Great food but was embarrassed that the waiter went back and added 20p to a £60 bill as we wanted to take leftovers back. Don’t think I’ve ever paid for a doggy bag. No fault of the staff but the owner clearly has no clue about customer service. If the service wasn’t good I would have asked them to remove it just because of the 20p

This was my first visit to Pham House and I was very satisfied. The food was delicious and seemed very authentic - I had prawn summer rolls and pho with rare beef. The staff were very pleasant and attentive without being intrusive, and the atmosphere was very calm. I shall certainly return

There are countless East Asian restaurants in London. This place is a cut above just about all of them. My main of duck with ginger and onion was very tasty, but the seafood starters were the real stars of the show. The prawn rolls served with satay sauce were delectable, and the garlic squid is to die for. We were there for dinner on our last night in West Hampstead, I will however visit the area again just to come here.

Very good place to have legit Vietnamese food. The Pho’s are delicious and so are the fresh roles. We come here very often and will continue doing so for as long as we are in London. I have however noticed that the fresh rolls are much smaller than what they used to be and the portion of vegetables that comes with the pho is also smaller. These and other changes must have bee made post lockdown. Whilst the food portions were better during the lockdowns period, i still believe is a great restaurant and thats why have given them 5 stars.

Visited this place this evening, since the first lockdown. Ordered the usual beef pho and a starter , all served together!! The staff need urgent hospitality training and front of house etiquette. The starter and pho arrived, stater was squid and, rubbery. The pho was absolutely daylight robbery to say the least, 2!tiny slithers of beef. And the broth had a stinge smell . Left the soup half way and asked for the bill. The manager girl asked if everything was ok, so I opened up to give her my honest and direct feedback. Keeping my tone low so that other customers don’t feel ripped off. Her response was you know the cost of things have gone up!!! “So we screwed your food instead” laterally in a different way of course. The owner of this palace needs to get a book and read the line- honestly!! I told the manager, if your cost of produce has gone up then you should revisit your prices, don’t just rob the customer. the owner has planned all of this rip off strategy and all of the staff are in it . And the cheek of adding extra 10% service charge which apparently goes to the owner. STAY AWAY AND GO SOME OTHER Vietnamese restaurant.

If you like vietnamise food you will love this place! The food is amazing...make sure you try the fried squid as a starter and the pho as a main! The ingredients are super fresh and the food never disappoints! Usually we eat in but today we decided to do take away and we were so happy to notice that the quality of the food remained the same, the squid was still crispy for instance! We have been coming here for years and it is honestly one of our favourite restaurants in London!

We had such a memorable experience with Pham House tonight. We first ordered takeaway and when we arrived to pick up, we were inspired by the charming space, so asked if we could dine in instead. The ladies and chef were so accommodating to this last minute change. We really appreciate it. Thank you very much for making us feel so welcomed. The food was delicious. Bursting with fresh flavours. By dining in, we got to enjoy their Vietnamese beers, which paired very well with the food. What started out as an idea for an at home takeaway meal, turned out to be an impromptu date night. We cannot wait to come back!

I rarely write reviews but I was compelled to write one for Pham house given the quality and cost of the food. (Takeaway order) Mains vary from £8-9 which in itself is fairly pricey but this comes with no accompaniment, rice or noodles were an extra £4! This may have been acceptable had the portions been generous but this was not the case at all. Vietnamese cuisine relies on fresh ingredients and in this case we had soggy salads and generally underwhelming dishes. Utterly dissatisfied on this occasion. There appear to be lots of positive reviews so maybe we were unlucky on this occasion but ‘Im not keen to give it another chance.

Take away was very disappointing tonight by the quantity, the sauce was taking a lot of space in the box.

Fresh, tasty Vietnamese food. The salt & pepper squid and the prawn bun sa area my favourites. Takeaway dishes are great and the staff are lovely too. Pham House is my favourite NW6 restaurant.

Went here because of all the amazing reviews. The squid starter was cooked perfectly and left us all excited on what was to come for our mains, unfortunately this wasn’t great. The noodles were swimming in oil which was very off putting and took away any flavour. At around £10.00 for a plate of noodles containing a few slices of meat and a little pak Choy; it’s very overpriced.

We moved to the area recently and we are exploring the restaurants around. We love noodles and ramens and we had a great Saturday dinner at Pham house. Every single dish was amazing. the starters were served quickly and they were delicious. Stunning Ramens as well. We did not book but if you are more than 2 people you should definitely book especially if you are planning to go Saturday. They also do take aways!
