Perfect Pizza.Com in Newham

Proper Italian pizza.. the best pizza of the earth. It has been an orgasmic experience. I saw the light at the end of the tunnel. I also tried to call the company to pay more because I considered quite unfair to pay so a few an amount for a fantastic opera like that. I hope in an IPO on the stock exchange so that I can buy the shares of the business.

Absolutely disgusting. Got home from work and I ordered pizza from this stupid place. 1hour late I called them, the guy said 10/15mins my food should arrive. I call them back they don’t bother picking up my calls. They have closed the shop and gone home. DO NOT TRY THIS SHOP. DO NOT ORDER.

I ordered pizza in there for my friends and it’s was very nice pizza. They also do very nice garlic Bread . We just loved it. And there customer service was excellent.

On this particular day the delivery was really bad. But food quality did not suffer.

We received 2x pepperoni instead of a vegetarian pizza and chicken strips instead of potato wedges. The pizza was greasy, luke warm and low quality. Will not order again.

my order was wrong the food was terrible the burgers was burnt the chips was cold and hard it all went in the bin and i had to order from somewhere else

Pizza wasn't the greatest. There was a slight taste of curry on the chicken that wasn't specified in the menu. I can live with that though. What really annoyed me is that I asked the delivery man to call me instead of knocking so as to not bother, and goes and calls "Delivery!" There's a reason I leave that note, you idiot. It was so that you wouldn't alert my flatmates. Thanks for nothing.

The guy called me a couple of time because he get lost . at the end the pizza was really cold that I didn't even finish .

Waited ages for the food to come honestly do not order the peri peri stuff as it was bland & tasteless & tasted like coal, the chicken popcorn was really hard & just seemed bland like the rest of the food, the best thing was in all honestly was the chips

Today delivery time was very poor normally very good, driver probably had to take a dump, nevertheless good food

After my order arrived two hours after sending it out, I didn't just get the wrong main pasta dish but also food that tasted like it was ready made hours ago and just warmed up . Instead of a chicken mushroom dish pasta with normal tomato sauce (that tasted like ketchup by the way ),garlic bread that tasted like it came straight out of a supermarket freezer and Tango instead of Fanta which does make a difference . Not again !

The most Disgusting Pitiful excuse for a pizza that I have ever tasted. Dough was far from fresh as stated in their advert. The whole pizza the same height from Base to crust. There was far too much tomato puree. The chicken tasted as though it was re-used from a left over un-eaten tandoori chicken. I Was gutted when I received this pizza as were my friends. Perfect Pizza your name contradicts your product. You can't deliver a cold soggy undercooked piece of dough slap on some meat and vegetables and call it a pizza. The fact that I can be bothered to write such a lengthy essay should show you how disappointed I am with your pizzas. A bit of advice if the owners bother to read reviews 'take some pride in your product'.

Chip was uncooked and a drink was missing, when rang back the restaurant they were kept repeating that they would deliver chips and a drink tomorrow, but of course I didn't want it tomorrow I wanted on the day. After a long yes no conversation over the phone they finally bought us new chips and the drink.

2 missing items from the order,had to call up twice to chase the items... waited 1 hour to receive missing items but still did not come. Awful customer service on the phone,rude staff

Took ages to deliver the food, lied about the delivery time when I called up their restaurant twice. Food ended up being 45mins later than the original delivery time and refused to give a free item in order to make up for their poor customer service and delivery time.

Absolutely disgusting. Genuinely shocked at how poor every aspect of this fast food place is. Shouldn't be called fast food as I waited 2 and half hours for my food. The customer service was horrific, I called to see where my food was and was hung up on after I complained I had waited an hour and a half. To top it off, the food was abysmal, definitely top 3 worst burgers I've ever had and I don't know how they can call their chicken wings, chicken wings. I'm no food expert but I know my chicken, and that did not taste right. 0/10000 in every aspect literally. Please do not order from this place.

Absolute bolocks. Ordered PERI PERI chicken strips from the grilled section. These strips were fried. Ordered water. Didn't come. Portion of chips were half the size. Tandoori Burger was actually trash, barely any chicken, buns burnt, extremely dry. Never again

Food was good once it arrived. Placed order and an additional 20mins added to delivery time. I was frustrated but accepted additional waiting time. No food 30mins after food was meant to be delivered (1hr 45mins), I called them to find out where the delivery was and they said it was on its way. Received food but can't get past how poor the delivery time was.

Delivered late with unhelpful staff

Ordered a half pounder meal with some bbq wings. Must say the burger was cooked very well and had that distinctive flame grilled flavour to it. The right amount of lettuce and chips. The bbq wings were not the best thing in the world but they did suffice. The delivery time was super fast and the quality was still there, thats what you call proper fast food. Definitely ordering again!

The delivery timing was appalling, every time I called they kept saying 10 more minutes. Eventually when it did arrive I didn't receive my chips which I had ordered the wings with. Very disappointed as I do order from this place usually and there normally isn't any problems. Won't be ordering again as the food was cold too.

Worst delivery every, driver wants me to go out to road to collect at 3am.and will not deliver to 1st floor. Very fraustrated. Phoned restaurant and then delivered to my flat. Avoid if u live above ground floor. Food was good thou.

Delivered after 1 hour and half and the delivery guy called me to come downstairs as he cannot take the lift to deliver the food at my door. Went down and been given my food without a carrier bag! Food was not great either. Won't order again!

I didn't even get the food I ordered, the chips and wings were missing and the delivery man told me to call, when I called them to tell them, they shouted at me saying they will bring it tomorrow evening! Went in there ordered spaghetti bolognese, then they go they did not have forks. I was just wondering how they wanted me to eat my spagh bol, with my hands, he then said wait and sent someone to go and buy forks and 10mins gone buy and I am still here waiting for a fork. Food is getting cold, waiting for a fork, this is ridiculous!

Tracker said it was delivered but my order never arrived. Can only assume they delivered it to the wrong address or didn't bother at all.

deep pan perfect pepperoni is actually just microwave pizza with some extra sprinkled cheese, absolutely ridiculous for the price.

I asked for my food to be delivered at 15.30pm,it came at 14.25pm. Food ended up getting cold as I had guest coming round at the time I wanted the food

I seriously don't know why this place does not have the best review, the cheese and the buttered dough really great.

They arrived 35 minutes early than the estimated time, and I ordered it to come ASAP. The food was great apart from the chicken steak burger it was alright, I didn't finish it as I didn't like it that much. I live on a flat and the delivery guy asked me to come down to collect the food. So i wasn't very happy with that. Overall, food great I was very happy, service isn't.

food was good, although I was given diet pepsi not diet coke - but they ignored my request to call my mobile and instead rang the doorbell, waking up my flatmates. so, thanks for that - I'll get an earful from them tomorrow. wont be eating from here again.
