Nice choice of restaurants, clean toilets

Clean, tidy, had what we wanted

Overly busy with queuing for cars to park. Very busy inside with mainly national chain food stores such as McD, KFC, etc. If you want something more nutricious, try Fresh. Best to sit upstairs on the balcony, the floor is too crowded

Clean and tidy ideal for a pitstop

Travelled down on Sunday 25th August, used these facilities. Both the main baby change room and baby change table closed, and no baby change provided in the men's toilet. Then visited again on the way back up on Wednesday 28th August and they were still closed. No temporary alternatives signposted, didn't feel appropriate to change in the prayer room or the adult changing places space. Had to change the baby in the car as there was nowhere else save for the eating space. If closed for maintenance at least provide a temporary alternative for families.

Second time here, same problems, parking spaces are narrow, car park not big enough, lay out not great!

Came through here a few weeks ago on the way home from holiday. When we passed through, there was a nice selection of shops and food options, which was good. However, that is where the positives end for me unfortunately. Inside was very busy, and a couple of closed restaurants leave an empty gap which could have been opened up for more seating, as the main area was heaving as it always is. The toilets were not very nice, with what looked like poo in one of the urinals. It might sound funny, but it is really horrible, and how someone manages to do a poo in the urinal, to this day, i still can't understand. The car park was once again heaving, with queues heading out, because everyone had to park right outside the entrance or as close to the entrance as possible. Nobody was managing this so it took us at least 5 minutes to leave with the queues. Bit crazy if you ask me!

Simply the worst designed car park I've been in... Spent half an hour just trying to leave due to the one way system.

Usual motorway services. Plenty of food outlets, reasonably priced. Children’s play area outside.

All you need for a drivers break...We visited Costa, as it has its own comfortable refreshment seating area..Nice to have tea made in a ceramic pot and served in ceramic cups 👍

Prayer room! Perfect quiet little prayer room with Wudhu facilities. Fits one person but perfectly signposted and makes a huge difference for prayers on the go. Thank you to the team behind this for providing this. May God bless you all. ✨

It is a services with the usual places to eat, McDonald's, KFC etc. Toilets as you would expect.

One of the new services along the A1. Love the prayer space available, nice food options and plenty of parking. Needs more Electric charging points.

que both times for over 30 mins to get out due to poor carpark layout meaning traffic flow is poor

Went in to charge my car, chargers were not well signposted, there was a vacant charger, but after it got to 40% it refused to charge anymore.

6 staff in Costa. Despite queue only one actually serving..... very slow and frustrating. Nice for them to have a lovely chat though.....

Went to Costa for an iced Americano today and didn't feel well after the drink. It gave me headache and a bit of spice down my throat. Didn't know what they put into my drink. Got home and still was feeling unwell then made myself throw up. There were bubbles in my sick. I will never put my life at risk by coming over here again!

Stopped for food, had KFC, service not excellent but food okay, nothing special other than a normal KFC.

It's a service station, but as they go it's not bad at all, plenty of spaces, loads of choice of places to eat...spaces to sit inside and out, and of course toilets, which in my experience are always ok, not horrific as they sometimes are. Also handy to get back out onto lots of major routes.

A bright and modern service area with a variety of fast food outlets and shops. The large carpark and the services get very busy and there is limited facilities for charging electric vehicles. The usual higher than high street prices and expensive fuel.

I often drop on when I'm driving by to nip to the toilet then end up getting something to eat too. Toilets are always clean and tidy. It can be really busy and there can be queues to get food.

Stopped here today for coffee and WC break. Staff are doing a great job to keep toilets clean. Even heard people telling the cleaner. Well done.

Terrible people queuing to get in and out. Good if you have kids there's a playground. People parking over two spaces. Queues for food.sp just stopped for the loo.

Services were fine, but the car park was a nightmare. It was totally gridlocked for well over an hour. Eventually some drivers drove the wrong way up a one way to get out so others could get in!!!!!

There is a toilet, there is a shower. I'm missing a food voucher for the driver. Overall, I recommend it. Snap payment at the main entrance on the right.

Good choice of food, and eatable coffee from The West Country Pasty Co was excellent, as were the pasties!!! Being a disabled traveller I am always hesitant at using the rest rooms. The disabled wc (opened via a radar key) was clean, had a height adjustable changing table (adult size) ceiling hoists (but need your own seat to use) and height adjustable sink. Plenty of room to swing around and perfectly adequate handrails. It’s a pity more places don’t have restrooms like this, well done.

Inconsiderate HGV Drivers in Caravan Only parking bays! I rang ahead before travelling over 200 miles to ask about overnight parking for us en route to our holiday destination. I was told there would be availability for us with accessible needs in the caravan bays. We arrived only to find all 10 caravan bays were taken up by HGV’s! Yet the overflow HGV lorry park quite a walking distance had empty spaces so why are caravan bays taken up!!! Me being on crutches after an ankle operation, this wasn’t what I needed but as it was so late we had no choice but to park in the overflow section . £33 a night is outrageous for this very poor service. Shame on you Peterborough services for allowing this to happen even though we spoke to two of your ‘extra’ car park representatives.

Lots of choice of food outlets and other shops. Some open 24hrs. Plenty of parking available. Toilets very clean and fresh. Motel on site. Stop here alot on our travels. Can get busy but queues short and always somewhere to sit.

The employees at McDonald’s were really rude. When we asked them questions, they responded by turning us off and literally threw the straw into the bag from a distance, pushed the food towards us, and looked at the costumers angrily.

We have visited Peterborough services a few times. We always find them to be clean and well maintained with a wide variety of food options and entertainment. There is s good range of shops too

We were really pleased when you added the separate caravan and coach parking spaces from the lorries. However everything we use it lorries are parking in the coach and caravan spaces meaning we have to search for a space. Today there were over 10 lorries parked there at lunch time , we had the last space and 2 caravans behind us had to park over the lorry side There was plenty of spaces over there and in the overflow lorry Park! It also makes it dangerous when reversing out as they come so fast. There was no where for coaches to park. You have Signs up saying there is a fine if you park in the wrong place - do you have security checking? I have never seen any. It could be sorted with larger signs with no access for lorries and spot checks made. I do understand lorries have to stop for rests but you have given them plenty of spaces to use. This seemed such an improvement of safety when you did it especially for families with young children and for coaches with children and elderly people and can still be with some checks put in place. We are very pleased with the services you provide, very clean and good selection of outlets.

Great clean toilets. KFC was great. Nice seating area but the big screens had 2/9 not working so no point having the TV on really. Shame. Lots of good options anyway and lots of parking.
