Love this place, all staff are lovely and friendly. It particularly Christian, who after a good couple of months still remembers our coffee order! Lovely food, lovely atmosphere, lovely people

Beautiful food really enjoyable end to a perfect shopping trip to Westfield White City. But what made it special was Christian who remembered that we only drank de caf coffee, and remembered the last time we dined out. Such a warm welcome and great service!!!

I had the pleasure of dining at THE REAL GREEK yesterday, and Christian, our waiter, truly elevated the entire experience. From the moment we were seated, his warm and friendly demeanor set the tone for a wonderful evening. Christian was attentive without being overbearing, ensuring that our glasses were never empty and that all our needs were met promptly. He had excellent knowledge of the menu and offered thoughtful recommendations that turned out to be absolutely delicious. What stood out most was his genuine passion for providing excellent service—he made us feel like valued guests, not just customers. The small personal touches and his cheerful attitude made our visit unforgettable. Thank you, Christian, for a fantastic dining experience. We’ll definitely be back, and I hope to be served by you again!

Christian was excellent - extremely friendly

Delicious food and the atmosphere was fantastic, service was amazing too. We have been served by Daniela, she had the biggest smile and she made our day. We will be back for sure and bring our friends along. We have been to few of the other branches in London but this is by far the best.

Had a lovely lunch here whilst in the area for shopping. We had the souvlaki and small meze plates which were delicious and really good in terms of quality and quantity. The service was friendly, shout out to Daniela and Kristian, and we received our order fairly quickly. We’ll probably come again soon.

The Real Greek is truly one of the standout restaurants in London. Having dined at several establishments, I can confidently say that this one surpasses them all. The flavors of the dishes are consistently exquisite, showcasing authentic Greek cuisine at its finest. Each meal is a delightful experience, complemented by impeccable service that meets high standards. It’s a place that never fails to impress!

We had dinner with friends at the Real Greek and it was great. We were a group of 6 and had plenty of space when we visited. The menu looks very good and the variety and pricing was great with all dishes coming under £10. We wanted to try quite a few dishes so mixed up many small and large dishes. The dessert menu was small but again had plenty of variety of Greek dishes. All the food was good and what set is apart was the service. Christian was a great host and was always there to help with questions and his wine recommendation was brilliant.

The atmosphere is extraordinary. When I entered the restaurant for the first time, I was amazed and I didn't know that the employees could behave so nicely, the food was a 10/10

Everybody’s nice and welcoming. Amazing food

Almost too noisy to talk over your meal. They have crammed in so many tables and chairs it is a real mission to get in and out when you are a large group. But really lovey staff and we were all pleased with our meals (not an easy thing to achieve with such a diverse and fussy bunch as we were).

The real Greek has a chain of restaurants in London and I have also been to one in Windsor. The food is reasonably priced and fair portions are served here. Unfortunately I have never got to experience Any smashing of the plates unless a waiter has dropped one by accident. The food is average but when you dine here the quality is the same every time. My reasoning for the 3* is that I have definitely experienced and tried more authentic Greek food located in north London “green lanes” London Borough of Haringey. Nevertheless if you want a place to sit down an eat while shopping in Westfield or if you’re in the area I still will recommend The real Greek. Nearest stations if you are traveling by London Underground is (Shepherd’s Bush) or (White City) There is also paid parking available if you are traveling by car in Westfield shopping centres car park

Took very long to take our order, no checkbacks , no one came out after our food to ask for second drink or with the payment , we have to the counted to ask for the bill and what if you loose the guest ? Really very bad experience

For £40, 3 small plates of food, no service, the dishes were dirty, we looked at the kettle, which they brought with no words at all... it tasted like Greek food, somewhere close, but not that... I don’t recommend it.

The atmosphere here was great,& the staff were great but pretty anoyed i paid £57 for dry chicken skewers with no flavour,& bbq chicken wings with a weird taste, & my wifes order she said tasted funny,we should of complained,as all the food was not nice & left feeling very disapointed. At The Real Greek in Westfield, White City for a birthday lunch. Wonderfully looked after by waiter, Christioin, who even chased after us to return a birthday card my friend had left behind. Good good, good experience 👍

Food was awful. Table next to us her meat was raw.

Food was average, cold mezze and dessert was nice but mains quite bland. Service was excellent, Christion was very attentive and paid great attention to allergies as one of us is celiac. Very happy young man.

A just okay experience. The food is fine and the service was not great as they repeatedly forgot one of our party's order. A middle of the road time.

Best if you are interested in smaller dishes - very good for sharing multiple dishes. Everything tasted good. The octopus was delicious but was definitely less food than you would expect. The hallumi fries were good but a little oily. The aubergine was excellent. Overall, all tasted good and service was nice.

Went for lunch with my friend we usually love the real Greek as we love Greek cuisine as well as sharing plates. The waiter we had (Christion) was great and made us feel very welcome. I was really disappointed to find out that a lot of things were removed off the menu? The chickpea triangles and lentil salads. I feel like every month they remove all the delicious meals. I hope they can bring them back as I was a regular at the real Greek.

My husband and I decided to try out this restaurant. The food was fine. However, the service wasn’t so great. A young lady was our server, but never checked up on us to see if we wanted more drinks or anything. There was a nice server named Christian that took our order, but he wasn’t our waiter. However, we noticed he served his assigned tables well. Always checking if other customers were okay or if they needed anything else. We felt yipped. We aren’t even from Great Britain. We are Americans trying to have a good time. We would have given a hefty tip, had someone checked on us. We would have understood if they were busy, but it was very calm and easy going around 4:30 in the afternoon. You win some and you lose some.

We enjoyed our visit. The food was excellent and decent value. The service from Christian was great. Very friendly and fast service. I’d happily return.

I have never had a bad meal at The Real Greek! This was my first time visiting a London branch and it did not disappoint. I had the Vegan lunch plate, and my friend had the Lamb Meatballs Souvlaki wrap. Delicious food, excellent location and atmosphere, wonderful service by the lovely Dani. Top marks!

I just come special to this restaurant because is says on the website that is good and very good dishes and atmosphere! The waitress doesn’t have any clue about the menu. We ordered chicken wings with barbecue sauce and she said they are not spicy , I ordered them for my son and he is 11 years old of course doesn’t like spicy food. In general very bad service, high prices and the food is acceptable but far away from tasty !

Lovely staff and lovely food. We had the 8 choice set thingy - loads of food for two hungry people. I appreciated being offered a taster of the wine before buying a glass. Would recommend and will return

The service was very slow waited a hour for our food and when my food came it was cold. The vegan meatballs does not taste good also the portions are small.

The food was really good, but the service was quite the opposite. Drinks came after the food and required reminding, one dish was missing. And that's with about 12 tables occupied and 3 waiters around.

Good casual restaurant for fast Greek food but with authentic flavors! Love their souvlaki wrap and wide selection of Greek starters which are all great! Good for casual quick lunch or dinner! Good service overall

The food is just okish. I have been to Greece and the food locally is much nicer. If you would like a place that the main purpose is not having the most delicious food it's a wonderful to be. Comfortable to sit here for long.

It was a great experience specially been the first time I eat greek, good flavor and temperature of the food, wide variety of beverages, and amazing waitering service which was cordial and attentive with our waiter Christian. I highly recommend this restaurant

Super happy about the healthful options and the amazing lunch deal they had! I ordered a big plate for only 10 gbp. Marios was also lovely, he made us feel comfortable and even gave us an alternative seating option to see if we'd like it better. I love how the menu has all the calories (you'd think all restaurants would have jumped on this by now...) and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. I don't enjoy loud music and most places now are very noisy, but not The Real Greek, the music was set to a perfect volume. Overall, 10/10!

Visited after a busy day at work. Main problem was a very rude member of staff... ignored us and then asked us to move as we walked in. Forgot our olives. Forgot our drinks. No offer of sauces. Waited over 30 minutes to try and get the bill. Asked for the "optional" service charge to be removed and he was fuming. Food alright though... shame about this awful person.

Christion gave friendly, quick service. Food was tasty and good value.

Excellent service and very good food, with good quality/price ratio, we had mousaka, Greek salad and chicken. All very good, recommended.

The food I got was excellent: the chicken wraps and Greek salad. However, the restaurant was almost empty but the service was very very slow and it took ages to receive a bill. One of the waitresses with brown hair was very rude and kept staring at me and my boyfriend while we were eating and it was very offputting and completely ignored us when we said thank you when leaving- not a nice thing but keep it up with the good food.

We met up with some friends. Had a great time with great food. Tried some of the recommendations and it was an amazing taste experience.

I have been to a number of these and it was once again a pleasant experience. We had some cold starters to share followed by the Souvlaki wrap. All the food was great. The restaurant is huge with a conservatory style area that has large open windows for the summer. Service was great though we waited a little to get seated. The price is ok but disappointing that you have to get bread separately to the dips. I feel they should be included.

I was here for the first time and it was just amazing. Love this place and will come back definitely. Niki, our waitress was so attentive and caring! Thank you for lovely time and emotions we had! :)

Been to the real Greek many times but never have I been to one so awful, the cold mezes were the only nice thing, hot food was cold and skewers were glued to the wooden stick with the most rude and inattentive staff, will never visit this branch again
