Been a regular customer and was good but recently it's gone down and today the food was cold, portion size much smaller and didn't recieve the right items. The New management I think has changed this takeaway not for the better! Disappointed. They have now lost a loyal customer.

I have been ordering from this restaurant for years now, I noticed on the last few orders the sizes of the portions have decreased a lot. Food tasty as ever though!

Ordered something. One item did not arrive. The biggest item on the goddamned order. I kept calling and calling inquiring as to where that item was. They told me they would send another one. I have now been waiting for 2 hours for that item. Still waiting.

Ordered at 13.11. Said i'd get it by 14.00. It's 16.20 now... Been juggled between restaurant and just eat support since 14.15. So yeah. No.

Wasn't delivered on time, so a total of 2 hours just waiting.. On top of that they were missing some things from my order. Called them to explain and all they could say was what's 20min extra. We will tell the driver to come back to deliver the missing items. No compensations or customer service given. Just excuses and a laugh over the phone. Won't Oder again

Got my order wrong paid £4 for a meal and didnt get it norna refund terrible service and food was cold and distasteful

Usually good but took 2 hours to be delivered. Rang the restaurant to see what was going on, the guy on the phone had the audacity to tell me that me keeping him on the phone was preventing them from doing their job! If they were doing their job I wouldn't of had to call them in the first place! Been a loyal customer to them won't be ordering anymore. I appreciate that staffing levels are sometime beyond control, but then they shouldn't be taking orders if they can't fulfil expectations!

Disgraceful, chicken wasnt cooked properly, there was still fresh blood inside the chicken, and also the packing they put the full chicken i ordered was really bad, they put the packing upside down so it made a lot of mess when taking it out.

I ordered wings as they were quite nice first time I had them. The order was placed by my friend. This time I ordered extra wings, but they all came as burnt and overcooked. Also, it took little longer to deliver. I will order again, just to give another chance, but I would definitely not like the burnt and overcooked wings.

Wow. Everything was hot. Burgers were great. Cooked perfectly, tasted great. Right amount of salad and sauce. Popcorn chicken was well seasoned, tasty and crisp. Only thing was peri peri fries had too much salt.

Ordered coleslaw got beans. Ordered cookies and cream ice cream got vanilla. Chicken was dry and stale. Rice was old and going off. Worst meals I've had in a long time. Would not recommend.

This food was absolutely revolting. Chips were soggy and dry at the same time. Lettuce in my burger looked about 2 weeks old and was sludgy. The chicken burger was rank. Absolutely inedible. Do not order from here.

Forgot part order Coleslaw, but rest all good.

Chips were covered in chilli powder, had to throw them away, chicken was drenched in lemon sauce, burger was ok, chips were soggy, samosas tasted off, the Pepsi was excellent.

Fully changed my life, i'm off the roads now, need to change my lifestyle and this chicken has driven to do that! you all need to buy from peri peri chicken, roll safe delivery man as well whipped down on the moped mad quickly.
