Perfect Charcoal Grill Leiston in Suffolk Coastal

This is the second time it's taken nearly an hour and a half for delivery, and receiving cold food! That's me done. I order at least once a week and I'm done now.

A great pizza takeaway and friendly staff

Website has a sickly green theme that almost puts you off ordering the overpriced food that they portion cut and get wrong. Their concerns for the customers are non existent. Turned into Zorbas, will mostly end up like Zorbas.

Ordered for delivery. Turned up, pizzas were wrong. However after ringing they sent out 2 “correct” pizzas which turned up wrong AGAIN. However better than Tony’s fried chicken as at least something arrived. Meat feast pizza consumes of lots of onions and even more mushrooms. With no meat. Absolutely awful. Avoid with a barge pole.

Ordered a margarita pizza with stuffed crust to share with my daughter for £11 and it was absolutely vile. I opened the box and it was drenched in grease! Picked up a slice and all the cheese and topping just slid off. The base was soggy and doughy. Tried to eat a slice and it was absolutely disgusting, soggy, salty, undercooked. This isnt the first time either the last few times I’ve ordered has been really bad but thought I’d try again. Never again. What a waste of money. The whole pizza went in the bin!

Ordered a kebab , got a wrap , not worth £8.70p , food good tho . Wont be returning .

In my opinion, the best pizza in Leiston! And their stuffed crust is so good!

We put an order in at 7.15 this evening it arrived at 9.30. We rang 3 times and they said the order was on the way. We are now too tired to eat the food so it will go in the bin. The bill was £60.15!!!!!

Ridiculous prices! Waited for ages just to be told the pizza machine was broken. Staff were lazy and hard to hear over loud machines. Dirty and tacky.

The fact that they have the audacity to say it’s a 4 star kabab is fat lie. Mate my pizza didn’t have any tomato base. Not to mention the donner grease looked like my nut. Shout out to the white boy he was the only good part of the experience

Had this tonight about 6ish within 20mins had really bad stomach pains along with my daughter and husband, (we all had something different) now midnight and been seriously sick since. Won't be ordering again.

Never going to buy from a business that takes cash only. Why cash only are you not paying taxes like the rest of us ??? 🤔 😒 🙄

All tasted lovely. Chips were a little limp but to be expected for distance of delivery. Good portion sizes. Overall very pleased. Will be ordering again and would recommend.

Always had fast delivery and no problems. After one hour and 35 minutes and 32 (yes 32!) calls trying to ring them our order finally arrived. Come on people, just let us know if you’re running behind so we can order elsewhere. Answer the phone.

Ordered a burger meal previously. Chips had been re-cooked. Gave them a second chance. Again chips re-cooked called them to ask for some fresh chips but got nothing but abuse down the phone from someone called Marco.... rang back later to talk to the owner about it. To get much the same attitude!! Absoulty disgusting.

Best kebab had in ages. Everything was so fresh. Lamb wasn't dry. Salad was also fresh. Customer service was excellent 👌

Ordered a donner wrap and chips last night. Ate 3 quaters of the wrap at 7.30. By 9pm i was sick really bad. Felt so ill. Went to bed then was sick really bad again then another 3 times through the night. Not happy to get food poisening from you! Also i found out a bloke i work with also got a donner last night and has also got food poisening. Awful. Wont ever be ordering from you again

Went here because it was the only place left open at nearly midnight. Cash only so had yo go to the cash point and then get the kebab. The wrap was very dry,no garlic or any other sort of sauce added, salad was ok but not enough to fill you up after a night out especially at that cost ! £14 for 2 won't bother next time, stick to toast.

Wow wow wow I Don't usually got to char grill I Usually go to tasty bites, but it was closed, and thank god it was, I went to char grill and ordered a mixed kebab for £13 OMG it must have been 2kilos heavy, and the meat was cooked to perfection, I would strongly recommend this shop, I will only be going there from now on. It did take a while to cook but that's a good thing it means it was all cooked fresh. Yum yum x

Ordered cheesy chips and got plain chips….the keebab was doused in garlic sauce! Literally drowning in garlic sauce and grease! They have really gone down hill and we will never buy from them again

No issues with the food, just the service. Ordered and paid for 4 extra pots of Garlic sauce (get 1 pot per kebab free and they’re small pots) only 2 turn up. So call and ask for the 4 paid for and 10 minutes later (whilst kebabs are getting cold), only 3 pots turn up. Not the first time this has happened either.

Ordered a mixed kebab last night. Delivered on time and a very generous portion. One of the best kebabs I've ever had! Incredible flavour and will definitely order again.

We ordered cheese burger and chips 3 times. It was horrible and will not visit again. Soggy buns cheap burgers and cheap sauce. Chips like cardboard. Went straight in the bin.

Really good quality kebabs but check what your charged. 3 reg chicken kebabs, 2 chips and 1 chicken nuggets - £28!!! queried the price and got soom weak excuse about the pricing changes and that they've gone up and will do again soon.. The price was then reduce by almost £5!

Doner kebab was good and we order late night pizzas here frequently! If you are American be sure to ask what you are getting and don't just blindly order or you will be surprised. Don't make the mistake and ask for TZATZIKI Greek sause he will tell you quick they are not Greek.

Really good quality food here, chicken shish is particularly good, and their fried chicken is great as well. Decent waiting times too. Fairly expensive but quality of the food just about justifies it. Only downer is that it can sometimes be tricky ordering over the phone as they sometimes struggle to understand what you are ordering, but my order is correct 99% of the time and I've been ordering here for years. Good value for money

Good food but got the coasting wrong and then when he did correct it he turned around and said me keep the change yeah? Twice!! How rude I would off told him to keep the change but how he expected it was wrong! Then he said I let him down when I said no!

Use to be a really good kebab shop when started going here since the portions sizes havent been as ordered and tonight ordered at 11pm and paid asking to deliver to the pub when ready, went back in at 12pm after no food was delivered to be told they were closed. After a discussion the grill was turned back on to cook the order that had been paid for and forgotten about. Currently wouldn't recommend

Always the best food and best service . So lovely and friendly . Tonight they forgot my chips ..simple mistake ..I said I'd pick them up but no they delivered to my door withings minutes and even gave us a huge bottle of tango ..I offered a tip but wouldn't except.. been going to this kebab 20 odd years ..BEST XX

Pre ordered chicken shish, had a wait of at least 10mins, making that 25 mins in total, Drove off only to find no salad included, had to return, chips cooked too long, chicken was lovely and good portion. Not normal gentleman serving, certainly not on the ball!! Hence three stars

Weekly local, and never had a problem. Surprised at some of the low reviews here, had this stuff since I was 10 and never had an issue. They package the salad a little differently nowadays but suspect it's from the drunks next door complaining about a bit of lettuce touching their shish. Great food, great customer service and always has been.

Used to go twice a week for a long time. However last time l went in and had Kabba it didn't taste very good and ended up with a bad gut for three days. I went in again yesterday after a few weeks brake. They asked why l hadn't been in for a while. I explained why!! Not even an apology or perhaps a discount, but nothing. Won't be going back.

Great food, good guys serving.. Night club next door so a bit of interruption.. But concentrate on the food and it's the best place to be in Leiston 😊

The fish that was served to me was beyond perfection, I would highly recommend it. Nice service very friendly staff which followed with thier polite attitude toward the customers.

The New staff member has poor customer service. Ordered 20 minutes prior. Got there and found out they messed up our order. Then the guy had a tantrum and we waited another 15 minutes , he done the wrong order again. The old man was nice enough to replace my order.

They get the order wrong oftern. Apart from that great service and nice food

Absolutely the best kebab I've ever had. Burgers are to die for and the fried chicken is miles better than kfc! 5* and thumbs up! Perfect by name..
