Good service and food even though quite busy. Good selection of classic Italian pizza, pastas, fish, and meat dishes. Reasonable priced.

Visited for dinner as part of a birthday celebration. And what a visit it turned out to be. The venue is deceptively huge with fabulous decor. The staff are very attentive and helpful. They let us take our time to order and patiently addressed all our queries. They even got a birthday dessert for the birthday girl. The food was equally good. After a long time we had Italian which did not feel like it came out of a box. The ingredients were fresh and the taste spot on. The desserts were all top notch. This restaurant has become one of our favourites and we will be back soon

Good Italian place in a small town

Popped in on a Wednesday evening, the restaurant was very busy, an indication of the quality of service and food. The meal was excellent and service second to none. Friendly with a good selection on the menu I would highly recommend 😋.

We absolutely love Per Tutti and even though we’ve now moved further away it’s our favourite way to treat ourselves to a romantic evening. We always get a lovely warm welcome from Ewa, Antonio and the rest of the staff, and we love the buzzy atmosphere and the quality of the food. Now I don’t eat meat any more I will forever pine for the pollo saltimbocca and have to live vicariously through my partner!! But I love all the pasta and pizza options to choose from. Always our favourite place 🤍🤍

Everyone visiting Berkhamstead must lunch or dine here. It is outstanding value for money. Visited twice within a week. Indulgent but worth it. Excellent food. My partner and I shared a meal to celebrate my birthday here on Saturday and everything was perfectly catered for! Eva and the other servers we great even giving up a birthday plate with complimentary drinks! Excellent food and wonderful service.

Fantastic service - at one point, we thought they had forgotten a second drink order, we followed up and they immediately provided the drink on the house. Throughout the night, could not fault the staff, with great quality of food.

Great cocktails and pizza, they even gave me truffle oil when it wasn’t on the menu!

My husband phoned yesterday to book for 8 people and asked if he could book a four hour dining slot (happy to pay an additional charge as money wasn't an issue). The very rude and arrogant woman on the phone abruptly told him that her regular customers took priority over other diners and point blank refused our booking! Wouldn't go near the place now and will be telling everyone else not to bother either!!

Great food, great ambiance, great attitude from the team and the whole ethos. We all enjoyed the food immensely, the fillet steak was perfection itself. It was my mum's first birthday celebration without my dad so we held it in style at Per Tutti. They were really welcoming in allowing us to bring the special home baked biscoff cheesecake I made for her where so many restaurants use flimsy excuses to prevent it, Per Tutti have a fabulous openness to such things although I have to say that their deserts looked incredible ❤️

A bit of a strange experience. After many, many happy family meals at this restaurant, we thought we were in safe hands for a quick lunch, Sat down and were given the kids, the lunch and the dinner menus. Waitress came back to take a drink order. She hadn’t given us the drink menu so went to get that. We ordered drinks and they were promptly delivered. We struggled with our food order (too many delicious choices) so asked for a little more time when she returned. We decided on our food and then she came back to take our order but instead declared “we couldn’t have the lunch menu as it was after 3pm” and took those menus away. This was annoying as we had just made our choices from them! Anyway, we ordered from the other menus and the food was good - pizza and garlic breads were lovely. Carbonara was a little dry, but that’s probably personal preference! Couldn’t attract anyone to order more drinks. It was all a bit odd - I think if I’d handed out a menu and the customer had spent 10 mins deciding from it, I’d let a customer order! Especially as the dishes on that menu seemed to be found on the other menu too…

Per Tutti in Berkhamsted is such a lovely place to eat & staff really do look after you. My husband has a Gluten & Peanut allergy & was catered for really well....especially as it was his Birthday lunch with a friend🥰 I love the little red flag used to denote the person with allergies....its a really nice touch. All staff here are just lovely....but a BIG BIG shout out to Roxanna🎉🎊🍾 The loveliest, friendliest & gawjus waitress who suits her job to perfection.Polite, knowledgeable, chatty without being over familiar. The food and service at this establishment are truly exceptional. We have been loyal patrons for many years and still look forward to dining with them whilst in Berkhamsted. Ewa, our favorite waitress, is an absolute gem. She always goes above and beyond to ensure we have a wonderful dining experience. Her hospitality and service are truly outstanding.

Rude, intrusive waiters. Took 20 minutes to take food order. Food order was subsequently wrong. Felt very crowded and constantly having to repeat what I was saying to both my party and the waiters.

Had out 2 year old Granddaughter with us and they were brilliant with her , the food was first class as was the service .I had eaten in their St Albans one twice before so knew what to expect but for the other 6 members of my family this was their first time and they were all delighted and we’ll definitely be back .

Evening meal with friends: Returning after a few years and full of expectations of happy memories based on past visits. Reality was a disappointingly average experience…. Front of house: Lukewarm not even a “welcome” greeting. Just stared at the booking screen and led us to a table. Table service: intermittent despite restaurant half empty. Food: Average and not particularly creative or flavoursome. My Pollo Milanese was dry and totally devoid of flavour, we joked that it probably came from an Iceland supermarket….But it definitely tasted like it was out of the freezer. Brusque service from one particular table waitress also who appeared to be the manager, I found her manner quite rude. Note also: Coffee is served AFTER the sweet, not before or at least ask and give the customer a choice! Overall it’s a nice enough place if you just want to get fed, but it’s not a particularly memorable experience and that’s probably because it’s no longer run / staffed by Italians? I won’t be rushing back, competition is strong in the area and I’ll be spending my money elsewhere next time….

First visit here and can't fault it. The service was excellent, was our 3yr old twins birthday and they were lovely with them and went out of there way to make it special. The food was lovely, we had the munch menu, great choice, good portions, all delicious and superb value. Couldn't fault this place at all.

Booked a family lunch (3pm) on a Sunday - it was our first time here. The lunch menu was good value but it was limited so we ended up ordering from the main menu which is a bit expensive. But overall the food was very good and good service. Loved our round booth table and the restaurant was beautiful. Toilet facilities were good. We all enjoyed the food. The pizza on the kids menu was large enough which was great. Nice cold drinks and hot drinks. The steaks were great and i loved my lasagne. The desserts were good too. We would come here again but to order from the lunch menu so that its good value. We want to try more foods from the menu. Its lovely for family lunches or dinners.

Visited last night for dinner at 8pm. Booked a week in advance. It was nice but felt cramped and very busy. Our table was by the kitchen/washing up area, and the door was open. Wasn't the nicest to sit by. Pictures online make the restaurant look spacious and decor lovely, but the reality is that unless you're in a booth, the seating isn't great. Anyway.... the food was really nice. Pizzas were large with lots of topping. Nothing like Ask or pizza express. Starters were no frills pate literally on a plate (see pic) and rocket that had seen better days. Service was okay swift but not friendly. Dessert was forgotten about so we had to remind the waiter who did apologise. All in all a nice meal nothing special but wouldn't return to be honest as there is so much choice in Berko.

Friday night at Per Tutti is a pleasure. The warm welcome and fabulous service from Ewa and the rest of the team must be noted. As does the food! I'm a vegetarian and very particular, but I always come away feeling that I've enjoyed something different and it has been cooked very well. The vibe passes "the check" every time and I'm looking forward to going back again already.

Very good food that arrives quickly and lovely atmosphere. Tim has made us feel comfortable and looked after while being at the restaurant but that can be said about the entire staff. We will definately return to eat there again.

Had a great meal mid week in their flower room where the service was attentive and helpful despite us being the only patrons in the room. I loved the sea bass and the choice of dessert I recommend going around midday in the week as you get your own waitress pretty much.

They also offer exceptional first class customer service provided by the all of the fabulous staff. Popped in for something to eat on a Sunday lunchtime, and were seated straight away. There was a pleasant feel to the ambience, not overly busy but definitely a buzz about the place nonetheless. Waiters were all friendly, chatty and helpful, and service was prompt. Food was tasty and filling, and dessert was very nice too. Price-wise very reasonable, especially the lunchtime special menu, and somewhere we will happily go back to. Returned tonight (Monday) and enjoyed another tasty meal. It's always worth booking, to be on the safe side, but they weren't snowed under either. The waiting staff are still attentive and very pleasant, and there was a nice atmosphere with gentle music and dimmed lighting. Still recommended by me, without any hesitation ! Latest visit was Coronation Monday, and it was busy ~ we booked a table, and I'd still recommend to do that ! Service seemed a bit slower than usual, but that might have been influenced by a pretty full restaurant. Food was still very decent, particularly the funghi starter I shared, and I still have no hesitation recommending this place. JAN 24 : Sunday lunchtime, so booked ~ still a good idea to do so ! Food still very nice, service still good. Still no hesitation in recommending a visit.

Fairly average meal out with friends, very disappointing vegan options considering the menu says “we can create the perfect vegan option for you” this essentially means removing the meat/dairy ingredients of the meal (eg cheese on pizza) but not replacing it with a vegan alternative...
