Missing 2 items and other one were incorrect . Beem calling them an hour and the user were busy.

Ordered food believing that restaurant is running a customer based business and will be delivering fully whatever I ordered but when it got delivered half of the items were missing, however I called the restaurant for missing items which I was informed by the member of staff that driver will be coming with in 10min which after two hours isn’t delivered. Spoons were missing with no wipes or I should say tissues, even worst they forgot to deliver drink. I’m sorry but really disappointed by the responsibility staff ember took to deliver but invain

My Greek salad contained very old iceberg lettuce

The food was tasty but the chips were cold. They also forgot the sauces that we had ordered. We asked for new sauces and fresh chips. They came after one hour.

I was waited too long to get my food delivered after called 4 times in resturaunt food was cold and they missed my extra hot dips. I first time tried peri peri hendon and i was so disappointed the level of service they provided me.

The order arrived 20 minutes before the time. The ETA was set for 1H and 10 minutes after the moment I ordered. Never seen this in any other restaurant or service. When the food finally arrived, the chicken that we specifically asked to be with lemon and herb sauce, came so spicy that was impossible for both me and my boyfriend to eat. The sauce was clearly a very hot one and we had to throw it all away (which is sad, and I hate to do it). To finish, we had asked for a Ben and Jerry’s Peanut Butter Cup but instead we got a completely melted Chocolate Fudge Brownie. So basically, I spent almost £17 for our dinner to be fries and garlic dip.... I really hope you guys can compensate me in a full refund, because this order was a full disaster.

Extremely poor service. Went to collect the food and it wasnt even made! Paid for large, the meal was regular. Paid for peri peri salt and the chips were not salted. Ridiculous. We love pepes, we are regular costumers, but this time we are extremely disappointed!

We love Pepe's however I have to say the experience with the Hendon branch is always awful. The food quality is much worse than in Finchley or Kingsbury branch (we ordered once in the City as well but I don't remember the brach) and also the delivery driver was rude and blamed me for getting a ticket when he parked on customer parking space of the shop next to our house when there is more parking spaces up the road. I was told that they usually don't bring the food to the flats, but when he rang a bell there was no answer so I didn't go downstairs and I would not mind. What is positive they delivered the food about 10 mins earlier however the waiting time was originally about 75(!) minutes. Also, I found a chicken nugget in my onion rings and everything in the order was vegetarian - it is not a big deal for me but can be for some people.

I ordered the beef burger meal. cooked to perfection Food was delivered very early & im mega impressed! I do apologise to driver that I didn’t tip him for his great service...next time I’ll tip him a generous amount. thanks again & keep up the good work guys

Food generally was ok. Nothing bad to give out. But 2 dips was open and splashed all over the bag inside. Also Fries were totally cold.

My wrap was soggy, my panini was burnt, the chips were burnt and the sauces were too runny. Not a great meal all round.

Piping hot n fresh.....it felt as if it just came out of the kitchen....perfect temperature of my food n icecream....perfect hot n perfect cold :-) smiling n very quick driver....excellent service :-) had a really good time enjoying my dinner after a hectic day :-) thanks peri peri hendon team for making my evening a really good one :-) keep it up :-)

We usually order from here. The service is always fabulous and food is piping hot and so tasty. Sadly today it wasn’t. The wings were so dry and lacked flavour. There was no sauce or anything on the wings. Same with the strips so we were all quite disappointed. I’m hoping this won’t happen again or I won’t be ordering from here again.

Was fasting asked for food for 9.20pm got it 8.50. Complained and manager says don't order with us again, purely because I've complained before about stinginess fries portion and half filled container of chilli sauce. These guys are cheapskates and customer service is 0, arrogant idiots who will soon realize when others stop eating here too!! Never again!! :-( Attitude of management stinks

Read other reviews and you will soon realize how tight they are with their portion of chips. Read some more and you will see how tight they are with something as cheap as sauce, whenever I order extra hot sauce, i get the cheapo version when I know what the very hot one is like and if they do send it even after paying 30p for an extra one you get a half filled container. Pepe's hendon are taking advantage of lack of alternatives and got big because of it. NOTHING to do with their service as its POOR. The driver is the only good thing about the service as its a humble guy/extremely polite. Hope people come to their senses and boycott this place

Filthy old delivery driver. They tried charging on the FREE sauce options with the meal deal. They offer NOTHING to the catering industry. just eat will be held liable.

Poor service this time. Didn't get the hot sauce I ordered as part of my meal. AGAIN paid for large chips and got like a kids happy meal type portion. Talk about tight fisted even after you pay 50 extra for a large. You make enough money as it is, quit being so cheap!!

I ordered one large chicken and rice and one regular chicken and rice but I received two regular chincken and rice and one of it had chicken feather inside it.

Order came earlier than expected. Pepe's generally always have good food. Large chips was like a small buy hay ho.... can let that slide as overall experience was good

The dips were all wrong, I ordered 5 chilli sauce and they gave me all mayo and I don’t really eat mayo. There was no salt or tissues either and I specifically asked for salt.

Amazing. Well cooked, and great portions! Can always rely on them.

The amount of food we received was fantastic, we did expect anywhere near as much chicken. The chicken was great too. Tasty and not small pieces so we were full from it! Super quick delivery time, extremely happy with the service.

Very disappointed. The food was 45 minutes late, it was cold, the lettuce leaves were frozen (I took pictures) and the wings don’t include the 2 joints, it’s only the middle part of the wing (it doesn’t have the little thigh or the bone tip). I used to order from the a lot and I used to get all 3 parts of the wing but that’s no longer the case so I’m very disappointed.

Requested time to 18:10 then 18:40 and now it's 19:09 and still not delivered. Trying to call the restaurant the phone line is busy.

For a Pepe's, the food wasn't fully up to their standard. Usually when I've ordered from other Pepe's, the chicken is very saucy and spicy if I have selected Extra Hot, but this wasn't the case here. The delivery was extremely slow - took 1hr 30 mins from ordering for it to be delivered, when it's a 10 minute drive away.

There was no salt with the chips and no sauce as I paid for them separately. When tried to call the shop no one was answering the phone.

The food never appeared. The driver said he came on time knocked on the door and nobody opened the door, whilst there is a door bell and it’s super loud. If he did ring, there is no way we didn’t hear it. When I called back an hour later, the restaurant refused to offer more help and the attitude was rude. At least you could leave the food outside the flat if what the driver said was true that someone did come.

The chicken smelt like rotten eggs, and had to dispose it off after a bite. Thank you Just Eat for helping out, but the restaurant needs to be checked for hygienic and strictly penalised.

I always order from here but I was disappointed to say that this time they changed the order time twice and when I called they claimed that they changed it on the system but I realised it only changed after I called them as I received the text message and I checked the time on it. The guy on the phone also claimed that the time they changed will be on the receipt but when I finally received the order the receipt wasn’t there which is strange as they always attach a receipt. Needless to say if I didn’t call there would have been a further delay. The food wasn’t even hot when it arrived either which is another disappointment.

used to order with this restaurant. love their food. Food was slightly delayed (it is weekend) but the restaurant called me before the delivery. satisfied with their services. nice delivery guy too.

Food was already 25 mknutes late, phoned was still there not even left yet for delivery, told to wait another 15 minutes. Had a hungry child to feed, did not gove us the fruit shoot drink that should come with meal, so no drink for the child with her meal after already making a child wait for a long time for her food when she was hungry and demanding her dinner. Thanks for this poor service when I am a regular visitor of pepes on my way home every week! No apology for the lateness either?

I ordered 2 packs of mozzarella sticks and I only received 1. Also 10 garlic sauces but I only got 3. I like your food and that's why I order it so many times, but this is unacceptable. It gave me the option of choosing regular or large fries, I chose large but in the end I didn’t receive any fries at all.

The food was delicious and piping hot as usual. Got their Pepe's platter and a chicken burger..they forgot the chicken burger with the order but delivered it within 5 minutes with free wings! Had a great experience overall :)
