AMAZING FOOD HIGH PROTEIN REALLY NICE ATMOSPHERE

So hit and miss.. Mostly student staff who are generally great. Had slightly older lady today, who may have been a manager, who just filled my bowl full of rice and as little as she possibly could add of any beans, meat and anything else. Also knowing what she was doing, she kept asking if I wanted to double up for more money... £8.75 for a bowl of rice is not good!

Popped into in today and shared a bowl of nachos with my wife, absolutely the best nachos I think I’ve ever had. We opted for pulled pork and guacamole. All the ingredients were fresh and vibrant. Will 100% be back to sample more from this menu. Apologies for not taking a photo before we ate it but I didn’t think it was going to be so good so hopefully the picture still shows how great it was.

Used to be really good... Portion size and quality has gone downhill. Went in around 5pm and got served a burrito with rice as hard as bullets. Portion sizes are now incredibly stingy aswell. Shame.

The driver delivered our food to the wrong address, went back and got it and then brought it back to us OPENED! Not only had it been opened but it was stone cold. No fault of the restaurant, just the driver who did not check the orders at all.

Ordered a delivery of 3 burritos, but only 2 burritos were delivered. Called up but they were closing so unable to fulfil the order. I did get refunded but that’s not the point. Ozzi’s - please fix your printer - it’s so obvious on the receipt that it’s jammed and not displaying all orders properly and clearly.

I visited for a late lunch and, although I had to wait a little while for the staff to prepare and serve one or two of the fillings, the jackfruit burrito I ordered was well worth it. The staff working that afternoon were lovely, and the atmosphere inside was pleasant for dining. I thoroughly enjoyed the combination of cheese, lettuce, sour cream, jackfruit, rice, and beans, all wrapped in a perfectly crisp tortilla – just the right amount to satisfy without being overwhelming. Each table also has at least two bottles of hot sauce available, ideal for adding an extra kick of heat and flavour to the meal. I also ordered a glass of fresh lemonade, which was sweet, refreshing, and complemented the food perfectly. The décor is colourful and eye-catching, adding to the overall charm of the place. All in all, this is a great spot to go to if you would like a casual meal with a touch of Mexican flavour.

I had the chicken naked bowl..Not for me..sweetcorn and tomatoes was ok, the rest was not nice and didnt look good. The festive churros was very nice.

The fresh ingredients were great and tasty. The pork was unpleasantly too sweet for me like BBQ sauce and sugar. I’ve enjoyed it in the past but won’t risk again because the beef or “fajita” chicken choices are the only ones not too sugary sweet.

my only complaint is that the portion of Churros was ridiculously small. There's absolutely no justification for this.

The time of delivery kept increasing every couple of minutes and it went from 10min to nearly 1h but the food was really tasty and everything was packaged really well

nothing more appetising than watching the staff who make your food scratching their heads, wiping their noses, etc on their gloves then serving food to customers (including me) without changing their gloves. l have bought from here a lot and it seems in the last year or so its gone sorta downhill. Having known people who worked here, the staff are paid pennies and the owner himself is rude to staff and customers. Prices have gone up but quality of food has gone down. It feels like a bunch of chilli has been added to the meats (chicken in my case) to cover up the fact that it's overcooked, sloppy and flavourless. Skimped on the rice, too much sauce, its feels like im eating mushy baby food thats spicy with a bit of wilted lettuce in. It really is sad. One of our only sort of authentic Mexican food places and it's now going through its inevitable downfall, as all businesses on Barnet High Street do.

burritos were unreal, meat flavour was full and texture was great. the mild salsa complimented it perfectly. the homemade lemonade was a good blend of sourness and sweetness, and it all came earlier than expected.

Everything fine but the tortillas were stale, essentially making it inedible and the burrito, however nice, was cold. Hopefully the next time I order, the burrito will be warm. Not going to bother with the nachos tho

Food was good but the light salted tortilla chips I'd included in order wasn't delivered.

I feel this place has gone downhill for the last year. Whether it’s the beef , chicken or pulled pork, it’s full of thick sauce and mushy, clumped together. More meat, less sauce I recommend., as it can get sickly.

Good order was not late but it was cold. Food always excellent but with the burrito cold it was just not very nice to eat which I assume being a delivery issue.

Writing this as I’m eating the lovely thing. Incredibly well packed and lovely flavour. Perfect lunch to start your week with on a Monday.

Hard to judge the quality of the food as the driver took a 45 minute detour so everything was stone cold

I've ordered from here loads and never had an issue. Today the bowl was genuinely half the size of normal with virtually no rice. They said 15mins delivery and it was over 45. Super disappointed and unlikely to order from them again

Customer service is alive and well! Friendly, polite AND generous. My burrito was so well packed i could've broken a car windscreen with it. But alas, i ate it. A wise choice, it was amazing. I shall be returning.

Went to get a takeaway, first the staff got the meat wrong, they threw two chicken burritos away because the team are "not allowed to pack food and give it to homeless people in the area" as I suggested or even give it to me for free and i will make sure its not wasted. The team member told me "the boss doesn't allow it and that's life". So rude.

Food just about warm, nachos soggy and wet, lots of onion(more than tomatos in pico de gallo salsa) quality is by miles aways compared to my first order. Guys work on consistency

I got the shredded beef bowl I didn’t know if I was eating beef or candy it was to sweat like sugar was added as a flavoring there was no other flavor tasted like pure sugar

The food was delicious and arrived on time. There was a revised delivery time (all drivers busy so timings/estimates got a bit later than when I placed the order but this was reasonable and explained).

We've been heading to Ozzi's since we moved to Barnet in 2016. The quality of the food is consistently excellent - and the portion sizes very generous. Take a tasth burrito and walk down to Hadley common to watch the ducks, doesn't get much better than that!

Delicious!! This is now my 5th order usually go for the pulled pork burrito but when with Chipotle Chicken today and was soooo yummy.

The place is lovely and the staff as well very welcoming. The food is average. The burritos are nice, but nothing special. Mine was chicken and as I don't like spicy food, I felt like I needed a sauce. They only have one sauce that is spicy. They said they added guacamole but I didn't taste it. We also ordered a beef burrito with spicy sauce that look much nicer, so if you like spicy food, that's a good choice. The portions are great. I liked that they have wipes on the table for when you finish eating.

The food was delicious, warm and a very good portion, the deliver was on time and the driver was polite and respectful.
