You might think the menu is too broad, but when you meet the owners it all makes sense. Delicious. Great service.

Not only was all the food fantastic, but Peter is a gem.

We were here a couple days ago, it was our first time and absolutely loved it!!!🩷 The food was homey and hearty, we had the chicken teriyaki and the pork adobo and it was so delicious! It’s a small family-run restaurant and it’s just lovely to see the atmosphere and how well taken care of the service and food are! We’ll definitely be back!!

Might be surpring to see the mix of food but it is just the result of the family's history of peeter. I took a bento the fish was excellent and waiting for my food to go I had a chat with Peter. It is a very good memory.

I recently went to Peter's food hub with a couple of my mates who are regulars, after they had been raving about the food for quite some time. I had the grandma's fish ginataan and veg spring rolls. The food was absolutely delicious, and the portion sizes were excellent. Further to this, the staff are really friendly and welcoming! I highly recommend a visit as the food and atmosphere are great!

Small venue in the Leith area easily reachable by bus from the centre. Very friendly staff, clean room. Good food and carefully cooked. Excellent simple and good ramen. Also recommended for takeaway or with Uber.

Went in on a whim for lunch after seeing all the great reviews. I had never tried Filipino food before so I went with Grandma's Chicken Adobo after it was recommended by the owner. Absolutely fantastic food that tasted just like a home cooked meal! The staff were super friendly too and are willing to help in any way they can. Glad I got to talking with one of the owners to understand the backstory of the diverse menu options. What a gem of a place and I will definitely be stopping back in if I'm in Edinburgh again!

There isn’t many tables. But, I’d definitely recommend popping in to try some of the Asian theme food! They do provide over cuisines, however I personally did not try them but from the Asian food I did have I would certainly recommend trying out this place. Despite being small the food taste great and it had a wholesome vibe.

Love this place. The menu is very eccentric in that there are Japanese, Greek, Chinese and Filipino sections. There must be a story behind this but I don't know what it is! The food is fresh and tasty and comes in generous portions. Everything is very keenly priced. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I particularly appreciate being asked how spicy I want some of the dishes. They will pile on the heat if you want it but personally I don't like too much chilli so its great to be asked. The food would be good enough for a fancy night out but the setting is perhaps a bit more attuned to grabbing a quick bite. A real asset for the neighbourhood.

Immaculate service, my first time there felt like my 50th. Great food with choices from 3 different national cuisines so you're bound to find something you like. Most of the menu choices seem not only delicious but healthy too. The beef teriyaki with rice is my must-try recommendation for anyone looking to explore new regular spots in Leith.

I would recommend Peter’s food if you are in Edinburgh. This is truly a hidden gem that ia both affordable and high quality. We ordered sushi, which was great. The service is also excellent. We got to hear the backstory to the menu and the owners are very kind. We will visit next time we’re in town 😊

Highly recommend this place! Family-run business serving cozy home-made food AND gourmet food. All delicious and with a friendly environment. My first thought was: “how can a place with such a diverse menu be good?”. Luckily I trusted the good reviews and went with my family. The space is small (gladly they are about to expand), but clean, well maintained and welcoming. JP (Peter’s son) was vevy very friendly and patient, explaining all the menu and where their menu choices came from - basically representing their family history. I have recommended to friends and hope to be back soon!

The dinner was incredible! We had the chicken adobo, chicken gyros and pork bao buns and it was as if I had it directly from home! The service was fast and the cost is the best you’ll see anywhere in Edinburgh. We spoke with JP for most of the dinner and his recommendations for food was great. I’m definitely going to come again and try more of the menu!

When I first heard about Peter's food hub I was skeptical about how good the food could be given they had to tackle 4 very different cuisines. Most often I give these restaurants a miss as they end up compromising on quality and authenticity for variety and appealing to people who may not know any better. But we saw the glowing reviews and had to give this a shot.. We've now been several times to Peter's Food Hub these past few weeks and it's clear that's not the case. Their menu is also crazy affordable with down to earth authentic tastes that surpass any fancy restaurants you see in the UK. We were in particularly amazed by the filipino and japanese food they serve: -Their pork adobo is a must try and is one of our favourites. Adobo is often different for every filipino family and this must be the best version I've had yet. -Halo Halo. A traditional filipino dessert. Fantastic and hard to find in Edinburgh so I'm glad they serve this as part of their "secret" menu. -Their sushi is made fresh to order; even the sushi rice is fresh, slightly warm and has perfect texture and taste. It's hard to find this kind of detail and freshness in even in alot of japanese restaurants in the UK or Europe. It's no small feat to run a small family owned business with so much demand yet maintain the consistency, service and quality of their food to such a high degree. Believe the glowing reviews as it's much deserved. These guys are the real deal, they work hard to deliver great food, and I hope they continue to serve great food to the community for as long as they can 👍.

Really weird to see Greek et asian food at the same place at first but it all makes sense when you go there ! And they are so friendly !

We ordered the chicken gyro wrap and a Greek salad. Both were very flavorful and quite filling. The man who took our take-out order was kind and friendly, offering us water and a piece of candy as we waited. I’m glad he warned us we probably wouldn’t want to order two salads. We probably could have shared the gyro as well, but instead we stuffed ourselves!

My wife and I stopped here on our walk through Edinburgh. We shared a variety of food from the lumpia, sushi rolls, and crunchy beef and rice. Everything was amazing and such a cute little family owned place. So many options to choose from highly recommend.

We stopped for an early dinner and had the place to ourselves, really really friendly service. We ordered sushi and yakiudon which was absolutely delicious but we'll definitely be back for some Filipino food soon! We tried the halo halo and it was really nice.

Very cute restaurant just off of Leith Walk. Specializing in Filipino, Greek, Japanese and Chinese food! Service was lovely and food was fantastic! Had both the highly recommended Gyro Chicken Wrap and the Grandmas Chicken Kare-Kare! Wrap was phenomenal and the Kare-Kare tasted like I was back in the Philippines! Would recommend! Quick note - no washrooms and very small restaurant.

Was on holiday in Edinburgh and decided to try here as we were in the area. Did not regret. It's really great Filipino food! We had the Kare Kare and Menudo. Really deep flavours. Loved their lumpia. Cosy family run place, great service, and price. Excellent fried ice cream! Would visit here again!

4 of us went for dinner and we were super impressed with the food. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We asked for stirred fried vegetables that was not on the menu and that was not a problem. The pork bao was delicious and so was the chicken katsu curry rice. Overall, super impressed with this little gem we found. Highly recommended when in Leith. Will be back.

While looking for a place to dine, we stumbled upon this small restaurant. Don't be fooled by the google description: this restaurant doesn't only serve japanese food, but also greek, chinese and filipino dishes. The owner was really kind and welcoming, and we really enjoyed our meal. We had the vegetable Yakiudon, the Ramen, and the veggie Gyoza; all of which were super delicious. On top of that, this restaurant offers free water and we even got a bit of candy at the end. We can only recommend paying this sweet restaurant a visit, it's definetely worth it :)

Absolutely amazing, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and overall the man who served us was a gentleman :) the karaage was fresh, and the homemade sauce was delish. The katsu curry was also super fresh and i believe homemade, probably the best i’ve had.10/10!! charming place

Been to peter’s today and there’s a reason I keep going back! They do the best chicken adobo and their food overall is a 10/10! You can’t get this reasonably priced food which is so good anywhere else. They do all the cuisines on point. Even when we were tipping the owner was so humble about it, he’s always nice and welcoming 😊

It's really great place! You definitely should give it a try:) I eat there quite often with my husband or order for delivery. We were always happy with our orders... Myself and some of our friends were not convinced to try at first as the menu lists kitchen from different regions and we thought it wouldn't be done well... We were very wrong! Family that runs it truly know what they're doing ❤️ It's our place to go in Leith:)

A place that doesn't look like much but is excellent! A great welcome, a varied and masterful menu! My father had a pork kare kare and my mother had chicken bao, for my part fries, great addresses, very cozy! The prices are really reasonable and everything is done on site.

Very good, plentiful, homemade, fresh, fair prices. Warm welcome. I recommend. I tried the bao and my husband the Care care pork. We will come back.

We visited Peter’s Food Hub in late June 2024. After a busy day, we had just arrived at an Airbnb nearby and we were ravenous!!! Peter and family did not disappoint. We left satiated and satisfied !!!! There was such a variety of items from which to choose - all were tasty. Highly recommend.

We tend to be wary of restaurants with such a diverse menu, but we learnt while chatting with the owner of this family restaurant that they come their wide-ranging menu honestly, having lived and owned restaurants around the world. The food was delicious and fresh - we could tell care went into preparing it. We ate the chicken adobo, chicken katsu curry and chicken bao buns. Would recommend all three!

Ordered takeaway Chicken Adobo, Salmon Teriyaki, Salmon Sushi rolls and Katsu Curry. Biggest criticism for all is blandness - not huge flavour to any dish. You get large portions and the delivery was good, but it feels like they're trying too hard to hit several cuisines than master one properly.

I ordered a California roll and it was ok.

Kare kare was pretty good but the vegetable noodles were pretty bland and were a bit light on vegetables.

My friend took me to dine in this restaurant. I was so delighted that a restaurant with Filipino cuisine exist in Edinburgh. Nice meeting the owners, Evelyn, Peter and their son, Jason. Thank you Evelyn for your warmth hospitality...a trait that every Filipino is always proud of.

So we used to eat here regularly. Don't be fooled by the variety of the menu and maybe even a little chaos. The owners have a multicultural background and cook fantastically at great prices. I really recommend it with all ten 😉
