. Some were able to choose from the early bird menu because the staff were kind enough to accommodate us, the rest chose from the main menu.

Second time coming here and was 10/10. Lovely food and all the staff are lovely especially the waitress. Will return soon!

My friend and I visited Phi on a Friday teatime. We had the early evening menu which was amazing value for money. The service was great and we weren’t left waiting long for anything. The Thai green Curry was gorgeous - the best I’ve had. The Chocolate spring rolls are a must too!

A quick trip to Liverpool and decided to try some Thai foods. Wasn’t sure about Phi Thai but my wife said give a try and no disappointment at all. Food was incredible, specially Pla Nueng Se-Eew steamed sea bass was absolute outstanding. Service was very quick and efficient. We had really enjoyed our meal and can recommend this incredible place to anyone who would love to have good food and a pleasant ambiance.

4 of us went this evening early for teatime. First ones in but blimey it soon filled up and we weren't surprised why. The food was just amazing and the staff and service was excellent. Loved the venue, quant little place, very friendly. The food was so authentic but not over hot, unless you asked, but extremely tasty. Thankyou for a lovely time.

Had a brilliant meal here last night. Spicy roast duck, fishcakes and sea bass as good as I've had anywhere. Staff extremely welcoming and friendly and service was also excellent. Would recommend to anyone looking for authentic, fresh Thai food in friendly and pleasant surroundings.

Estuve con un grupo de amigos y todos de la misma opción de comida, fabuloso. Todas las comidas eran muy sabrosa y el servicio era excelente. Sin duda nos iremos de nuevo.

Sólo estamos a la altura de la calle y nunca he visitado aquí, pero me alegro mucho de que ahora tenemos un servicio fabuloso y maravilloso, comida, no puedo creer que no han sido antes, se duda de que volveremos.

We have eaten in this restaurant several times and cannot believe that the shocking mess of a takeaway came from the same kitchen, We ordered the set menu for two and there was not one part of the meal that was acceptable, Thin weak tasteless sauces and soggy gray vegetables but the worst part was the chicken which appeared to have been deep fried in batter some time ago and the re deep fried, As I said I cannot believe it came out of the same kitchen but whatever we will not be eating there again,

Delicious thai food, great service and a very quick turn around after ordering! Mains approx £10-£14. Recommended.

Great authentic Thai restaurant food is really good and very reasonable. Great staff who are very helpful and great at offering advice on what you would Ike on the menu. Great deals for early bird dining. Would recommend if eating after 7.30pm you pre book and it gets very busy.

Visited Phi last night for only the 2nd time and again was faultless. The service is great! Staff very welcome and quick to get you seated and take drink orders. The food is just gorgeous couldn't fault it! Will be recommending and will certainly be visiting again soon!!

Went to this restaurant for my boyfriend's birthday. We ordered Pad thai and tom yum. Both were very good! It's difficult to find authentic Asian food in Liverpool, and this is one of them.

Went for a meal last night with my partner and was met with very friendly service order our food and was with us very fast and tasted lovely would recommend and will definitely be visiting again

Not been to this restaurant before, so thought we would try takeaway first. Got a set meal for 2 for £25 - ended up throwing everythingin the bin. Fish cakes like rubber, chicken or something that was called chicken in shape of a square with nothing in the middle. Rice like glue, just all stuck together. Will not be visiting the restaurant. Ended up having cheese on toast for our Saturday night meal. Might as well have just thrown £25 in the bin.

Called in for an early tea on a saturday with vegan wife and vedgy friend , fay and jay the waiters manged to fit us in and were very accomodating and informative on the menu. food was excellent and ideal for any vegan/vedgys in your party give it a go its our new fave.

The Phi Restaurant is tucked away from the main road through West Derby Village in Liverpool. It serves Thai food and is nice & cosy, with a relaxed atmosphere. The service is excellent - friendly & welcoming. Delicious food throughout the menu and with evening specials, two course & three course, superb value at £14.50 and £15.50 respectively. It is simply a restaurant that doesn't disappoint on any level. Recommended.

Went here for a family dinner last night - amazing food, great wine and waitress Faye was absolutely fab, giving us all a laugh!! Will absolutely be going back - we've found our new favourite local restaurant!

visited here last year with the family and was excellent couldnt fault it. pricey but deliciousrevisited this year and what the hell has happened. menu all changed. food quality no where near as good and service extremely slow. with priority seemingly on takeaway orders with people coming and going picking meals up which i woudl say spoils ambience somewhat. waited far too long for meals and they were not great for the price.afraid to say we wont be back now which is a shame becuase when first opened was a lovely place. definitley needs to pull socks up

A small restaurant that has fantastic food and great service. The Thia green curry is lovely, never had a bad meal there !

Always good food in this place, for starters we had satay skewers and the Thai style ribs which were both amazing (loads of ribs so I got to try both) and then had chicken pad Thai for mains. The pad Thai here is the closest I've tasted to the meals we had in Thailand so it's nice and authentic! Only issue is make sure you book in advance, while the staff are really helpfull and accomodating the place does get literally full 7pm onwards.

Thai fish cakes.... avoid!! Like rubber and vile, my friend bounced one across the table it was that bad! Spoke our lovey waiter he said it was like squid meat?? Fresh squid or fish should not be rubbery.Thai green curry was nice, sticky rice was just a block of overcooked congealed rice..Won't be back again or would recommend as a restaurant sorry.Ps my stomach is so bad after this meal :(

Love this place, cozy and always amazing food, staff are always lovely and have never had a bad experience in all the times i have visited

Great food in a relaxed and friendly setting. Recomend thai yellow curry duck starter and fishcakes. Staff are helpfull and friendly.

Lovely quirky space in west derby village. Lots of choice for vegans and they were more than happy to adapt pieces that were on the menu. Flavours were fabulous and the chef came out to ask for feedback which was a really nice touch. Only question we should've asked is whether or not they used much MSG in their cooking as our stomachs werent so sure a little later on. Very friendly and approachable staff. Would definitely recommend.

Fabulous family run restaurant, excellent fresh cooked food. Our waiter was knowledgable and very helpful when helping us choose our food. Great value for money will definitely visit again. Thoroughly enjoyable visit

Small, intimate venue. Served straight away with lovely staff. Great value early menu! My favourite meal is beef ho fun. Great portion sizes. Lovely chocolate spring rolls dessert! Can't wait to go back.

Tonight was my first visit here but it won't be my last. Lovely little restaurant with a homely atmosphere. The staff are chatty and friendly. We went for the 'early bird' menu there were plenty of options and the food was hot and very tasty, great portion size and the presentation was lovely. The main menu also looked amazing and look forward to trying that next time. I would definitely recommend Phi Thai

The food was amazing and my daughter said that it was the best noodle dish she has tasted faye and Jay were excellent staff and always asked us if our food was okay great staff highly recommended!

Absolutely gutted to be writing this but I am not liking the new chef or the new menu at all. Phi is my favourite restaurant after eating here all the time since it opened I was looking forward all day to our food, I knew exactly was I was getting only to find out it has a whole new menu and new chef. Everything that I loved to eat all my favourite dishes have been took off the menu nothing that I wanted was on the menu anymore, I was so disappointed so I decided to get something else that I still liked to which it was ok but not a patch on how it use to be. It tasted so much different and wasn't as nice as the way it use to be cooked. Such a shame you had to change the menu and chef and I'm sorry to say I won't be coming here no more.

Great evening amazing food really homely atmosphere.Visited New Years Eve with family and friends group of 8.Food was lovely.The staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome.Highly recommended.

I ordered a take away from this so called restaurant. Two weeks ago and it was not cheap total cost £35 two starters and mains with fried rice..The spring rolls looked as if they had not been cooked and had very littile meat inside it was very poor. then to the mains panang beef curry i opened the lid and it was just swimmimg in oil we tried everythink to make it edible but it had separated it looked disgusting .i will post pictures to prove how bad it wasI rang the take away to be told sorry none drives ,what a joke ,all we was left out of £35 was one meal between us Singapore noodles.i have eaten this in alot of good restraunts chaophraya .but after 5 mouthfuls the heat was ridiculous you could taste nothink else , the chicken was rock hard we had to throw it away and the egg fried rice was more like boiled rice Everything was distgusting And they never even bothered to call us back which i was promised they wouldSo have a look at the pictures they dont lie Save your money and go your local chippy or go to chaophraya nice food and surrounding s not a tin hut

My partner and myself visited the Phi Thai on Saturday night after deciding we wanted to try a new restaurant, as we tend to stick to our favourites. The restaurant is small and friendly, not particularly fancy, just plain wooden tables and chairs. Not many tables so quite intimate and staff were attentive. We has a set banquet for 2, which a good mix of dishes, good value for money and fab mixed starter, we couldn't fault the food. It was fresh and flavoursome We had a dessert each, which was good that we could each chose a different one and didn't have to have the same one off the set menu. The banana fritter was really nice but the chocolate spring rolls were not impressive at all, just rolls of filo pastry with hardly any filling. I have had these before in another restaurant and they couldn't compare. The previous ones were normal size spring rolls full of chocolate brownie filling, raspberry coulis and vanilla ice cream. So if the restaurant reads this review please sort out the Spring rolls.The major problem was with the hygiene facility in the small bathrooms. There were empty toilet roll tubes in the ladies, a broken hand drier ( in both men's and ladies toilets), and no paper towels to dry your hands on. We were told people put them down the toilet which then causes them to block. There was however a terry towelling hand towel in each bathroom. This is such a big NO ..... the risk of contamination to people, door handles, tables etc is massive. If every customer uses it there are so many bacterium even if the towels are replaced daily, as we were told they are, this is just not good enough. Please take this feedback as positive as there were only 2 things that could be made better ..... 1. The need for new hand driers in both toilets 2. Make the spring rolls bigger with more filling.There is nothing else to complain about and if the above things were changed I would of given you 5 stars Thank you.

First time here, small and quite intimate fantastic food with lovely flavour.Mixed starter was great.The vegetables where cooked perfectly, service was quite personable with friendly staff which we liked.Highly recommended.

My self and my family are regulars here and it gets better every time.There's always a big group of us and I cannot fault the service. The food is delicious, cooked to perfection and authentic.The staff and owner make you feel very welcome, which is why we always return and recommend to other friends and family.

Went for a meal in phi last night and as on all of our previous visits the food is absolutely gorgeous, big thanks to Jay and all the staff for making this restaurant one of the best in liverpool. See you all soon Paul, Carol.

We went to Phi Thai to celebrate my wife's birthday and were very pleased. Jay, the owner greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. The food was 'spot on', we eat a lot of Thai food and this rates up there with the best. The starters - Tom Yam soup, Satya's, meat spring roll were lovely and the mains - Pad Thai Gai, Panang curry, etc... were very authentic tasting. Phi Thai might be a small venue, but we found the food, welcome and overall experience to be one of the best we have had. Thank you Jay.
