Delicious home cooked food. Affordable and good portions. Best part however is how friendly the staff are. Made me feel very welcome

We ordered the chicken gyro wrap and a Greek salad. Both were very flavorful and quite filling. The man who took our take-out order was kind and friendly, offering us water and a piece of candy as we waited. I’m glad he warned us we probably wouldn’t want to order two salads. We probably could have shared the gyro as well, but instead we stuffed ourselves!

My wife and I stopped here on our walk through Edinburgh. We shared a variety of food from the lumpia, sushi rolls, and crunchy beef and rice. Everything was amazing and such a cute little family owned place. So many options to choose from highly recommend.

We stopped for an early dinner and had the place to ourselves, really really friendly service. We ordered sushi and yakiudon which was absolutely delicious but we'll definitely be back for some Filipino food soon! We tried the halo halo and it was really nice.

Very cute restaurant just off of Leith Walk. Specializing in Filipino, Greek, Japanese and Chinese food! Service was lovely and food was fantastic! Had both the highly recommended Gyro Chicken Wrap and the Grandmas Chicken Kare-Kare! Wrap was phenomenal and the Kare-Kare tasted like I was back in the Philippines! Would recommend! Quick note - no washrooms and very small restaurant.

Peter’s food hub is a great family owned restaurant! Friendly staff and amazing authentic food! We had the chicken Kare Kare and the chicken gyro wrap. Both just so good, great portion size and flavour was delicious. Highly recommend 10/10!

I never got the food. Because the address was wrong. I left my number and tried to call the restaurant to put my flat number. But you never called to come to my flat.

Was on holiday in Edinburgh and decided to try here as we were in the area. Did not regret. It's really great Filipino food! We had the Kare Kare and Menudo. Really deep flavours. Loved their lumpia. Cosy family run place, great service, and price. Excellent fried ice cream! Would visit here again!

I would recommend the Kare kare with shrimp paste and chicken Adobe (with rice). Home made cooking is the best🤩

Such an amazing place to have lunch! A lovely small family business with tasty food and a lot of variety, dishes from Philippines, China, Japan, Greece.. Highly recommended, all the staff member look after you since you walk in. 10/10

4 of us went for dinner and we were super impressed with the food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We asked for stirred fried vegetables that was not on the menu and that was not a problem. The pork bao was delicious and so was the chicken katsu curry rice. Overall, super impressed with this little gem we found. Highly recommended when in Leith. Will be back.

While looking for a place to dine, we stumbled upon this small restaurant. Don't be fooled by the google description: this restaurant doesn't only serve japanese food, but also greek, chinese and filipino dishes. The owner was really kind and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our meal. We had the vegetable Yakiudon, the Ramen, and the veggie Gyoza; all of which were super delicious. On top of that, this restaurant offers free water and we even got a bit of candy at the end. We can only recommend paying this sweet restaurant a visit, it's definetely worth it :)

Absolutely amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and overall the man who served us was a gentleman :) the karaage was fresh, and the homemade sauce was delish. The katsu curry was also super fresh and i believe homemade, probably the best i’ve had.10/10!! charming place

Been to peter’s today and there’s a reason I keep going back! They do the best chicken adobo and their food overall is a 10/10! You can’t get this reasonably priced food which is so good anywhere else. They do all the cuisines on point. Even when we were tipping the owner was so humble about it, he’s always nice and welcoming 😊

It's really great place! You definitely should give it a try:) I eat there quite often with my husband or order for delivery. We were always happy with our orders... Myself and some of our friends were not convinced to try at first as the menu lists kitchen from different regions and we thought it wouldn't be done well... We were very wrong! Family that runs it truly know what they're doing ❤️ It's our place to go in Leith:)

A place that doesn't look like much but is excellent! A great welcome, a varied and masterful menu! My father had a pork kare kare and my mother had chicken bao, for my part fries, great addresses, very cozy! The prices are really reasonable and everything is done on site.

Very good, plentiful, homemade, fresh, fair prices. Warm welcome. I recommend. I tried the bao and my husband the Care care pork. We will come back.

We visited Peter’s Food Hub in late June 2024. After a busy day, we had just arrived at an Airbnb nearby and we were ravenous!!! Peter and family did not disappoint. We left satiated and satisfied !!!! There was such a variety of items from which to choose - all were tasty. Highly recommend.

The food here was delicious! We tend to be wary of restaurants with such a diverse menu, but we learnt while chatting with the owner of this family restaurant that they come their wide-ranging menu honestly, having lived and owned restaurants around the world. The food was delicious and fresh - we could tell care went into preparing it. We ate the chicken adobo, chicken katsu curry and chicken bao buns. Would recommend all three!

Ordered takeaway Chicken Adobo, Salmon Teriyaki, Salmon Sushi rolls and Katsu Curry. Biggest criticism for all is blandness - not huge flavour to any dish. You get large portions and the delivery was good, but it feels like they're trying too hard to hit several cuisines than master one properly.

I ordered a California roll and it was ok.

Kare kare was pretty good but the vegetable noodles were pretty bland and were a bit light on vegetables.

My friend took me to dine in this restaurant. I was so delighted that a restaurant with Filipino cuisine exist in Edinburgh. Nice meeting the owners, Evelyn, Peter and their son, Jason. Thank you Evelyn for your warmth hospitality...a trait that every Filipino is always proud of.

So we used to eat here regularly. Don't be fooled by the variety of the menu and maybe even a little chaos. The owners have a multicultural background and cook fantastically at great prices. I really recommend it with all ten 😉

Could not recommend this place enough!! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food tasted absolutely amazing, definitely a hidden treasure in Edinburgh! Will be going back to try more off the huge menu! Also this is a family run business with the variety of cuisines stemming from the multicultural background of the family which I think is awesome. We ordered the Pork bao buns, chicken katsu curry and teriyaki beef for reference😋

Very much enjoyed our meal here 😀 We tried mostly the Filipino dishes which were cheap and delicious (I especially liked the Lumpia, Pork Adobo and the Halo Halo dessert 😋) The menu may seem overwhelming, but they are very knowledgeable in every cuisine. Was walking past this place and happened to look at the menu. To tell the truth it didn't look like much from the outside but I was intrigued so went in and thought I would give it a try. It was brilliant. The menu has lots of different options from all around Asia. The portions sizes were really big. Not only what I got but I could see what other customers were getting too. My katsu chicken was lovely. Perfectly looked. Very tasty. Everything on the menu is very reasonably priced. Especially when you consider the big portions sizes. The service was great and all the people who worked there seemed lovely. Overall i would say that if your In the area this is the perfect place for some cheap and tasty comfort food. Will definitely be back to try more things from the menu.

We came to Edinburgh thinking Haggis and Pub food, but instead we lucked into the best Sushi and Chicken Adobo of our lives. It was so good, that we are afraid to ever order these dishes again anywhere else, because it can only disappoint in comparison. We were thinking this place had too many cuisines to be good at all of them, but the family that runs it has connections to all 4 types of food offered: Japanese/Sushi, Greek, Cantonese and Pilipino. Jason, his friends and family made us feel very welcome and like we were part of this neighborhood community. On our way home to the states today, we mentioned this restaurant several times.

This is a tiny hole in the wall. Its menu maybe daunting to some, because it features dozens of dishes and at least 4 different cuisines. Don't let this daunt you! All the food we tried was fresh, delicious, and made with love that was palpable. The portions were absolutely massive, so you do get bang for your buck. The pork adobo was fantastic, the gyro was better than any gyro I've had at a greek restaurant in Edinburgh, and the ramen was comforting and spicy too! This place is family run, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. There's a beautiful sense of community around the restaurant too which is lovely to witness. One of our favourite places in Edinburgh so far. Will be back for more!

The service is so so great, we went there with my friend, there was a bit of wait, (understandable) we didn't even wait that long and the waiter was super kind and kept apologizing, the food is amazing and not expensive, I recommend! Next time I go to Edinburgh I'm for sure passing by :)

Very generous portion size. Only reason I didn’t give it top marks was that the chips were packed in the same container and they went soggy, though everything still tasted good. Will definitely order again.

A fantastic family business with the best takeaway food in Edinburgh and with prices that represent the best value for money I've ever seen. The staff are trained in Greek, Chinese, Filippino and Japanese cuisine which seems almost too good to be true but they deliver across all cuisines with a mind towards the western taste pallet. The food is made with love and the staff are happy to discuss with customers all about the food. I cannot recommend the food and customer service from here enough. However, the atmosphere could be improved, many of the photos on the wall are hung crooked and the aesthetic doesn't do justice in my opinion to the high quality of the cuisine. That withstanding it remains a quality restaurant and a must visit. 10/10

Relaxed atmosphere, almost like a cafe. I've eaten here 5 or 6 times. I'd recommend ordering from either the Greek, Filipino or Japanese menu. Portion size/value is great. Really friendly service. Salmon teriyaki, all salmon sushi and pita and tzatziki came to around £30.

Came here to say that we officially love this place! From friends to family we have adored this family owed restaurant since the first time we visited. They offer a variety of cuisines our favourite being from the Filipino and Japanese menu. Food is prepared as ordered and its worth the wait. Service has always been kind and friendly, would highly suggest if you are in town or if you are like us, travelling 45 mins for delicious food! Video is from our second visit!

My partner and I order from Peter's a lot and I cannot recommend them more. The food is always well priced and well portioned and delicious. They are all lovely and so polite. I love eating in and getting take out from here and there is something for everyone.

Chips and lumpia were lovely, hot and crispy. Noodles were good, nice big portion, and the sushi was decent. Unsure about the fish ginataan - not particularly flavoursome and a slightly slimy texture. Overall, pretty good, would try something new next time.

Evelyn and Jason were so welcoming and warm when we stopped in for lunch! We had delicious soup and noodles, pita, tzatziki, sushi and tea. Lots of vegetarian options! Perfect on a cold winters day and what a great conversation we had with Evelyn (Mama), we could have stayed there all day laughing and talking about our mutual travels. Truly a spot you have to check out for the yummy food and genuine experience.
