Would like to say BIG THANKS to the team tonight. Guys, the chilli recomendation was perfect. He said it was delicious and eat like nothing was different but gave him hicups. Mine was perfect. Thank you so much.

the portion size recieved tonight was not the usual at all, very very disappointed not worth the money. Also cold on arrival ... normally have great service from this place so really unhappy and hope this isn't a new way

Writing this as I’m eating the lovely thing. Incredibly well packed and lovely flavour. Perfect lunch to start your week with on a Monday.

The size of the burrito was smaller than usual

Hard to judge the quality of the food as the driver took a 45 minute detour so everything was stone cold

I've ordered from here loads and never had an issue. Today the bowl was genuinely half the size of normal with virtually no rice. They said 15mins delivery and it was over 45. Super disappointed and unlikely to order from them again

Customer service is alive and well! Friendly, polite AND generous. My burrito was so well packed i could've broken a car windscreen with it. But alas, i ate it. A wise choice, it was amazing. I shall be returning.

Went to get a takeaway, first the staff got the meat wrong, they threw two chicken burritos away because the team are "not allowed to pack food and give it to homeless people in the area" as I suggested or even give it to me for free and i will make sure its not wasted. The team member told me "the boss doesn't allow it and that's life". So rude.

Food just about warm, nachos soggy and wet, lots of onion(more than tomatos in pico de gallo salsa) quality is by miles aways compared to my first order. Guys work on consistency

I got the shredded beef bowl I didn’t know if I was eating beef or candy it was to sweat like sugar was added as a flavoring there was no other flavor tasted like pure sugar

coke wasn't cold and food wasn't warm as they were put together side by side for a long time. Over an hour wait since order was taken and confirmed by the restaurant

I ordered 2 burritos and two drinks. Drinks never came and they told me to reorder. Also I said NOT to be spicy and they put spicy things. Horrible

The food was delicious and arrived on time. There was a revised delivery time (all drivers busy so timings/estimates got a bit later than when I placed the order but this was reasonable and explained).

We've been heading to Ozzi's since we moved to Barnet in 2016. The quality of the food is consistently excellent - and the portion sizes very generous. Take a tasth burrito and walk down to Hadley common to watch the ducks, doesn't get much better than that!

Sent me the wrong order, I wanted beef and they gave me chicken

No sour cream in either burrito ordered despite requesting it. Not impressed. In a restaurant would have sent back or made complaint. However the burritos still were good, just not as good as they could have been.

Delicious!! This is now my 5th order usually go for the pulled pork burrito but when with Chipotle Chicken today and was soooo yummy.

The place is lovely and the staff as well very welcoming. The food is average. The burritos are nice, but nothing special. Mine was chicken and as I don't like spicy food, I felt like I needed a sauce. They only have one sauce that is spicy. They said they added guacamole but I didn't taste it. We also ordered a beef burrito with spicy sauce that look much nicer, so if you like spicy food, that's a good choice. The portions are great. I liked that they have wipes on the table for when you finish eating.

The food was delicious, warm and a very good portion, the deliver was on time and the driver was polite and respectful.

The food was tasty and well packaged. The food was a of good portion and the packaging was good and saved plastic and so on.

Delicious food every time. I was already a big fan, then when our son was 3 days old we found ourselves readmitted to hospital for him. Emotional and starving, my husband nipped down in desperation at 9.59 when they were all ready to close, but they made a burrito for me and it just kept me going through that awful time. We popped back in with our son and thanked them, and they were just so lovely and kind. Above and beyond (and delicious).

Big fan of this place. Very filling and delicious burrito with all the trimmings for less than £9....how can you go wrong there!! You can add and take away whatever you like, so spicy or not spicy the choice is yours!

Literally my favourite place ever. I get withdrawals if I get separated from Ozzi'a burritos for too long. Cannot recommend enough. Best burritos ever.

I didn't receive my sour cream sauce which I paid extra for which is annoying because I wanted that to make the black bean less spicy so my meals not as nice now.

Love this place. Bbq jackfruit burrito is a triumph for anyone looking to have a meat free burrito. It is very fairly priced for the quality of the food, and the raspberry lemonade goes greatly with the food.

Expensive burritos (probably partially due to inflation)but you get what you pay for, I can’t eat one without getting so full and I mean that in a good way, very generous. The pork and the chicken are amazing and there is nothing bad I can point out apart from the price, but if you want a good meal the price isn’t ridiculous.

I live a little too far to be able to order from here which is a huge shame but when ever I’m in the area or at my parents I HAVE to get a burrito from here! Their pulled beef is beautiful! The burritos are generously packed and the staff are lovely! I always rave about this place to people I know and tell them they must get a burrito from here when they can. 100% recommend

I got the wrong restaurant food delivered and did not get a refund

I ordered a couple of different burritos as well as the nachos, and was disappointed by the quality of it all. Perhaps my expectations were high or perhaps it was that I ordered for delivery. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the food here.

Missing the can of coke and impossible to call or get the driver in case he forgot!

I have ordered from Ozzi many times and the food has been great. However this time the food was awful, it was warmish, the vegetables were half cooked and tasteless, I ordered a double portion and frankly this was barely the usual size, for instance the black beans were barely visible and I am still chewing the half cooked stuff. I wish I could have sent it back and have thrown away half of the meal. Because the taste was not nice.

Burritos are great - freshly prepared and a good size portion. Have ordered from here multiple times and always delicious.

Came here for lunch and enjoyed my vegan burrito. Once finished, I asked where to put my used GLASS bottle of Mexican Cola and was quite proudly told they don’t recycle… Ultimately leaving a sour taste in my mouth.

Burritos are decent but the homemade lemonade is just great, and everyone who’s working there has a lovely pleasant energy

Their burritos and open salads are ok but nothing great to write home about. They should work on the salsas and the flavours to bring it closer to Mexican food.

First time trying this place after walking past so many times since it’s been opened. Was surprised at how tasty the food was. Much better than Tortilla! Only thing I would add.. need more cheese in the burrito but otherwise all was yummy .. Also very fresh !

Half my family is South American, and I've been eating the food since I was a child. This is one of the better burritos I've eaten in England. Portion size is a tad small, but the flavour is nice, and the meat was cooked perfectly. Would purchase from again.

I always order their Chicken Naked Burrito. It is amazing. The chicken quantity is excellent.

Unable to choose Jarritos flavours. Not able to add sour cream if cheese is chosen. Other than that it's OK.

Got a Burrito delivered which had 18 BIG slices of Jalopeanos in it, it was completely in-edible! A waste of money and there is no way to contact them directly on Uber Eats to give feedback.

Got a take away recently and was very pleased. Very tasty and great value for money. Would recommend the pork burrito.

Food was delicious, order was efficient. Unfortunately delivery driver was in a car and had trouble parking then phoned me for directions from where she had parked. Usually your drivers have small motor bikes and previous orders they came on time or before time. As a consequence the food was tepid and it is Ozzi's fault, did not enjoy meal although very tasty. I suggested to the driver to return the meal but she seemed upset so I let her deliver it much against my better judgement. She was apologetic and I still gave her a tip as she obviously would have been in some sort of trouble and I had compassion for her.

Took 35 mins from restaurant to my home. Food cold.

The meal was delicious and warm and on time. Great service. Also many wipes and serviettes.
