Never have I ever been to a fish and chips shop that just sell frozen chips I was not told they wear frozen When I went back to complain the girl tells me she needs to call someone else which was her dad then he tells me they have been doing this for years and I'm the first to complain. I had not eaten the chips I asked for a refund he started to debate with me five minutes later I asked him again for my money back he said no and walks off I left the food there and walked out only wishing I had my phone on record because this was a Kevin moment

I came here in 2016-2017. I was given a free breast of chicken and after I came again and ordered a curry but something happened and I called the shop and spoke to the manager and I told him who served me. 🙏 PARNJAH BAINES
