We popped in for a bite to eat at lunchtime and was greeted warmly at the door by a lovely young lady named Caitlin. Service was faultless, Caitlin was attentive to our diatary requirements and was able to propose recommendations thereupon. Great staff, great vibe, reasonably priced. We'll be back soon, thanks once again Caitlin !

The food was really delicious, well plated and tasty, arrived on time. However when we arrived the hostess did not come to us whilst we stood at the door. Inside she called us over to her. She wasn’t the friendliest person. She wore a red dress and jeans jacket. However our waitress with the blonde hair and long eyelashes was very nice, friendly and made sure we had a great time. The restaurant was not packed however it did take more than 5 mins for her or anyone to come and ask if we would like to order. Food 10/10 Service 7/10 due to the Hostess Atmosphere 9/10 Price: 8/10 You can get the same thing in woody grill across the road for half of the price at least they are more friendly

Popped in on the spur of the moment. Guy who greeted us was very friendly. Ordered 5 tapas style dishes. They were all pretty tasty but soooo overpriced. We ordered halloumi kebabs for £9 and were served literally one skinny stick’s worth. £9!! The house wine isn’t great. We asked our waiter if he got the tip if we paid by card. He said no (odd). Turns out he actually meant it would be shared with the other staff if we paid by card, whereas he could keep it himself if it was cash. What a team player! Wouldn’t return.

Walked in and had the best time! Fantastic food that hit the spot and was so fresh, lovely setting and an amazing price. Afroditi and Magda were both exceptional! So helpful and made it a nice meal. Would go again! Thanks guys!

First time here, resturant looked lovely comfy seating..served quickly. Menu is nice with loads of.options Food was very fresh and tasted good..had dips and flathead which came out quickly and was nice before the main meal. Good portion size and decent prices.

My experience wasn't satisfactory. I ordered a lamb skewer for £9 and I didn't expect to get only one skewer for this price. I also ordered a Mediterranean rice;it was a small portion. So I had to ordered some fries as I was still hungry. Also, the waiter, Nikola was quite neglectful with my table although the restaurant wasn't busy. I had to wait a long time to get my table cleared and he didn't ask if we wanted anything else. After expecting him to return to my table to ask for the bill, he didn't. To resume: - small portion, one skewer for £9 - poor service depending on who is the waiter

Once again we had very good time. Delicious food from cold meze to great grill plate. Kind and polite service, they really cared for our experience and to make us satisfied. Coking back very soon, favourite spot when in Westfield.

We love the Real Greek - the first half of the meal went fine but when it came to pudding it seemed like no one wanted to wait on us anymore. We spent 30 minutes waiting for someone to take a dessert order. In the end we had to get up and ask one of the staff for the pudding menu and then had to get up again and ask someone to take our order! At the end of the meal we gave up waiting and got up to ask one of the waiters stacking plates for the bill which was then incorrect as 50% had not been deducted (we booked through the fork app). No one seemed to want us to pay so after waiting a while we started putting our coats on and they soon appeared then! We asked that the bill be corrected and the 10% automatic service charge taken off because of the multiple waits and the attitude of a member of staff (Alex) who was the one serving in our area but seemed to be annoyed everytime we asked for something (menu/food/bill). Hope some further training is given. Food though is great.

Lola was so lovely and refreshing, her male colleague who had trained her was always keeping spirits high. the food came out warm and fresh - was delightful. Thank you!

This spot was great for a Christmas party. We had it late, but we were served by Chris and he was amazing. He was very attentive an remembered all of our orders. We will deffo be coming here again. Such good vibes

The restaurant were so welcome eventhough we were notably early, the decor is gorgeous and warm and the service we received from Christiou was exemplary - the food was delicious and we will definitely be returning.

Great meal out for our anniversary. Loved the food. We were served by 3 people, first very tall friendly man offered us drinks and then lady got our food order. Barman Chnistrou came with my lovely Aperol spritz and was very friendly. Loved our experience. I use to work hear 13y ago so it was a blast from the past.

It’s our Third visit now to the Real Greek in Westfield and it is slowly becoming one of our regular spots the service today was great and the food also arrived on time and the flavors were on point . many thanks to our server Alexandro for his friendly and fantastic service . Mother’s Day treat went down great and the complimentary baklavas were absolutely fantastic in fact one of the best we have ever tried !

Ate here while shopping at Westfield on a Monday evening.Lovely setting.Food came up too quickly, chicken was very dry and was definitely not freshly cooked.Houmous and taramasalata were tasteless.Will not be revisiting .

I have to highly praise Christian, what a hard working man, please look after him management! Food was delicious, I highly recommend the grilled meat platter, me and my big husband have enjoyed it thoroughly and both left with full bellies. It was a tad hot in the conservatory area but wonderful Christian opened the window for us. Oh, and did I mention the alcohol is competitively priced ? 😉

The service here is really good! The staff are very nice and clearly care about the restaurant. I’ve been here a few times now and the food is great. There is a large menu with a lot to choose from and different set menus for different times of day. I absolutely love the chicken souvlaki wrap with Greek mustard sauce. I had the shared platter recently which was decent. However, the lamb kebab was completely inedible for me so I really can’t recommend that. The meat was so tough and chewy I simply couldn’t ingest it. The lamb meatballs were great though.

Visited this restaurant for lunch whilst shopping in Westfield. The restaurant has a lovely ambience, is clean and the service was efficient. You can either have a quick snack or a full meal. The wraps that we had were delicious. Would visit again if in the area.

Me and my partner visit here often and we have never had an experience that wasn’t 100/10. Food is always amazing (we usually go for the 8 dishes set menu) and the service is incredible. 🙌🏽 Huge shout out to Alex I and the other Alex too, as they looked after us so well and even gave us a really tasty desert on Valentines day too. 🥹 Great employees, a staple to The Real Greek 🫶🏽 will be remain a loyal customer thanks to them!

Great value meal, we got kids’ food free as part of half term / Sunday deal. Server Caitlin was lovely, talking us through the menu and suggesting amount to order which turned out just right. Food came quickly and was good quality.

Being Greek and very proud of our cuisine, this was a disappointment. Lukewarm, tasteless food. "Grek-style" maybe but not "The Real Greek." A world of difference from the amazing Covent Garden branch.

Handy location and actually not bad, its a big airy restaurant with plenty of room between tables. The food is quite good, and the service is fine, it is quite expensive for what you get, but for location and convenience it cant be beaten

We attended for our daughters 16th birthday. Alex made a great impression and made her birthday memorable!!! He went the extra mile:-)

Food was average, most meat dishes were over cooked. Food took almost 30 minutes to come, missed of a dish, was told 5 minutes and it never came. My kids dishes came almost 25 minutes before our food, Inc dessert meaning they were finished before us and wanted to get going. Maybe it was a bad day to come but it was not busy, looked like they only had 1 chef working

We had wonderful time with Wife. From entrance greeted with smile and positivity, professionalism showed through all couple of hours we spent there. We literally did not want to leave, as Staff has great sense of humour! Definitely coming back for Saturday date soon.

Service terrible and food even worse, I will never go to this restaurant again, despite my love for Greek food.
