Perilicious in Lancaster

Smashed it on every level! We ordered a variety of items on the menu as they absolutely delivered in each single one of them! Peri peri chicken cooked to perfection, phyli cheesesteak fries were also a winner. The deserts as well didn’t disappoint!

The absolute worst delivery time ever!!! HORRIFIC customer service.. 3hrs for food .. Very sad because the food is very good. Personally used 10s of times in the past.

A simple delicious and reliable restaurant. I mostly go there for the chicken but the ribs are also okay.

I have to say that I am very disappointed with this restaurant. The interior of the restaurant is lovely and very clean, it’s just a shame that the food and service was atrocious. My boyfriend and I ordered burgers and it was 40 minutes until it arrived. Not to mention that it wasn’t very hot. The chicken was chewy and the patty was burnt. The burger buns were soggy. The sprite was the best part of this meal. The fact that the bill came to £30 is beyond me…

Expensive but good test we like the burger

We looked forward to coming here for the last few weeks. The service was good and the food came fairly quickly. The food itself wasn't the best and the quality didn't seem very good. The ribs had a lot of fat on them and rice seemed like microwave rice.

Just been in this morning and wow the chicken was unreal that was hands down the best peri chicken I've ever had new number 1 fan I will be back again and well worth the 50 mile trip

Been here 5-6 times now. Good always spot on. Taken friends and family who have also gone back again. Chicken wings and the loaded fries are awesome. Staff good. Manager has been over and asked if foods been consistent over last few visits. ! Nice touch. Highly recommended

First time at Perilicious and it definitely won’t be the last! Excellent food choices, from burgers, wraps to beautifully cooked chicken - all cooked to impeccably high quality and taste. Very attentive staff and great atmosphere. Testament to a good eatery when the customer base is from all across the Northwest! Fabulous place, well worth a visit!

Great food - especially the pizzas! An authentic and signature taste to every dish. Prices were good as well, when we used the 20 percent discount option online. Staff were polite and helpful. We have visited multiple times now, as it is good value and good food.

I am super disappointed in my fellow reviewers! Booked in advance for a 2 year olds birthday, staff spoke ZERO English had to get someone from the back to translate a request for a high chair, no music, no drinks offered after 15 mins, we left! This place is really weird, e.g donner fries but donner on the menu, the website and reviews suggest a nice place, it is not! imagine macdonalds but much much worse, like eating in the kitchen of macdonalds where the staff are annoyed you came and don’t speak English, I can’t comment on the food as we left. Note my name I have no issue communicating with peeps whose first language is not English this place was just terrible and nearly ruined a special day for my family with a very false online presentation of their shoddy establishment!

I’m highly disappointed with this food, first of all, I bought it for my disabled Mum and it was an hour late, the food was cold, the bacon was the worst bacon i’ve eaten, it was almost plastic like. I have been eating full english every saturday of my adult life and this one ruined my tastebuds. The sausage was very artificial and spicy, not what wanted in my mouth for saturday brunch. The egg was disgustingly cold, it was more like an omelette which if i wanted an omelette I would have ordered one. The best part of the meal was the beans. I will definitely not buy from here again or recommend to a friend, next time I will be going to lidl and buying my own supply and cooking it myself.

Food arrived bang on time. One side dish missing, repeated phone calls to the restaurant were unanswered. £3 for a 330ml Fanta, no size mentioned on website. Eould expect 2l for that money! Food ok, not great.

I was really impressed when I visited today, the food was really tasty and the potion sizes were good, the menu has so much choice and there are loads of sauces available with different spices which I loved, the premise was modern, clean and had everything you could want at Great prices. Food is banging and the restaurant is spotless.

Food was forty minutes late. In that 40 minutes I assume it was sat in a car somewhere because it was freezing cold. I had to heat the pizza up in the oven. It tasted OK after that. The floppy chips were beyond help. Also how hard is it to keep the cold can separate from the hot food. Both products suffer. NOTE. This place runs at least two other takeaways from the same address. Kebab express and bbq station. Maybe instead of dominating the market you could perfect the service you provide. You know, so it's not allllll about the money

The warm, clean and welcoming atmosphere immediately set the tone. I tried the mix grill Sizzler and it was a flavor explosion in my mouth. The portion was generous, The service was friendly and attentive, making it a perfect spot for a casual night out with friends or family.

Nando’s 2.0. My wife and I were driving to Liverpool from Edinburgh and thought this would be a good opportunity to stop here for some dinner. Since we didn’t want to stop for too long we decided to place an order. I much prefer sitting in and I think it’s a great feature being able to place an order 20 mins in advance for dining in so there is less waiting around. I haven’t come across many places that offer that service. You are also able to order for collection and delivery. Initially I just looked at the menu from the website and then I realised there were more options on the online ordering menu. I also noticed that from the pics on Google that they sold dirty fries but this was nowhere on the online menu. Anyway, we decided to call to place an order because my wife is a fussy pup and she wanted her chicken pita without any cheese, tomatoes and chilli jam. There wasn’t anyway to customise your order online (a feature they should add). Anyway we spoke to a lovely lady. Bless her, the line was bad, I was ordering from the car, she was in s noisy kitchen and plus my Scottish accent, made it difficult for her to understand me. Eventually we placed the feast of an order. I managed to order dirty fries no problem. On arrival we were impressed by the restaurant. It was spotless clean and modern. I had a look at the menu and I noticed that there was serval items that were not on the online menu including, dirty fries, nachos, cakes, desserts and many others. I feel that there website needs to be updated to match their extensive offerings. They also have a different brunch/lunch menu. We waited only a few minutes for our food to be served. As often is the case we ordered excessively. Dam, my gluttonous mind! We got the Halloumi sticks which were awesome. Perfectly cooked and had a lovely dipping sauce. My wife enjoyed her basic chicken pitta with BBQ sauce. She got garlic bread and sweet potato fries as a side which were fine. I went with the wing it which is 10 chicken wings smothered in a mixture of their sauces. These were good. The wings were massive and the heat was tolerable. Meat came off the bone quite easy. I decided to also get a hot butterfly chicken burger which was not bad. It was very juicy but lacking something. They have a variety of dirty fries but I went with the popular pulled lamb. These were tasted very good. Again, a large portion and drowned in cheese sauce. The lamb was nice. For drinks we got a kinder Kreme and a blueberry milkshake which were pretty good. To finish us off we had a Oreo stack to share. Overall, we enjoyed our experience. My fav dish was probably the Halloumi sticks followed by the dirty fries. None of the food blew me a away but it was all good and excellent value. They even have a station to wash your hands. I would like to come back and try the sizzler dishes or maybe something from the chefs and recommendations.

My sisters and I came to eat here once before, as well as today. The food and service is amazing, there aren’t a lot of good halal places to eat in Lancaster. This is definitely one of the best! Afeefah was so helpful and friendly. She was quick to cater to our needs which we really appreciated :)

I ordered half chicken with coleslaw. Honestly, the chicken and coleslaw were a bit salty. And I tried my friend's mashed potatoes, which helps lessen the saltiness. I'd order with mashed potatoes next time. Overall, its amazing. Had free ice cream as well

The service was quicker this time I went, got all our orders within about 20 minutes. My personal favourite has always been the medium heat quarter chicken with spicy rice and creamy mash. Splendid!

I was really delighted to find out the restaurant also serves desserts and ice cream. The Lotus Biscoff ice cream sundae was delicious and the soft chocolate sponge cake just melted in my mouth with each bite. Perfect way to top of the meal we had. Thanks guys

I came to Lancaster and wanted to go to a more local restaurant that wasn’t a franchise and straight away the service was lovely the staff were very friendly and helpful the food is amazing I can’t fault especially with the fact there’s a sink next to the till to keep hygiene throughout just made the experience so much better especially as I’ve always been one for cleanliness in places off food im so impressed

That Brazilian Buffalo Ribs order slaps different also the cookie dough

I visited with my family yesterday. We ordered a number of dishes all of which were delivered to our table promptly and they were all presented well. The service was commendable. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Definitely recommend visiting.

The food here is so good. I'd been curious about trying Perilicious for a while, but I'm very glad I did and it far exceeded my expectations. The chicken was cooked to perfection, succulent and full of flavour. The burger was great too. Will definitely be going back, or ordering takeout from here in the future.

Ridiculously good. Been meaning to try this place for a while and am so pleased we finally went. Ordered the chicken wings, smokehouse burger, chips, halloumi and onion rings between 2 of us. Everything was cooked to perfection, the wings were huge and super tasty. Lovely staff, will deffo go back

The food was delicious, but its priced very steeply. Smoked burger was £13 and the portion size was jus not worth it.

Was really nice food . Some background music would be nice. But that is nothing really. The staff are kind and polite with good knowledge of the products . The lamb ribs are amazing 😍

Excellent food . Charcoal cooking process just took the taste experience to a whole new level. Marination was 10/10. Nandos surely has serious competition . I am most definitely visiting this place again .

The cheese burger is the best burger I've ever had! The wraps were generously filled especially for the price. Good value for money and generous portion sizes. Chips and sweet potato fries were perfectly crisp. Only downsides are the toilets were in a terrible state (witnessed staff leaving the toilet which was a mess), and the staff going into the staff areas past the bathroom look miserable, don't address you or wait for you to walk by first. A smile and hospitable service goes a long way.

We have eaten here a few times and the food is always excellent. And the staff are always friendly. Would highly recommend.

Came here on the recommendation of the review left by Matt of food review club. He recommended the whole chicken and the wings which I decided to order for myself. I don't know how they do it, but that chicken was the most succulent well cooked chicken I've ever tasted. I'm very pleased with my experience at perilicious. The service was quick and the staff were polite. The food was of the highest quality made by chefs that really know their way around a kitchen. Highly recommend this place for a large family meal or if you're feeling like a little cheeky alternative to nandos .

Perilicious is a go to location. A restaurant which I visit regularly for its amazing food, friendly staff, and wide variety of choice. The cheeseburger is a must try. I would also recommend their Chicken - Extremely flavoursome, succulent and tender . A must-visit location for breakfast lunch and dinner

Wow! The food is fantastic. The meat just melted off the bone and really juicy! We couldn't manage all our food so we fetched the wings home. Only nag i could add is the drinks are in small glass bottles so rather pricey. But it still gets 10/10 from us.

Unreal. Ordered here weekly since it opened, not had one bad order. Very spicy, so don't be too brave with the heat level if you can't handle heat! Staff lovely and food always 10/10, far superior to alternatives (such as nandos)

Food is amazing, love the spice rice and mash, chicken is always amazing too! The only criticism I have is the service could do with improvement, the staff are all absolutely lovely but there’s an issue with getting everything out at the same time, eg. I got my butterfly chicken 10 minutes before my 2 sides came, and also had to wait about 20 minutes for our drinks, but honestly worth the wait as the food is so so good!
