Persian is a no nonsense Persian eatery, with vibrant atmosphere and authentic food. Portion size is also very generous.

Listen this place and me go way back, like I’m talking before they became popular, before they bought the extension. Safe to say, the owner and his team have gotten too big for their boots (which happens I guess as your business starts to get more busy)…. Like a plater for 4 which we used to get for £45 or so is now £70! Once you add that 12.5% service charge it’s close to £80. The price hike is ridiculous. They charge a service charge for what? For bringing the food to your table? Where is the service pls? The waiters are very grumpy and so is the owner, like I get it….charge service charge when you actually have provided good service etc…. But tell me why I had to tell the waiter 4 times to get me some ice? And only on the 4th time did I get some? And yet they want me to pay a service charge? Sorry for what? Also how ridiculous is it… that when you order food for takeout…they don’t give you salad like they give it to you in the shop? How does that make sense?

How is the owner telling me “try somewhere else” when I politely asked to take the service charge off? Excuse me… what service do your waiters provide apart from bringing the food to the table? Like I’ll literally go and collect the food… service charge is discretionary. Does the tax man know you are forcing your customer with this service charge? It’s funny how on their receipts they don’t have a service charge section anymore…they simply have a note stating “service charge included in price” they don’t even tell you what service charge they charged you😂 the owner is getting to excited. The taxman needs to know about him.

Braised Chicken Was Amazing! With the different flavors alongside with gogi berries! Fresh Bread to Order was made on the spot and it was hot! Although the Lamb cube could’ve been better as it was really to eat!

I think, the most disappointed I have ever been after a Deliveroo order. I usually order in a place called Yasham, the food is always tasteful and the portions are fair for the price. Today, I wanted to try this place instead and I regretted it. I understand we are in London, everything is expensive here but what I witness today must be a joke. I ordered two Joojeh Kebab and what I received were two big portions of almost tasteless plain rice and about the same amount of chicken of two chicken breasts for exactly £32.50. Oh yes, I almost forgot two tomatoes. I mean, overall a seriously overpriced portions of plain rice. I don't know why in the photo there seem to be more chicken than what it was in reality, I take full credits for it.

The food is amazing. We always travel to Ealing just for the food as its tooo good.

The Mumtaz was a great dish, definitely recommend!

Oily food, baklava was expired, waited for a bill for 15 mins, then they charge 10% service charge that is not shown separate on the bill, when I refused to pay the service charge the owner tells me if you don’t pay service charge don’t come back. Horrible place will never go again.

To tell the truth it is about whsy food appeals to you, and a lot of the time background. Almost all arab people, by assumption, would enjoy the food. So some of the more negative reviews shouldn't be followed, instead try the place out and see whether the food appeals to you. Also the fresh bread cooking in the door is amazing! More people should be mentioning the positives over the disappointing aspects.

My experience at Persian Palace in Ealing left much to be desired. The slow service was a significant drawback, making the dining experience frustrating. Unfortunately, the quality of the food didn't compensate for the wait, as it was merely average. The lack of promptness and underwhelming flavors were disappointing, and overall, it fell short of my expectations. Hopefully, improvements can be made to enhance both the speed of service and the culinary offerings at Persian Palace.

The Barg was smelly and awfulin a way that I have to throw it out!

Very expensive for below average Persian food. Starters don't come with bread. Meat is dry and tough. 10% service charge is almost mandatory. Easily 35£ - £40 per person, kind of feels like a scam. No wonder they say its going down the drain. Deffo not going again!

I recently visited Persian Palace restaurant that left much to be desired. The atmosphere was overwhelmingly loud due to the football game blaring on every screen, making conversation nearly impossible. To make matters worse, the food was a major disappointment. The lamb cubes were shockingly old, leaving a sour taste in my mouth. The overall experience left me feeling unsatisfied and frustrated with the service and quality of the meal. Add to the above that any changes, any requests we've had, it was at an extra charge. Like having a diferent type of rice, like changing the lamb minced for lamb cubes, they asked for additional £10 just to change the meat from minced lamb to lamb cubes. Very disappointing, not once we have been asked if our food was okay. The table next to us, they came with their own whiskey, they took their own whiskey and poured it into a glass and they were drinking there. Very, very disappointing place to not eat there. In addition to the already disappointing experience, the restaurant’s policy of charging extra for any changes or requests was frustrating. Even simple requests like substituting lamb cubes for chicken came with a hefty £10 surcharge. What’s worse, not once were we asked if our food was satisfactory. To top it off, the table next to us brought their own whiskey, openly pouring and drinking it without any intervention from the staff. Overall, it was an incredibly disappointing place to dine, and I would not recommend it to anyone. Despite the pleasant demeanor of our waitress, the rest of the staff exhibited unprofessional behavior. They were more focused on the football game, with the TVs blaring loudly throughout the restaurant. When their favored team scored, the entire staff erupted in cheers, showing a lack of consideration for the guests trying to enjoy their meals. This added to the overall disappointment of the experience and further highlighted the lack of attention to customer satisfaction.

Delicious food and good service

Went here many years a go because of excellent service plus beautiful delicious Persian food. However today the service was very poor. I ordered a main menu that I dont usually order because I fancied something different. When I received my order I thought it was the wrong order as I didn't want to eat some body else's food. Because of my eyesight I hardly see as it is and asked if I could look at the menu again. Which wasn't a problem, but when I informed the waitress and appologised the expression on her face and rolling her eyes to the back of her head, plus looking down at me like I'm a stupid woman. I made a complaint and was offered a free tea, which was very nice but it doesn't make it better. It's bad enough trying to live with severe eyesight as I cant hardly see what's close up to me but to be treated by a young waitress who has no respect for those of a certain age plus no patience. What was supposed to be a pleasant day out, has actually made me feel even more bad about myself because of my eyesight. The food is delicious but the attitude of this young woman has made me feel very upset and angry because I recommend this place because of its hospitality and the outstanding quality of the food that is made. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Nothing is complimentary! No starter no bread. We ordered two dish costed £32 with the 10% service charge. One of the dishes was ghorme sabzi its vegtable stew with rice £14. Second dish was kebab with rice and salad £15. The vegetable stew had a stone in it and they changed it for me lucky it didn’t break my tooth 🦷 they were very apologetic and brought completely new dish even though i said don’t waste it. The place is nice and portion size is really good but food taste is below average I wouldn’t go again aside of everything else the taste wouldn’t make me go again. I have tried many Persian restaurants but this one definitely not my go to.

I have tried many Persian restaurants across the UK and will always come back to Persian Palace. Amazing traditional food which never disappoints. They are consistent and can accommodate for small and large groups. The Momtaz has been my go to dish for over ten years and will be for the next ten the way this place cooks it. Waitresses are very attentive and the food timing is perfect.

Persian Palace has been a hotspot for Iranian food in Ealing for many years. The food has good portions and is of decent quality - the lamb chops were a star dish today as well as the gheymeh stew which was lovely! As a large group dining it is to be expected for the service to not run as smoothly as it usually does. However, the major blip on a nice meal was the (quite frankly) dishonest method of adding service charge to bills. This restaurant cuts off the bottom of the bill (not for lack of paper) which would include the total amount plus service charge, and instead writes down the total amount in the middle of the receipt in pen (not mentioning service charge). Within a big group this is confusing as we think we are calculating our portions of the bill wrong. All the waiter had to do was simply say the money remaining on the bill is the service instead of this confusing situation, which our table was always going to pay irregardless.

Called to speak to the owner about the consistent reviews saying the food is old and rotten. I asked him directly if the food is safe to eat, and he told me not to come. Was looking forward to trying the food, but can't risk it with a pregnant wife getting food poisoning. You make your own judgement but I'd rather not risk food poisoning.

A really authentic Persian restaurant in the heart of a rising Persian community. Featured classic dishes and starters including kebabs and freshly baked bread from the tandoor. Would recommend for authentic Persian food and freshly cooked options.

Persian Palace has lovely food. Everything on their menu is delicious and fresh with large portions and very nice staff. However, PP is very expensive either dine in or takeaway and they seem to often incease their prices . I would recommend maybe slightly smaller portions and more affordable prices so we can go to dine in or order takeaway more often from them. There are many more Iranian restaurants with cheaper prices and food just as good. I would recommend their food but their prices are way too high, compared to what they used to be. It would be also nice for them to give their regular customer's such as myself something complimentary like a tea or desert when dining in/ takeaway or some bread which will be a nice gesture of goodwill. They seem to charge for every little item that they can which puts us off from dining in or takeaway as often as we did before.

The food was amazing and customer service was wonderful. The food was in route for an hour longer than expected. It was supposed to be delivered 6:15-6:35 and we got it at 7:15. I would definitely order again and recommend the Persian Palace since we loved the food. Thanks

I've visited today for the first time and it would be the last time the quality of the food it wasn't good as much we paid for it very expensive old salad with smelly rice and stew was sweet i couldn't eat at all also my friend didn't liked it overall we have to try new things in life so I don't recommend this restaurant to no one just waste money and time .

As always, persian dinning is finger-licking good 😋 I simply love the buttery rice and the saffron chicken cubes, so delicious, and the lamb skewer so juicy and flavourful. 10/10 The perfect meal after a hard day! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Delivered on time, the delivery gentleman was polite, and property respectful. Definitely would re-order. 🤝

Been coming here for many many years and the food is consistently good. This is my go to place for persian food. Delicious food at reasonable prices. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Very generous portions too. Always leave here feeling full!

Very good quality persian food, excellent service and huge portions. I would recommend the grills and kebabs, however the stews are not the best.

Food is tasty and generous but grilled meat dishes have two items , essential items, missing from them which are grilled tomatoes and grilled onions. A grill is not a grill if those two items are missing. I believe it's the staff trying to get away with it especially with some clients assuming ignorance of those clients. Also service to dinner tables in the far corners is non existent. Waiters pretend not seeing you when you call them. Having said that, some tables are well served when others are completely ignored.

The worst experience was I went there for the first and last time we ordered kebab with nan but they gave us rice and they made us keep the rice that we didn’t order and charged us for bread and the service charge was too high and the kebab was so oily and smelly we usually go to molana excellent food and service and much reasonable price.

Trying to overcharge , i did ordered £27 food and i was charged 45 then i asked why 45 then they reduced back to £35 Then they said they charged me £8 for 4cup of tea

Food was good but there was no salad with the food - they forgot despite the restaurant putting salad sauce! Normally you get the kebab and rice with salad but this time they forgot! Otherwise food was warm and good - service not so great.

Regular customer here and the food is always lovely. The one star is reflective of how the manager treated me on my visit with my young family. I was shouted at and made to feel embarrassed in front of a restaurant full of people. As lovely as the food is the owner/manager has no value or care for customer service. I will not be returning as this place doesn't deserve my money especially during the current environment.

Persian Palace in London is famous for its authentic Iranian dishes. It is located in Ealing, a little Iranian town close to the end of the subway line, Broadway station. It’s quite a long distance if you’re coming from Central London, so it’s not exactly the most convenient place to get koobideh. When I arrived, I was greeted by the Iranian waiters. They were pleasant and friendly, asking me about what I wanted to order. Throughout the meal, they weren’t too intrusive but were around and ready in case I needed something. The koobideh at Persian Palace costs £8 a dish, which is a very competitive price compared to the standard in London. In the other Iranian restaurants I’ve tried, I paid around £10 - £30 for a single koobideh dish. About 5-10 minutes after giving my order, a shockingly huge plate of rice, salad, and koobideh arrived at my table. ⅓ of the plate was rice, and there was even more under the two long and fat pieces of koobideh. I wasn’t able to finish the plate, which rarely happens. Not only was the serving size huge, but both the rice and koobideh tasted phenomenal. The rice was hot and had butter and saffron, which gave it a very delicious flavor. The koobideh didn’t disappoint either. It was juicy and salted to taste, making it one of the best I’ve ever had. My experience in Persian Palace was exceptional, and I can now see why it’s so famous in London and around the globe. It scored quite high in my criteria and it definitely deserves its popularity.

I ordered two of the platters (specifically the one for 4 people), for our team lunch and everyone loved it! The food was nice and hot, as well as cooked to perfection! I even ordered a few sides, which everyone enjoyed as well (the garlic sauce seemed to be a big hit as well!). The portion size was great and we still have a good amount left over. Overall, a great service and fantastic food every time I've ordered!
