Ordered from this restaurant purely to get a milkshake but after waiting over an hour for my food the one thing that wasn’t there and I would moan about how cold my food was but I couldn’t expect any less after waiting over an hour

My food was cold and soggy. There was oil at the bottom of the box

Worst shop to order from. 3 hours waited till 4.14am and still no show. Stole me £16 and still did not answer my call. SLOUGH WORST TAKEAWAY . STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE LOSSING MONEY

Food was cold and felt uncooked

The peri chicken in the burger is dry, hard and chewy. Chips portion was really small and drink was warm. Would not order from here again.

The driver can't drive because my food was all over the place, my chips are drained waste of money won't be coming here again, disappointing £15 down the drain, no wonder you stay open to 3am.

Chips was could and some overcook Or put to frier twice some undercook . If take away is overflow with orders they should pouse new . Very bad expirience

I'm sorry to rate your store too low, but the food we got doesn't deserve to be delivered. The Nachos was cold, very little salsa there and you have just put 2 slices of cheddar cheese on top. Was it not supposed to be melted? The chicken doner wrap we received has good amount of ingredients, but it wasn't even "wrapped"! Lastly, the food was delivered very late.

I won’t be ordering from here again, the food arrived extremely late and was marked as delivered a whole hour earlier than it actually arrived by. The employee over the phone was nice but it did not make up for the ice cold chicken.

have ordered food before but this time the food was on point and tasted great. We ordered the sharwarma thinking it was in a wrap but turned out to be sharwarma meat on chips. Still tasted amazing. would definitely order again.

Chicken wrap was dry and not enough sauce. Usually there should be a balance of sauce, salad and meat but it felt like eating a burger in a wrap. The tikka burger was awful, chicken was slightly rubbery nearing overcooked and the whole bun was wet with too much sauce. Never ordering from this place again, much better takeaways than this to order burgers and wraps from as the delivery took ages too.

Honestly the worst food and delivery experience. The app said our order had been delivered when it hadn’t been, we was ringing the restaurant and they was cutting the phone off on us, our food arrived almost an hour late, when it turned up the bag had ripped, there was sauce everywhere and it was stone cold, and tasted horrible, we also rang the restaurant and asked for no salad but it came with salad, very poor service and food, won’t be ordering again.

I didn’t get my food and it’s asking for review.

Must try this place! The chips were cooked to perfection even Gorden Ramsay would compliment it! They tasted wonderful. The burger was so nice and juicy, I’m pretty sure they have the Krusty Crab recipe. The packaging was A1. Would definitely recommend and order again. The driver came swagged out and passed the vibe check

No matter how late it is or how hungry you are, do not order from these guys. I promise you will regret it. Food barely fit for human consumption. Also my order was delivered by 5 people packed into a small car, none of them wearing face masks. There were so many things wrong with the food I honestly wouldn't even know where to start. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Arrived late and cold. When i called the shop they said the driver had just left. Food arrived 35 minutes after. Unprofessional attitude of drivers. Took money and went without giving change. Tasteless food. Very disappointed

Feels like the food has changed maybe new owners. Order lemon herb strips for the kids they were too spicy! Also order lamb donner the meat was thick and too much tomato style chilli sauce and no salad there was no option to choice any sauces and or salad. So unfortunately the whole order was disappointing. 😕

Very very overpriced, £8.99 for meals that are £4.50 in any other peri peri original.. Plus nearly £4 in delivery... Nice food but very small portion for the price, unfortunatly will not order again would rather drive to another peri peri original

Needs to be more descriptive ordered 2 lamb donner with chip.... did not ask for salad as do not like onions or the sauce that you put in it £30 wasted for nothing

The kebab was cold and disgusting. One bite and threw the rest away. Not even worth the money

Ordered a whole meal and they forgot my fries The delivery said she had a child in the car therefore she could not come upstairs in my flat and i had to go collect my food from the car park and turns out the the delivery lady did not have a child in the car. Very unhappy with the service

Ordered many a times from here, however sadly this time not the best! Ordered 2 chickens 1 with lemon and herb the other mango and lime. The mango and lime had the hot wings in same box which caused the chicken to have a spicy coating and the lemon and herb was far too spicy. The onion rings and salad were left out however they did deliver after we called and complained, and delivered new hot hot wings

Very nice staff, delicious food arrived on time big portions...what more can I ask for.

The food was really dry, overcooked, tasted wrong in many ways, no flavour, zero seasoning. I can literally go on. I asked for 7up got Pepsi. The salad was just lettuce. The peri peri rice were plain white boiled rice. Order was also more than half and hour late. I don’t think I shall ever be ordering from here again. Oh and bag had leaked brown liquid everywhere.

My only issue with this order is that twice in a row they've given me a single 330ml can instead of a 1.5l bottle or drink. That said, I rang them both times and they sent out 4 extra cans to make up for it was time without question. Food, as always, was very nice.

Not happy the food was late as I had ordered for my grandma and told her a certain time meaning she took a while to get to the door etc to find that the food was late and she didn’t have the energy to go back and then come back again

I asked for no salad in my burger and everything was inside it still other than that was okay

Ordered extra hot, hot & mild peri peri chicken for family. Chicken arrived unlabelled and was dry. They all tased the same fo different. Was not the flavour required or ordered together with the wrap being. Issues off order. The restaurant did resend their driver Tayab who delivered the missing item. This spoilt our evening the food not being the flavours order.

Is this please under new management as the food was nowhere near what it was last year? What I’ve ordered before wasn’t the same as what I had delivered? Delicious food by all means just seems the food has changed.

The burger was lovely but the spicy rice was not. It was literally rice with a bit of paprika. You should do yellow rice with some vegetables in it and add in some proper flavour.

My food was never delivered. I have still been charged. The restaurant was closed when I tried to call to chase up my food. And they told just eat they have delivered it. Just eat are not handling this to a satisfactory standard. Quick to take money and slow to refund. Boycott the shop and the app!

my order was missing a thing they didnt give enough chips and also had missing items in my friends order earlier on the same day....

My burger didn’t have any of the sauces I asked for. The sweet potato fries were burnt. I asked for a whole chicken and received 4 leg pieces. I asked for chilli and garlic sauce one chilli pot was opened and all over in the bag and the garlic sauce tasted like sour yogurt and I’m pretty sure my chicken wasn’t extra hot like I asked for.

Food turn up cold, the garlic bread wasn't cooked properly, I ordered Chicken Strip meal which was bearly warm but they didn't give me my Chips!! And avoid the onion rings. £16.97 order wasted. Terrible service, very disappointed.

Food quality was not good. I asked for extra hot and hot and end up getting mild, fries were oily, burgers were half empty. Received a notification around 6:30 stating ‘food is on the way’ and end up getting food around 7:20

My order was not complete - they sent the order with half of the order wrong and items missing.

Ordered chicken wings but was given chicken pieces instead.

I would like a refund for what was an extremely poor experience. The website said delivery at 7pm. At 7.25pm via the website I asked for an update. That went unanswered. I then called the restaurant at 7.33pm - the person who answered the call said the order was on its way. I asked how long it would be and I was then told, they had just left the restaurant. The food was very poor - with a majority of salad in the pitta verses chicken, not hot in temperature and unflavored (as though it had been made in a rush and they forgot to marinate the meat). Please advise

Very good customer service, even called to ask if I wanted my food earlier than scheduled because they were available Chicken was a bit tough but still tasted good and everything else was spot on :) The chips were super crispy but in a good way Would recommend :D

Ordered a mega meal, chips were dry like they were a day old. Delivery was very late, constantly changing the time which is very annoying. Better to collect as the food is better and no delivery issue.

Do not ever order food was late, chips were old and driver was rude - food was very late and the excuse was we ran out of chickens!! Thats something the restaurant should always keep checking!!! Absolutely unacceptable

Exstreamly bad customer service. All food cold when it arrived. Different flavoured chicken mixed in the same bag, making the flavour different pointless, wrong sauce delivered. Awful experience will not be ordering again. Dose not deserve the stars they have.

Food was ordered at 20.04pm . Driver arrived 2h30 after. It was 22.25 when the driver arrived at the front of the house and was 5 minutes outside when he come out to deliver the food. After 2h30m of waiting we had to eat because kids were hungry. Money back was asked and we didnt get any response.

Over an hour late-awful service. Manager was meant to call me back due to LATE food. Never called back! Ordered at 11.15 received 1.15 2 hours after ordering! AVOID!!!

Altogether poor service. Delivery took more than an hour whereas it take only 10-12 mins to my home from the shop. Food went ice cold by the time it reached us.

Terrible service tonight, had wrong food delivered then had to wait an hour for the correct food to be delivered which was still wrong! Drink spilled all over the food so food was soggy, driver was unprofessional and rude, threw the food at us. Have to say the guy who answered the phone at the shop was really apologetic and very friendly. He’s the reason the restaurant service got 4 stars!

Food was not nice, chicken was chewy. Watery sauce and cold. Won't be ordering from here again.

Delivery time was half an hour later than expected, so ended up waiting nearly x2 hours for a delivery. I also believe to have found chicken brain in my sons meal absolutely discussed doesn’t even come close to how I’m feeling. I’ve contacted Citezens advice and they say I’m due a full refund and compensation.

Food is always very good slightly later but not a major issue

Food was ok. But very late. Rang after half an hour to be told they were waiting for a driver. But would be there. Then again I rang after over an hour's waiting to be told driver was on there way. Food eventually turned up. It was ok. Company should really not be taking orders if they don't have enough drivers.

Love the food as always! We are regular customer who order at least once a month and the food is always fresh and tastes amazing!
