The app said I would get a refund as I did not receive an item from my order but it hasn’t come through

I ordered for deilvery and it changed to collection

Took 1:30 hours! This has never happened. Very disappointing.

My order is missing items and honestly taht was thing that I was craving most, like how you putting the sauce but no churros ?

I ordered and only one hour later they started preparing. The food was undercooked (just pieces of not melted cheese) and some of the chips were not cooked at all

Service and meal (volcano burrito meal) was awful tonight. After ordering, the delivery time kept changing. It was shown as preparing for ages then courier took ages. Eventually arrived over an hour after ordering and IT WAS STONE COLD. Not happy

Delivery driver got in my face cos I didn’t answer my phone I told him there was no signal and apologise he got into my face disrespecting me

The app didn’t update and said it never left the restaurant. When I asked for a refund suddenly it was on its way. Arrived dead cold.

They forgot one of my drinks. And the grilled cheese burrito was great just wish it had actually been grilled a bit longer

I'm really happy with the food, it taste really good, but the services is very unpleasant... I've paid about £10,for my daughter meal, but there was no cheese and cream for her nachos, I had to pay for extra cheese,it's only £1, but the nachos should come with cream and cheese, plus the portion of nachos was not really large as it says on the menu, I've just added a picture. I work in food services business, but we respect and make sure that our costumers are always happy and satisfied. The person who served ne, he didn't even put serviettes, tissues for the food order, I had to go and take it myself from the counter. So as I said, very good taste of food, but unfortunately for the person who served me, very poor quality service!

Delivery bag was torn which defeats the purpose of adding sealed stickers. I am now concerned if anyone has tampered with my meal. As someone with autism, this causes unnecessary stress and anxiety for me.

Requested chicken and received beef, as we don’t eat beef it has gone to waste

Amazing place. Whole history of RAF in one place. We had great time. Why not 5 stars then? I understand that it is a place for general air force history and Battle of Britain is only an episode, but we couldn’t find a single imformation about Polish Divisions fighting in that battle. As I understand British would manage by themselfs sooner or later, but that was Winston Churchil who said: „Never in the field of human conflict was so much owed by so many to so few'”. I guess British memory is good but short.

I had to go and get a cab to go and collect my food due to the long period of waiting time I called 2 times to find out where the driver was and they said that there was no driver. Once I got to the shop the food was stone cold and they couldn’t give me fresh food. I would like a full refund

The rice in the burrito was very hard and crunchy, which is not how it supposed to be so I did not eat my burrito as I did not enjoy it as well. Chalupa taco was stale and just filled with salad so I did not even taste any meat, I’m very disappointed, and demand a reimbursement

Amazing, if you dont go your genuinely missing put on some amazing food. We travel 30 miles each way just for this place

i am really un happy as my order came freezing cold when it eventually came! there was a meal missing and the wrong wrap sent with my order

So cold, cheese sauce spilled everywhere but despite that everything was stone cold and taste old, sort it out

I think I’ve been charged twice for the same order I ordered Taco Bell on the 21st of August a payment was taken out yesterday the 3rd of September even though I haven ordered anything but it was also the same amount of money as the previous order

Loved this branch as its my local taco bell. Today customer service was horrible, they forgot some of the order so had to walk back and get rest of order and requested new order as food was cold, you would have thought i asked for a kidney. Staff was rude need to be re trained wont be going back.

The fact when I ordered it said 10-25mins but it took the restaurant 25mins just to make chicken strips and chips and some bits of the strips weren’t burnt

Deserves more attention. Ok, so we Brits aren't ever likely to adopt TB like our American cousins, we just don't have the TexMex influence, but the food here is great value and tasty. Sure beats McD, KFC and Nandos for value and it's worth more visits.

This was our first Taco Bell & I'm afraid to say...Will not be out last.It was easy to order & adjust items, the food arrived in good time & a great temperature.The delivery rider was such a pleasant guy.We were very impressed with every item ordered.I'm a proper chilli head & hoped that Larva Burrito would've been a bit hotter but, that's just my preference... I'm not taking anything away from it as it was still very nice.Thank you very much for a great experience.We'll be back again for sure

Staff were rude and unprofessional on the call. I also received food that was extremely cold as they gave me a meal that had been waiting to be picked up for over an hour. Staff need training on how to speak to customers on the phone and if an order is delayed not to give customer cold food that had been waiting over an hour. I spoke with two staff members first seemed to be a language barrier, I over heard another staff member tell her hang up the phone. When I called back they pretended they could not hear me but I could hear the other staff member laughing. All I wanted was them to make sure they didn’t send out cold food or to cancel my order on their side as I was unable to cancel on my end. I understand that it’s not Taco Bell fault that Uber kept rescheduling but the staff on duty could have sent out fresh meal not the same one that had been waiting to be picked up for over an hour.

There shouldn't be a reason not to give 5 stars except there is, staff seem to have been instructed ( by cheap owners perhaps ) to hide the sauces and only hand them out if asked in small quantity

I ordered crispy soft taco from this place. The taco itself was not too bad but cold and the customer service was terrible. Pranay started off with joke and started disrespecting me just because I asked him to not get personal. A paying customer must not receive such mistreatment.

Clearly the people who work here cant read an order properly, put beef inside my burrito instead of chicken.

Food was delivered hot and on time. My disappointments are that the taco shell was broken, hardly any seasoned beef and most importantly the crispy chicken buritto was absolutely dry and difficult to eat due to no sauce being inside the burrito and, no Tomato as stated just lettuces and cheese.

There's missing items from my order and the restaurant are not answering their phone

My order did not arrive, I put in the correct address and the app sent the delivery man to the wrong place. He then said he would deliver it and call me when he’s near me. Instead he did not arrive and left me with nothing. I am not happy and is the worst experience I have had with a delivery service app.

Good points: - halal - fast - not too expensive Bad points: - mid food It’s good for a quick meal but nothing amazing.

Just qas there bought a boritto I didn't understand if then gave me a borito ot a siger was so fin and inside wad maybe 5 picise of rice and a pinch of guacamole and maybe a all block of cheese sheder was must disgusting foooooooooooood in the whole world

This branch is located opposite to Colindale station, Food was good, tried nachos and also quesadillas, all tastes good. Normal prices for fast food restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Worth a try.

The service was totally bad, I chose the option to eat in, and they put my food on the bag like takeaway. And I chose soft taco they made crunchy taco.

It's decent though I wish a bit spicier and a bit more stuffed. Also when you pay for more protein the restaurant mistakes this for a replacement of the original protein resulting in overpaying for something you didn't want, they need to be more careful. Will still order with hopes it improves.

Despite me asking for no sauce you have put chilli sauce on the wrap and I can't eat it.

Last visit to this resturant i went in ordered two crunch wraps and the supervisor could only speak pretty basic english 4 times saying crunch wrap even during order what do they bring out chaloopas. taco bell colindale needs a lot more for its customer service someone who can actually understand that when they take the the order is right and the customer gets tge correct food.

It's a fast food joint so scoring it as such. It's not bad at all, it certainly beats Maccy D. Nachos are good and staff friendly. Worth a visit but like with all fast food, don't go too often.
