Absolutely delicious food. We usually travel and hour for this quality of food but this place is as good! Great prices too and lovely staff. Can't recommend enough.

I and my three friends had lunch in Pera. It was our first time here and we were uncertain about what we were going to get. From the moment we arrive, we received a very warm welcome. We chose our meals from the lunchtime special menu. A bargain at £17.95 for two courses and a hot drink. We also had cocktails and received advice about what to have. I would recommend the lychee special which was very dramatic in its presentation with a lot of smoke and covered over by what looked like a huge glass dome, which when it was lifted revealed a lot of smoke. Very theatrical and delicious. The food was really really yummy and so tasty. We were not disappointed by our choices. We had a lovely unhurried lunch, served with warmth and humour by Diyar. He was really lovely and helpful in explaining the dishes. My only sadness in finding this wonderful Restaurant is that we are so far away as we live in Enfield. We were thinking over lunch about what opportunities we could have for coming over to eat there often. Our delicious starters and main courses were topped off by a baklava that was in sweet milk with chocolate and pistachios. I felt like I was in baklava heaven. It would be amazing to have such a wonderful restaurant where we live. I cannot recommend it highly enough. A truly wonderful lunch and dining experience. Jan, 14th February 2025.

My family and I have visited Pera on many occasions and have always experienced a wonderful time there. The food, service and atmosphere are great!

Came here yesterday. The food was fresh and tasty. The restaurant is nice. The staff are well mannered and helpful. And it's also still child friendly .

Food was excellent although I found that the Adana kebabs had a tad bit of excess oil. Overall food was great and atmosphere. I also ordered water and a pot of tea, would have been nice for the waiter to ask and serve rather than just drop it down. Small things make a difference. Not sure I'll be back as there are a few restaurants on the high street so will try others as service makes a difference

We recently celebrated my daughter’s birthday at Pera Beckenham and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made us feel at home. The décor was stunning, with beautiful Turkish details that created such an authentic and cosy vibe. The staff were exceptional – attentive, friendly, and so accommodating. They went above and beyond to make the celebration special, even surprising my daughter with a lovely gesture, which she absolutely loved. As for the food, it was simply outstanding. Every dish was bursting with flavour, from the freshly baked bread and mezze to the perfectly grilled kebabs. The variety on the menu was impressive, and everything we tried was cooked to perfection. The baklava for dessert was the perfect way to end the meal – rich, flaky, and deliciously sweet. The combination of delicious food, exceptional service, and the lovely atmosphere made for a truly memorable evening. I would highly recommend Pera Beckenham for any special occasion or even just a casual meal – it’s an absolute gem. We can’t wait to return!

I recently visited Pera, and it was such an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive throughout. The food was absolutely incredible. I ordered the chicken wings and sweet potato fries, and they did not disappoint! The wings were perfectly seasoned and tender, while the sweet potato fries were crispy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. It was the ultimate comfort meal. Pera truly exceeded my expectations. If you're looking for delicious food, great service, and a welcoming vibe, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I’ll definitely be back soon!

The decoration of the place is beautiful and harmonious. The restrooms are very clean. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The cocktails and food are delicious. I will definitely come again. Lovely evening with my wife and daughter at Pera Beckenham. I had a seafood pasta, my wife had a lamb casserole and my daughter had fish. All food was excellent, delicious and well presented by friendly efficient staff. I highly recommend ten out of ten.

My husband treated me to my birthday meal at pera. Our first time trying out this Turkish restaurant. Was beautiful the moment I stepped in. Amazing decor. The starters were delicious! Came here for the first time to celebrate my wife's birthday, and we both had a brilliant experience. Upon arrival we got greeted with a very friendly member of staff who sat us down on a great table, shortly after a young waiter come and took our drinks and food order. Once the food and drinks arrived we dug in and enjoyed every mouthful. The starters were fresh and tasty however the star of the show was the Adana kebab, wow was it tasty. The meat quality was exceptional. The Overall experience was amazing. Both the waiter and waitress who served us were brilliant. Me and my wife will be back soon. Thank you for making her birthday meal special.

We reserved a table here for 12 people and had a FANTASTIC experience. The staff are lovely are made us feel very welcome. The restaurant is lovely and upbeat with beautiful decor. The food is amazing!! I would definitely recommend the mix grill. The bulgar is very moist and well seasoned. Our family were gathered to celebrate our baby’s dedication and we are so happy we picked PERA as the place to eat after. Everyone commented on how amazing the food was. Food was excellent, so was the service, but the atmosphere is brilliant until a "Happy Birthday" very loud song comes on - this is every 10 to 15 min at least on a Sat! So if you can bear that, then it's worth a visit. I will come back but not on a Sat!

If you want to charge more than central London prices for bottomless brunch you need to deliver somewhere. Food ok, service lacking, for this money would rather be in central with a view. Very mediocre. Drop your prices and be realistic.

The food was insane and the staff so friendly and professional Would 100% recommend. You have to visit and see for yourselves. The place looks amazing to, the attention to detail is second to none. This place is amazing, Great value for money with outstandingly great food and staff, the owners used to own another restaurant that was so good It makes sense that pera is even better. My grandson was devastating when they moved from West wickham, it'll make his day when we take him next week and he sees the amazing owners again.who ever you are you'll be made welcome and come away very satisfied

We have followed this amazing couple from Kitchen in west wickham . Felt so welcome fron the minute we arrived. Love the decor, atmosphere but most importantly the food was divine. Wow, we went here to celebrate my partners birthday, I emailed them in advance to let them know. I can honestly say we had the best meal/celebration ever, my partner and I had the chicken kebab, my boys had the lamb chops and sea bass, both of which they devoured. They made an extra effort with the dessert and put a candle in and sang happy birthday which was a lovely touch.

Fantastic food and service. So nice that it is independent from the other restaurants in High Street all owned by same company. So worth a visit - you will definitely return.
